Vigilantes? This sticker just went up in my neighborhood.

Postby Hugh Manatee Wins » Thu May 07, 2009 11:26 pm

Put your complexity cap on and remember that
intimidation and discrediting and confusion are the main plausibly deniable tools of spooks to keep a lid on things.

Is there an intimidation network of vigilantes being developed to suppress whistleblowers and dissidents in
the United States of Lockheed?

And are there spook-generated *fake* websites allegedly by whistleblowers meant to intimidate real whistleblowers with
>implied consequences< while also creating disbelief in most readers due to disproportionate and incongruous "testimony" on that website?

I've already posted a warning here at RI of a potential vigilante culture like that used to suppress the civil rights movement in the 60s based on precedent and social control logic. CIA excels at using proxy forces to do their bidding. How to keep down the internet-savvy left that knows all their dirt?

Then last week an odd sticker appeared in my neighborhood on a payphone I use.
The new sticker read:
"freedom" (in a US Constitution-type font)
"from Covert
harassment & surveillance
Organized Stalking & Electromagnetic Harassment
www.freedomfchs.com"

http://www.freedomfchs.com/

The website purports to be by people claiming that electromagnetic rays and 'gas lighting' are used against them BUT most of the included 'testimony' is bizarrely vague and petty, perfect for creating disbelief in curious readers. There's no 'why' given, why these people would be targeted for any reason. NO WHISTLEBLOWERS. Hmm.

In short, it looks like a spook site meant to scare the crap out of people plus both discredit real whistleblowers as "paranoid kooks" while at the same time luring in real whistleblowers to give the site social affirmation.

That's how spooks really operate. They create honeytraps for certain types of people to contain and discredit them while at the same time repelling the general naive public. This serves as containment.
CIA did this for people who got the drugs and hypnosis "alien abduction" treatment. CIA created catch basins for their victims, some 'specialist' doctors and support groups.

Consider:
Project Censored has written up the existence of microwave weapons that could be used against people (dissidents) and anti-CIA dissident Alex Constantine has written that this is just what happened to him as punishment for exposing CIA crimes in the 1990s.
I trust Constantine on this. Such things are real although probably, I think, rarely utilized since mere threats and discrediting work as well.

And this is the crux of the bisquit (important point):
just the IDEA of vigilantes publicized can be as chilling as
the REALITY of vigilantes.

Get it?

BUT that doesn't meant that the *odd* website sticker that just appeared in my neighborhood is legit.
It is more likely a fake spook operation. I think.

Here's another journo citing a vigilante operation to harass dissidents-
http://www.nowpublic.com/scrivener

Unfortunately, he cites NewScientist and Wired as sources.
I've found both those websites to be spook disinfo inject points into the internet.
So keep that in mind. Complexity is still in play.

GESTAPO USA: Gov't-Funded Vigilante Network Terrorizes America
Share: by Scrivener | October 6, 2008

Pervasive NSA surveillance of the public and journalists just the baseline program for a host of alleged "extrajudicial" abuses -- gang stalking, financial expropriation, and "slow genocide" via radiation weapons and devices

• Congress: probe "targeting" of American citizens by vigilantes hiding behind government-funded programs aimed at terrorists but victimizing innocent citizens

• A cause of the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets?

NEW: Justice Dept. confirms COPS GETTING 'PAIN BEAM' WEAPONS

A virulent form of domestic terrorism is destroying the lives of citizens across America.

Victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" or "community stalking" charge that the rule of law has broken down nationwide at the hands of state-supported vigilantes -- operating under the cover of citizen community policing and neighborhood watch corps and business-related anti-terrorism programs, supplemented by municipal workers and members of private and fraternal organizations.

A nationwide network comprised of these citizen groups, funded and apparently overseen by elements of government at multiple levels, is the mechanism of "extrajudicial" targeting and punishment that victims say is dispensing officially tolerated "vigilante justice" -- a bypass of the judicial system and the rule of law.

Many web sites in the U.S., Canada and other industrialized nations chronicle this horror. But victims say the tentacles of this domestic terrorism extend well beyond the so-called "street muscle" comprised of gang-stalking local vigilantes and self-styled soldiers of fortune.

Victims of this extrajudicial punishment network -- what some have termed "the torture matrix" -- maintain that its operatives are acting as judge, jury and executioner for what amounts to an evil shadow government. So-called "targeted individuals" -- and by extension, entire families -- are subject to physical assault and psychological and physical harassment that victims say amounts to officially-sanctioned domestic torture. Some victims have moved to other cities and towns to escape -- but they say the persecution recurs in their new locale.

"It appears to be a nationwide network that attracts extremists as well as law and order types and people connected to public safety such as firefighters, utility workers, police auxiliaries, retired police and military officers, and even their family members, including children and teenagers," says one victim, who says he has been "gang stalked" for several years. "I doubt it could exist without some people in positions of power looking the other way."

Even some regular, uniformed police are reported to have been intimidated by this network of extrajudicial punishment -- described benignly by its defenders as a social "control" mechanism.

Victims say that they are physically harassed and relentlessly stalked, whether they travel on foot or in vehicles. GPS devices are secreted in their cars or cell phones, allowing members of the stalking "program" to "swarm the target" wherever they go. The stalkers typically ride the target's bumper, drive recklessly or intrusively, causing near-accidents. On foot, the stalkers approach their targets in public places such as stores or libraries. They come ever closer, invading the target's personal space. The intent: psychological intimidation.

Stalkers also surreptitiously enter their targets' homes and vandalize property, from autos parked in garages to appliances, furnaces, plumbing systems, even personal items of clothing. The intruders play sadistic psychological mind games on their targets, such as rearranging or hiding their possessions -- what the gang stalkers call "gaslighting," after the classic Ingrid Bergman film in which an evil husband uses trickery and deception in an attempt to convince his wife that she is going crazy. (Like many gang stalking victims, she figures it out in the end.)

Targets of the "torture matrix" find their privacy is constantly invaded by way of pervasive surveillance of all electronic communications, which often are tampered with or altered in transit. Both video and audio "bugs" are planted in targets' supposedly private residences.

Information gleaned from surveillance, such as details of private conversations, is funneled to the street stalkers -- who then repeat these "directed" comments within earshot of the target -- a form of psychological harassment intended to provoke anxiety and fear.

The sophistication of the surveillance leads victims to conclude that gang stalking is the local component of an expansive covert executive program of social control, physical harassment and torture overseen by federal military, security, intelligence and revenue agencies outside of the purview of Congress or the courts.

A host of government programs, many of which were sold to Congress as "tools" with which to fight terrorism and drug trafficking, also are employed to destroy the financial well-being of targeted persons and their families. Victims report their mail is intercepted and financial accounts and billing statements are fabricated and altered. In effect, targets and their families are covertly segregated into a parallel system of transaction processing established with the apparent cooperation of private companies. Victims view this gradual expropriation of their personal wealth and the destruction of their ability to support themselves and their families as "social genocide."

"This financial exploitation and manipulation of our accounts and records fits the dictionary definition of fascism -- authoritarian bureaucrats working secretly with the private sector to neutralize and destroy people they regard as undesirable, or as 'dissidents' who may stand in their way," says one victim, a journalist who says his career, finances and physical health have been decimated.

Targets of this extrajudicial punishment network and their families also come under relentless physical assault, according to victim accounts, by way of hi-tech equipment such as "directed energy weapons" (D.E.W.) which emit silent bursts of radiation -- lasers, microwaves, x-rays, sonic frequencies. The government describes such weaponry as "non-lethal." In fact, experts familiar with radiation weaponry say these devices can be used to torture, inflict bodily harm, induce illness, and even kill.

UPDATE (1/7/09):

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."
http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn1 ... apons.html

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

http://blog.wired.com/defense/2008/11/p ... -secr.html

In fact, say victims of government-supported extrajudicial punishment, radiation weapons and devices have been covertly used for years to harass, torture, and inflict pain and physical and mental incapacitation -- with the number of anecdotal reports surging in the wake of 9/11 and the advent of the "war on terror."
Official confirmation of radiation weapons deployment comes despite a substantial body of medical research which indicates that human exposure to microwave radiation can cause strokes, aneurysms, cancer, eye damage and degraded vision, and can induce serious brain ailments such as Alzheimer's Disease and schizophrenia, with cognitive impairment that can result in mental incapacitation.

http://www.slavery.org.uk/MicrowaveCongruenceSchiz.html

The April 2008 edition of the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin discusses the potential lethality of directed energy weapons and how such devices can be used to silently inflict serious injury or to induce harmful, potentially fatal, physiological effects:

http://www.fbi.gov/publications/leb/2008/april08leb.pdf

"This is torture that's happening right here, in American cities and towns," says an alleged victim. "But it's like pre- World War II Germany; people refuse to believe that such abuses could happen in a civilized society. But it is happening. And I'm convinced that some local and federal authorities not only have knowledge of this extra-legal targeting, but are providing funding and direction.

"I know the FBI knows about it, because I've been down there several times over the past two years to report it." He says he knows of no formal investigation, despite his offers to cooperate.

"I'm not saying they know of the worst abuses, such as using microwaves on targeted persons to degrade their health and make it impossible for them to earn a living. But they must know that these citizen patrols are doing a lot more than just cruising around the neighborhood."

Citizens who have reported abuses say their complaints are typically ignored -- or that authorities insinuate their claims are figments of their imagination, or are a manifestation of a mental illness such as paranoia.

"That appears to be part of the M-O," says one victim. "You haven't done anything wrong, so they can't charge you with a crime. So they attempt to make it look like you're crazy. That's how they marginalize people who don't fit in with their world view." The victim says it's possible that local law enforcement has been "co-opted" by a variation of "the big lie."

"Higher-ups come in and say, 'We've identified this person as a threat.' What are they going to do? They're going to go with the program, especially since a lot of their funding comes from outside the community."

This victim believes the vigilante network is a convenient way for those in power to dispense with persons or groups of people they simply don't like or regard as undesirables, or whose political or social views do not hew to what they consider the established order.

Victims allege that the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets may have been worsened by these "programs of personal destruction," which they say are sapping the financial well-being of individuals and families without benefit of the right of due process. Making available "easy credit" is a primary tool that puts targets and their families on the road to financial ruin, victims maintain.

Some victims wonder whether these extrajudicial programs didn't help spawn financial crises in the first place. "We haven't had these kind of widespread financial woes for generations," a gang-stalking victim said. "You have to wonder if these programs weren't a blueprint for an ideologically-motivated purge."

Some of the agencies looking into the mortgage and credit market problems may have had long-standing knowledge of these programs, according to victims, who are calling on Congress to investigate.

"The issue of state-supported vigilantism and extrajudicial control and punishment represents an assault on our judicial system that makes Watergate look like the third-rate burglary that it started out to be," says one victim. "Since government agencies appear to be involved in funding these programs, it's up to Congress to investigate, to use its powers of oversight to ensure that democracy and the rule of law prevails, not the law of the jungle."

The network of programs and policies that are circumventing the judicial system, violating constitutional rights and meting out vigilante justice might collectively be termed the mechanics of personal destruction -- a blueprint for political and social dominance crafted by those who would use the institutions of government as a tool of ideologically-driven social engineering.

This powerful apparatus appears to exist under the radar of most elected members of Congress and officers of the judicial system. They refuse to consider that these programs, over time, have adopted the of methodology the East German Stasi, the KKK of the old South, and the Gestapo of the Nazi Third Reich -- and that the "targets" include innocent American citizens tagged by someone in a position of power as a "troublemaker," perhaps a whistle-blower, a political "dissident" or falsely slandered as a "social deviate."

Victims say the rise of this "American Gestapo" represents the victory of neo-fascism over democracy -- achieved under the guise of "national security" and "keeping America safe." They say that in the face of mounting evidence of widespread abuses, even those who identify themselves as liberals and progressives often naively insist that "it can't happen here."

Victims charge that extrajudicial targeting and punishment is destroying our democracy. They maintain that untold thousands, if not millions, of individuals and families are being irreparably harmed by this "social genocide." Some call it a "silent holocaust" due to its clandestine nature and the use of silent, invisible radiation weapons technology to achieve its horrific goals.

Below are links to the articles about this clear and present danger to our constitutional democracy and to the lives and livelihoods of its citizens. Victims urge lawmakers and congressional committees to start asking some tough questions, starting with the departments of Homeland Security and its security agencies; Defense, and its intelligence and weapons units; Justice, and its authorization of the widespread deployment of radiation weaponry to law enforcement; the various intelligence agencies; and the Treasury department, whose enforcement units apparently have been politicized by ideologues who have used the "war on terror" as cover for an ideologically-motivated campaign of social and political "cleansing."

Victims believe this cancer on American society runs deep, from the Washington bureaucracy to local law enforcement and public safety agencies. But they say the curative process must begin with firm, decisive and immediate action by the new administration before more Americans are damaged by this descent from the rule of law into home-grown fascism.
A FINAL NOTE: The author's communications and blog page are subject to persistent disruption and tampering by unknown hackers. He would appreciate it if NowPublic.com readers would forward the links below to members of Congress and officials at ALCU.org, CCRjustice.org, or any other organization that can help restore American values to American governance and law enforcement.

Then last week a sticker appeared in my neighborhood on a payphone I use for (I thought) more secure communication with fellow researchers.

...

Gee, now why did it just appear in my daily walk path at a phone I use? Hmmm? Right.

This is somewhat troubling, bro. Do you believe you are under physical surveillance?

Sure you are ten steps past me on this but I strongly recommend the whole maybe-paranoid-but-still-protective measure of writing a letter or making a video that states you will not kill yourself and that if something should happen to you it should be considered suspicious. Again, just as insurance against something that is highly unlikely, but why not.

Oh, I'm certain of it.

Enemy Countermeasures

Countermeasures by the enemy are the most valuable single gage of the effectiveness of psychological warfare. No good commander wastes time and effort to defend against an operation which he does not fear or which is simply a nuisance. Therefore when the enemy counters a psychological attack, he does so because it has had an effect. Careful analysis of monitoring and jamming reports yields information on counterpropaganda and discloses the programs or types of programs the enemy obstructs.

Glad to see you finally admit that.

You are the reason I don't recommend this site to others. You are the reason this site has zero credibility with people.

Suffolk police offer students rewards for drug tips
BY CHAU LAM | chau.lam@newsday.com

Suffolk police are encouraging high school students to send tips on drug activity by texting. (Photos.com Photo)

In an effort to ramp up its fight against drug abuse among high schoolers, the Suffolk County Police Department is offering students cash rewards to turn in drug dealers, along with a new way to deliver those tips - anonymous text messages.

In April, police distributed posters to 58 high schools in Suffolk, seeking voluntary participation in advertising the rewards in the Crime Stoppers program. They say the initiative gives students a way to help keep their schools safe and free of drugs.

"We know that these drugs are coming into the schools," said Lt. Robert Donohue, the commander in charge of the Crime Stoppers program. "We want to know how. We want to know who's doing it, inside or outside of the schools."

While some schools have embraced the concept, the plan is causing uneasiness among some parents, students and school administrators. Some fear youngsters will face retribution from those turned in or that some false tips might stigmatize people wrongly accused.

Dood. Will people quit calling Hugh "insane" etc? He's a news cycle detritus eating retard just like the rest of us. We're all here.

I read long comment screeds on reddit and digg just to find the "juicy nuggets" and links all the time. Why can't that be done here? If he's a "spook" then why can't we all be spooks? Who the fuck cares? Blaze thru the comment if you don't like what he's saying, how he's saying it or for the purpose you believe he's saying it for. Again, who the fuck cares?

Everybody in this line of "rigorous" thought takes themselves far too seriously -- including myself. I'm a longtime reader of Jeff's and a longtime lurker on these boards (Jesus what? 4 years now?). Anyhow, we're all here. Reminds me of this song. . .

Ego Fum Papa (I Am The Pope)

“Live like an angel, die like a devil.” Don’t let it worry you, we’re down here together. We’re all here: heathens, heretics, kids with blue socks. I asked some questions and wasn’t satisfied with the answers. It seems that’s the biggest crime since not fitting in. But we’re all here: King Diamond, todd’s mom, fallen angels, the decimated cultures, the kid in the corner in sweat pants. We’ll find our own way.

http://www.rhapsody.com/propagandhi/tod ... m-the-pope

(maybe you can get it to play without subscribing, should you be interested in hearing it. It's somewhat futzy with me in Linux. Can't tell what the deal is)

But! If Hugh says anything about one of my favorite bands, Propagandhi, intimating that they are unwitting MC/CIA FOR KIDZ victims, well I'll say to hell with him, like many of you seem to already have. Sometimes nice leftwing hardcore punk can clear the old sinais ;) (as in sinuses)

You're cool with me Hugh. It's just words people can read or can choose not to. In fact this whole board is cool with me. Don't know where I'd be without it.

Probably better off. . .

Yes I kind of agree with all you say there. However,he is unwilling to accept that there is a "paranormal" aspect to our lives.Ufos to him,are nothing more than black ops hardware.
People with all sorts of "paranormal" experiences read if not participate here.Hugh simply scoffs and dismisses a wide section of that readership as fools, deluded idiots and spooks.
The one that really pissed me of was the disclosure project 2009 thread. He waded in with the oh ever so insightful and master of media trickery psyops eloquence

"100% disinfo - pure bullshit"

In one glib statement he dismisses hundreds of government and military workers who are willing to testify under oath that they have been involved with a cover-up of "alien" contact. They are being championed by Greer. He's been torn apart on this board.Dodgier than a nine bob note.
Are we really going to dismiss these hundreds of witnesses as fools and liars? They are allegedly risking their pensions and homes to make thier lies and delusions public knowledge.I think they have been kind of left out to swing in the breeze to a certain extent..8 years and not much progress to any kind of disclosure I can see.
Now there is a bunch of Area 51 workers who are starting to talk about their experience with a declassified jet project from way back.Gagged ufo witnesses are getting trumped by black ops jet workers..another nail in ufologys coffin, and as far as I can tell not a peep from the greer crowd.
I wish he could have a proper ufo experience,I really do.It trancends mere nuts and bolts hardware.Prof pan can tell you that.Theres a mental connection to us that the CIA can only dream about and wish to the blue fairy for.
Theres a myriad of questions surrounding Disclosure project. But to Hugh, its 100% bullshit distracting us from thermite building7 and 911 truth. His contribution certainly discouraged me from participating in the thread.
Even if its all because BushCo/NWO/(your bogeyman here) wanted iraqi oil,or to turn the iraqi oil off,or to get a US base in that area, for the unocal pipeline, for the dead afghan heroin trade..UFOs don't run on unleaded petrol.
Its his blunderbuss attitude to the paranormal and peoples experience of the weird I object to.I'm sick of picking his birdshot out of my face when I'm wondering how the turkey he was aiming at is hovering without moving its wings.

Hugh, at the risk of pointing out the obvious, this all could be a coincidence.

I do think you are right about the potential of "targeted individual" websites as flypaper used to confuse and mislead, but let's look at the other side of this situation. You live in the wild and wooly Bay Area, so it's really quite possible that the sticker was put in the phone booth entirely at random.

Also, if you were being harassed, which no doubt does happen, such a subtle technique would only be valuable to "them" if you let it throw you off balance. The best response is to take reasonable measures in response, keep your network of support strong, but don't let it get to you too much either. That is one of the best ways to deal with such psy-ops, I believe...

First, thanks for the rational and respectful reply, AD.

Secondly, my apologies to those pursuing 'paranormal' topics if my sometimes too terse rejection of their validity seems personally harsh on you. It ain't you.
However I bring what I've found about how they are used by (human) spooks as misdirection, not ad hominem 'kill/ban the messenger' attacks which the trollish use.

Absolutely.
But just the sticker's website and that article from elsewhere on the same topics is a mindful worth examining , nevermind the sticker's appearance.

I see 9/11 Truth and 'chemtrail' alert stickers frequently.
This is that kind of territory.

Seems to me that the easiest way to discredit someone is to goad them into declaring that they are being targeted. Studying social control and what happens to whistleblowers reveals that targeting is common. But I still flinch skeptically at anyone's claim of being a target, probably as most people do. Why is that? The stereotype of a nut? Probably.

There's an effort being made to build up the 'kooky conspiracy theorist' for sure. The CIA media has twice recently carried a story about delusional people who think they are being watched on TV and this malady is being called 'Truman Syndrome' named after the 1998 movie with Jim Carrey as a trapped panopticon guinea pig.

While that's a bit extreme, the idea of being surveilled is quite rational and probable in these NSA times. Now we know that the alphabet agencies have been keeping files on millions of 'subversives' for decades. s.o.p.

All good advice. I agree.
And I considered the cost-benefit of posting on this which included:
"Is it bait to make me post on it as Mr. Can't-Shut-Up-online and thereby discredit myself as a 'paranoid kook?'
Wait. That would be paranoid. DOH."

***Note the double bind where pointing at something automatically goes off on you, like an infowar mine that is victim-activated.
"Just another case of...Truman Syndrome."

SO...In general, I think the tricks deployed into the social justice research culture online will get more sophisticated to match the increasing sophistication of the catching-on-to-the-game public. The stakes are the highest -
the social stability of the government striving for global domination.

When the internet became a significant factor in the 1990s, all the disinfo websites and decoy movies became more sophisticated.
This will be a continuously evolving social control strategy, to stay a cognitive step ahead of the herd and throw obstacles in front of those of us ahead of the pack.

The connection between local world and cyberworld will be exploited to viral market more discrediting memes, especially targeting whistleblowers.
It's only logical.

Exposing the psyops tactics ultimately diminishes their control value as more of the unknown becomes known to more people. But people who point at things first do take the risk of being used to discredit where they are pointing to deter the rest of the herd from catching up.

...And maybe it's just a random sticker to a highly esoteric whistleblower support website that is legit but flawed.
Maybe that's a future sig quote, "Legit but flawed."

Sunlight, good will, good info, and context...are the best disinfectant.
CIA runs mainstream media since WWII:
news rooms, movies/TV, publishing
...
Disney is CIA for kidz!

Hear, hear. I second that notion.

Hugh, FWIW, trust your gut in these types of situations. I can only recommend that you go as far underground as you can. Me personally, I have no permanent address anyone can trace me to, and I have plenty of places across the country I can go, if need be. But I don't know your situation, i.e. you may be a homeowner with no quick option of moving, etc.
