They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

I bought a piece of jewelry online as a gift, it's one of the images that I kept, I'll look for the link. Here's a couple more, they are so beautiful. I wanted to remember them, to paint on stones someday

personally i think the fact we have acted like God gave them to us is one of principle problems,

let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth
gen 1:26

i happen to think this is one of the most destructive lines ever written
the question is why, who, why, what, why, when, why and why again?

I agree completely. That line from Genesis has contributed to the now-tragic delusion that humans are somehow separate from or above the animal kingdom, rather than one part of a much larger, interdependent system.

Simulist, I don't think I've ever taken the opportunity to tell you: I love you.

I always found it odd that in the copy of the Bible we got at school (the New Jerusalem Bible) that line specifically referred to Stewardship of the Earth, not "Dominion".

Gives an entirely different meaning to the line imo.

Oh yeah. Dominionists aren't into being shepherds or stewards.

Thanks, Slomo! You made my day.

I always appreciate reading your thoughts, too.
