This fucking trend over the last ~18 months of staff/assistants/client service workers being required to mask while the clients/participants/attendees walk or hover around them maskless is an utterly grotesque, demeaning, and absolutely brazen display of serfdom.
How the fuck can anyone that self-identifies as a Democrat/liberal/leftist (I call these groups out in particular given their historically advertised concerns for the common citizen) not be similarly disgusted by such display, and more to the point -- and this applies especially to the "public servants"/representatives, such as those depicted in the above photos -- how the fuck do they not refuse to permit such acts, regardless of whatever BS/non-science "policy" in place at a given venue? Perhaps if they'd attempt to clamor for the staff to remove their masks (if the 'help' prefer to do so), a segment of the press, opponents and/or covidian cultists would create all manner of noise about it, is that it?
I don't know -- Hillary and AOC don't seem very perturbed about it in those photos (or any other photos in similar scenarios, and this applies to all 'representatives', not only the ones above)
How the fuck can you be for the people and allow such blatant classist displays to carry on, and worse, participate in it? Simple:
they're not 'for the people'.The Elite Are Unmasked. What About Those Who Serve Them?
As the wealthy take off their masks to attend dinners and conferences, waiters and staff are still forced to wear masks.
I am increasingly disturbed by what I call “mask apartheid.” If you have attended a conference or public event recently, you may have noticed it: The wealthier attendees are not usually wearing masks, but the poorer servers and staff almost always are.
Even if the attendees are wearing masks at the beginning, the masks come off once they start wining and dining — and they usually don’t go back on. Isn’t this a sign that mask-wearing is no longer so essential? At the very least, it sends a mixed message: If you want to be comfortable eating and drinking with your peers, it’s OK to take off your mask — but it’s not OK if you want to be comfortable serving food, carrying heavy trays and describing the dessert menu.
