This work does remind me a bit of Burroughs -didn't Terrence McKenna also believe that language had a lot to do with reality creation. If I remember right John Lilly may have thought along these lines too-not sure correct me if I'm wrong. I know I read some line about when Mckenna did DMT and met the "dancing machine elves" that they were literally creating their reality as they communicated with each other not that their "language" was anything even close to what we would call language. It will be very interesting to see if anything does manifest on oct 7-but I am afraid it won't be a good interesting. Not that this has anything to do with anything but I would love to do DMT or ayahuasca or some entheogenic substance-I believe in a reality behind our veil of maya-but I would so like to just peek if only for 10 seconds behind the veil to know that it is true-I feel it is true in my mind but don't think my "heart" quite believes it yet.
I like the turn of the thread. I am a big McKenna fan, Burroughs is a bit dark for me. Both are in the current consciousness even though they have been around for decades.
