You are looking for a central controlling 'Wizard of Oz' and are coming at it from a very western european perspective. My understanding is that the way Rothschilds work is much more like an organisational Sandhurst or West Point, producing people who think in a similar way and DO NOT have to be controlled. I think a good case can be made that the Sheep are the Elite, not the common people. I honestly don't think she was advertising for Jones & Icke. I don't know enough about Icke, beyond the reptilian theory (wasn't aware before this thread that he kept company with holocaust deniers), but find Jones really hard to stomach mostly because of his right wing bible thumping leanings, and he's nutty.
