This seems key. The reporting said cops used and EMP to stop his car, but from the look of the video, they'd blocked his car in such a way that he couldn't go further. If there actually was some form of limited EMP (which in itself, as far as I was aware, is a new trick possibly with important implications), to my not-very-tech-savvy way of seeing things, that would likely be a way to keep him incommunicado in his car. And/or, to disable other devices in the car?

Maybe the cops kid-glove treatment is due to the live news coverage--which I'm wondering how did that start?--but seems to me they were being very careful in taking this guy down.

The news report (or was it just the YouTube video? and while we're at it, where/who did that video come from?) said he was going to the Israeli embassy, and that he claimed Mossad links.

If the reason to keep him silent was that he'd been getting info out about some germ warfare scandal, wouldn't letting him go to the Israeli embassy have led to silence? Why would the Israeli officials let him blab about that once he was in their custody? Are their interests so very different from those of the U.S./etc. in that matter?

I'm thinking he was somehow potentially dangeroous--armed? possibly carrying dangerous material(s)? not easily subdued and not likely to be willingly subdued?--AND/OR connected in powerful ways (still Mossad, someone with key technical knowledge, able to dump a poison pill of information?).

Definitely a situation worth knowing more about, for its own sake but also as a window on the normally hidden world of such behind-the-curtain dealings.

Has anyone interviewed the cops involved? Off the record or otherwise? What were they being told as far as how to approach him? Who was involved--any unusual persons involved in decisions?

Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.


Professor Moshe had called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, (explanation of Joseph Moshe’s call at 06:00) broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

they do have a directed EMP device for shutting down cars in car chases, I remember talk of it years ago. but here's a recent link...

but maybe this explains why he remained in the car and ignored the tear gas and pepper spray... he's a cyborg or robot and had to reboot after going into safe mode shutdown from the emp. That's not a very serious suggestion, but... a little maybe.

yeah, I think that's probable. There should be an EMP sensor built into planes so at crash recovery you can see if the plane was hit by one. I wonder if the electronics can be analyzed to see if there was an EMP?

I'm semi-doubtful that this car stopper would work on an older non-fuel injection, non-computer controlled engine. If the emp is powerful enough to burn out the electric system in an plane engine, I'd think that would leave clear tell-tales that could be seen after the wreck, but maybe that's not the case?

The strange case of Joseph Moshe has resurfaced.

In August of 2009, Moshe was accused of making threats against the White House. He briefly made headlines during a stand-off with police in Los Angeles. During the confrontation, the Israeli scientist remarkably withstood five rounds of chemical agent tossed inside his car in the parking lot of the Federal Building in West Los Angeles.

It was later learned that Moshe had called into a radio talk show and said he wanted to supply evidence regarding tainted H1N1 swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. Moshe claimed a Baxter lab in Ukraine was producing a bioweapon that would be passed off as a vaccine. He said the vaccine contained an adjuvant engineered to weaken the immune system. Replicated RNA from the virus, Moshe insisted, was responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu.

It was speculated Moshe worked for Israel’s Mossad.

In late October of 2009, Ukraine was hit by an especially aggressive and virulent form of hemorrhagic pneumonia. “The virus appears to be either a highly aggressive mutation of the globally-circulating H1N1 strain, or a combination of three different influenza strains now circulating in Ukraine,” Mike Adams wrote at the time.

“Moshe claimed that Baxter’s laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding [in Ukraine]. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself,” David Rothscum wrote on October 31.

The H1N1 flu “pandemic” turned out to be mostly government and media hype. It was later said the United Nations’ World Health Organization had connived with Baxter, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, and Sanofi-Aventis to create a pandemic scare in order to sell vaccines.

In January of this year, the WHO insisted it was not unduly influenced by drug companies to exaggerate the dangers of the H1N1 flu virus. The WHO subsequently appointed a committee to investigate the allegations but its credibility suffered a serious blow when it was learned Dr. John Mackenzie would be included in the investigation. Mackenzie has direct links with several vaccine and pharmaceutical companies and was influential in the WHO declaration of a level 6 pandemic in 2009.

At the time, some 200 million doses of H1N1 vaccine and funding of approximately $12 million were pledged to fight the virus.

In February of 2009, Bloomberg reported that Baxter had accidentally contaminated samples with the bird flu virus. The contamination was discovered when ferrets at a lab in the Czech Republic died after being inoculated with vaccine made from the samples. The virus material was supposed to contain a seasonal flu virus and was contaminated after “human error,” according to Baxter.

Dan Even, writing for Haaretz, reported earlier this week that a report had linked the deadly Cryptococcus gatti fungus to labs in the United States and the Nes Tziona Biological Institute in Israel. “The report also linked an Israeli American scientist, Dr. Joseph Moshe, to the spread of the fungus,” writes Even.

An outbreak of the fungus killed six people in Oregon and was predicted to move into northern California and possibly farther, according to experts. “No one knows how the species got to North America or how the fungus can thrive in a temperate region,” notes Christine Dell’Amore of National Geographic News. Cryptococcus gattii is an airborne fungus native to tropical and subtropical regions, including Papua New Guinea, Australia, and parts of South America.

However, much like the H1N1 virus, the threat posed by the “killer” fungus appears to be little more than corporate media sensationalism.

“At its peak, we were seeing about 36 cases per million per year, so that is a very small number,” Christina Hull, an assistant professor of medical microbiology and immunology and of biomolecular chemistry at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, told Bloomberg Businessweek on April 30.

Joseph Moshe is currently scheduled for a court hearing on his mental status on August 24, 2010, in California.
