As people have pointed out, he seems like a cartoonish take on Josh Brolin's portrayal in "W". It's like a drug induced interpretation of the Dubya satire amped up on steroids. Most GOP candidates
are boring stodgy white guys(and gals) who just seem like they're seat warmers. Romney? Pawlenty?

Rick Perry seems right out of a movie, like an over the top portrayal of a greasy big oil puppet.

Actually, it was 28 years. Funny how people still see Clinton as a Democrat even though he did everything the corporations wanted and paid lip-service to Democratic platforms. My ex (a life-long Repulbican businessman) said he loved Clinton. He would get up on teevee and spout the Democratic line and then, in meat space, continue the corporate, i.e., Repulbican, bs.

Of course, my ex lost out, as all that was really about the CORPORATION, not the millionaire small businessman he was, who lost out to the chain stores. Oh, well.
