After a couple of weeks, or three, your upness will increase. Actually you will probably notice it after three or four days unless you are a seriously "unhard" case. Its a tried and true remedy. Take it with some fat, such as virgin coconut oil which increases the absorption. Add a little golden seal root and whammo, the upness is on uptick mode. Mountain Rose Herb sells it by the pound, ya know? Hmmmm...One teaspoon twice a day with some fat for two weeks. Then one teaspoon a day after that with some fat, make ya fat bro...just sayin...

Not the goldenseal though. Its toxic in high amounts. You only need a little bit of that. Maybe...hmmmm....at first two weeks 1/2 teaspoon a day for a jump start. After that, hmmmm.....maybe.....1/4 teaspoon a day for a week. This stuff is a little dicey so do your own homework. It won't hurt you unless you just get up on it like a rabid dog though. One hell of a good antibiotic.
