I hope it's all the dossiers that the NSA has on all the military, senators, congressmen and the presidents..... talk about blackmail and who's really running the show

or maybe it's a list of categories that NSA has put us all into

like what's done with raw meat...
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

I think this is most likely happening, but (and this is more cynical than I like to be about this, anyway here goes) I think Greenwald is controlled t an extent otherwise he'd be dead. So, even if he knows about this TPTB will not allow the reveal.

The tech must exist (not very scientific, I know) but they've got the basics right there for the using and we all know they've been researching this stuff for ages. Flickering lights - easy. Subliminal messages in audio? Simple. Wave patterns through sound. Piece of cake. altering emotional states via wave patterns is nothing. nothing at all.

I've often wondered if this isn't the reason that america hasn't stood up to defend itself already. It can't.

YES this is a debate I have with friends, colleagues and anyone else who will listen in the grocery store lines LOL, WHY DONT AMERICANS TAKE TO THE STREETS, we have seen it ALL OVER THE MIDDLE EAST, in Europe and Asia, in Greece etc, millions taking to the streets over things not even as big as the shit we are facing right now, those people get off their asses and get on the streets and riot and make noise but AMERICANS DO NOT and have not EVER, unless you count the civil rights era and that wasnt really as big as most of what we are seeing in places now, even in South and Central America they take to the streets for the smallest of things and they make a lot of noise but we do NOTHING HERE, there is has to be some reason for this and the irony is that Americans are supposed to be the ONES WHO WROTE THE BOOK on this sort of thing, we are the ones with the fighting spirit, the ones who invented the great revolutions, but why not anymore, what happened, it doesnt make any sense, look at Egypt, TWICE ALREADY in what the last 2 years, millions taking to the streets and demanding and GETTING change, yet in American complete and utter silence.

You might be on to something, maybe there is some shit in the water or air that is making it impossible for us to do it en mass, that sounds crazy but so did a lot of the shit that we now know is happening, ten years ago.

Perhaps an admission from the mouth of the NSA of the true intent of the NSA might be the next shocker. Namely to spy on you.

Perhaps a full list of the members of the media in the full-time employ of the CIA.

Ooooh that would be juicy, I dont know when the CIA took control of the media but they did it and have it now, they very likely have a few plants in high places like editors and the guys who write the talking points and decide what stories will be covered and which will not be and how those stories will be spun etc. I am pretty sure they likely recruit young journalists at the prestigious universities and plant them in the positions needed and let them work their way up while being handled all the way through. I have zero doubt at all that the cia controls the us media top and bottom, right and left, liberal and conservative, such a statement used to get you laughed at but not anymore, everyone knows it now.

But how many people want to do that, or will remember.

We have one of those damn webcam cameras on top of our main computet monitor and i always point it at the wall when i sit there.

Microphones are more difficult to black out though.

But yes I also assume its something like this. When I first read that these "smart tv's" had fucking cameras built into them, well that's rather an enormous red flag -- i mean why the hell else would there be a camera in one of those goddamn things? Also it's so purely Orwellian -- the TV that also watches you.

And the cars. If people knew that the gov was tracking anf logging your every move in your car, and that they could commandeer your car and/or shut it down, well so much for our beloved "freedom machines", right?

But who knows, maybe its something we can't imagine.

We are on the same page for sure, so we agree on all that. I think its a very good guess and I also agree it may be something we havent even thought or dreamed up yet. Fucking hell!

Indeed. For it to be truly "shocking" as Greenwald alludes, it'd have to be something that would affect much of the common folk, with technology already utilized by a considerable segment of the population. Govt open access to "SMART" TVs/PDAs/laptop cameras w/microphones, and/or the ability to seize control of any vehicle equipped with a GPS/OnStar/EZ-Pass -- at their whim -- would be a good way to SHOCK the otherwise relatively passive huddled masses.

Of course the caveat here is that the above scenario would have the most impact on consumers with moderate-to-relatively-disposable income. The Poor and/or more humbly appointed among us needn't worry about such intrusions.

Solution? Drive an older [pre-2007 or so] car. Or none at all. Don't buy a "smart" phone/TV. Avoid laptops with built-in f'ing cameras. Discard "social" websites/honeypots.
[On Edit: of course these 'solutions' are only pulling at the branches rather than aiming for the root -- “There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root.”]

Wholesale DISCARDING of current CONSUMER Tech 'trends' [surely it's no coincidence such 'trends' only increase ACCESS]. Who's in?

I for one am already doing my part:

Agreed, I lost my dad a few months back but he taught me a lot and one thing that stuck with me is a real appreciation for vintage autos. I dont have anything real fancy but I do have a real nice 1972 chevy truck that I completely restored and put a new motor in it the whole 9 yards, its like it was brand new in 1972, beautiful truck and that is what I drive and very happily so I might add and even more so now that I know about all this GPS onstar crap, this truck has none of it and I can fix anything on that truck with a socket set and a few screwdrivers, I dont need computer diagnostic machines and things like that, so I imagine I will be sticking with vintage vehicles the rest of my life and just rebuild them when I find them and make them like new again, plus they look cool and the chicks dig them! =)

But that is good advice, drive older cars if you dont have an ego that requires something fancy and new. I also only use burner cell phones, the phones are not connected to my name in any way, same with my laptop, log in only using onion tor and I dont use my own router, I borrow from whoever in the neighborhood leaves theirs open, nothing bad though, I am not viewing porn or anything but I just try and keep myself anonymous as possible and for no real reason other than it is my little part in trying to fight the man as I really dont have anything to hide but to me it is the principle of the matter.

No facebook and I only recently started twitter but I only use it as a news media parody/satire medium which is fun and I actually think satire and parody is actually the best way to express rebellion and truth.

Allow me to humbly clarify that the rhetoric in my prior post was indeed merely advice, not necessarily actionable steps already taken on my part. You are clearly more committed and -- from your posts at least -- of considerable character, whereas I sweep in with an occasional fit of hot air only to return to the default comforts of my climate-controlled living room and premium audio/visual accoutrements. [I jest here, of course -- it's not quite premium quality.. *rimshot*. Seriously though, your current arrangements are admirable.]

It could also be "revelations" that people like us already know about. Like the first of Snowden's beans that were spilled weren't exactly groundbreaking news, it's just that he had proof I suppose and he did a brilliant job of theatrically delivering them.

The thing I'm getting at here? The involvement of Israel.

James Bamford has already told us about most of this stuff, and has been largely ignored. But he has told us that the corporations that control most of this spying crap have very strong ties to Israeli government and intelligence.

And I have been amazed for decades now as to the the lockstep fashion in which are elected "representatives" always do what Israel wants, unanimously, and with those shit eating, cold-sweaty smiles on their faces which I have actually observed myself on some people I knew who were literally, actually, getting blackmailed.

It might be that our government is completely owned by the Israelis.

On edit: i'm not saying Israel controls the world. It's far too complex for that. Obviously there are other powerful organized crime gangs thst even they have to take into consideration. But I am suggesting that as far as the relationship between the US and Israel goes, Israel wears the pants. And in an extremely domineering fashion. And that could very well be what is being sat upon. By those who know exactly how dangerous it is to sit upon that.

Oh I am as guilty in many other ways, I dont want to sound all haughty like I am doing everything right and nobody else is, I contribute plenty to the mess the world has become, I too have helped make that bed and probably as much as the worst among us, I do drive an old car but that is just because dad and I always loved to work on them and fix them and it just so happens, it wasnt planned, that its a pretty good things now with all this talk of hacking cars, but it wasnt really planned that way, it just turned out to work ok for me. I would love a nice new car but I am happy with my old truck to be honest, the burner phone thing is about the same, I dont like the contracts and commitments needed to get a regular cell phone so I just took the easy way out and got one of those cheapies at quickie mart and pay as I go, again there was no plan that this is the better why to go but it turns out that it might just be so I wont complain, id love to have one of those fancy ipod or whatever they are, i have never even used one and have no idea wtf bluetooth even is, honestly no lie, I dont, thats how far behind I am, sometimes that is good and sometimes its ridiculous because some of this new technology is very helpful and it is very sad that it is being abused. I am not some real high character just some of my decisions have turned out to be beter when you are talking about NSA spying but I am not foolish enough to believe if I became a person of interest it doesnt matter if my car is old and my phone isnt an ATT or Sprint, they will find me and track me like anyone else and like you I also enjoy the comforts the world we live in and I know many of those comforts come at the expense of third world children who slave to create it for us and yea that fucks with my conscience but it hasnt stopped me from contrinbuting to it, liek I said, I am makig the bed as much as anyone and I am sleeeping in it.

Fact is my friend, it is very very hard to avoid it anymore, we are almost forced to join hands with the beast and sooner or later there may not be a choice, if you want to buy food, or goods, there are gonna be sacrifices we will have to make just to shop for basic items, I think its already becoming apparent.

And you know what, a part of me just doesnt give a fuck anymore, I just want to make sure my loved ones are ok, thats about all I can handle and what free time I have I will certainly help as much as I can to find out whi is killing those like Hastings (literally) Snowden and Manning (soon enough) who have more balls than the rest of us and are actually trying to make a difference, in the end we probably will never know but when i have the free time I will certainly keep looking because its really fucked up that guys like that are murdered and silenced rigt under our noses and it seems like we can do a fucking thing about it. THAT IS WHAT HURTS SO VERY BADLY

Sky Deutschland to broadcast adverts directly into train passengers' heads

Passengers leaning their head against the window will "hear" adverts "coming from inside the user's head", urging them to download the Sky Go app.

The proposal involves using bone conduction technology, which is used in hearing aids, headphones and Google's Glass headset, to pass sound to the inner ear via vibrations through the skull.

A video for the Talking Window campaign released by Sky Deutschland and ad agency BBDO Germany states: "Tired commuters often rest their heads against windows. Suddenly a voice inside their head is talking to them. No one else can hear this message."

The voice comes from a Sky-branded transmitter made by Audiva that is attached to the train window.

BBDO spokesman Ulf Brychcy told the BBC: "If our customer Sky Deutschland agrees, we will start with the new medium as quickly as possible.
