Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Translation: Some Americans don't like knowing what their preferred candidate said to Goldman Sachs, and they don't like anyone else on the planet knowing about it either.

(You guys would be happy to see Assange dead, wouldn't you? Admit it. Along with any other uppity furriner who doesn't know when it's time to stop.)

no I just don't want the fucking fascist Trump to be president...and Assange should just butt out

Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.

oh and he is also a child rapist

Irony?

It's as though all memory of the last few decades has been erased. Fear is working.

Sorry, I'm missing the irony. Are you suggesting seemslikeadream or anyone else on RI is cool with any country's election being fucked with by foreigners (or by the USA if we happen to reside there)?

Cruik, considering the high volume of incredibly stupid shit you've believed in and/or spouted in this forum over the past few years, knowing you disapprove of my take on this particular topic is a great source of comfort and validation, indeed.

I was mildly surprised that anyone here objects to making an informed choice.

I know irony has never been Americans' strong point, but the irony here is really very hard to miss.

Being jerked around by a Putin stooge does NOT make one informed. There is nothing about recent Wkileaks revelations that gives me confidence in either their provenance or in the intentions for their release. In fact, a bunch of them have already proven to be bogus (although there isn't even anything particularly bad to be found in any of them as of yet). If you claim that you're worried about fascists fucking with other nations' sovereignty but you think Putin is cool, there's something wrong with you.

So ... you're okay with foreigners fucking with the US election ... as long as the foreigners provide "informed" material to necessitate a particular choice?

I think I see the irony. Do you?

So, Robert, if Julian Assange was a US citizen, you'd be fine with the HClinton-GoldmanSachs leaks? It's not the leaks themselves you object to, just the un-Americannness of WikiLeaks' most prominent member?

Correct me if I'm wrong.
