Is a comet about to hit earth in May 2020?

I'm sure all of us have imagined what would have happened if the Tunguska object had struck London or NYC instead.

None of us even know how the planet we're on will look this time next week.

Ah, sorry. No worries. And yes, Tunguska in London would have been bad. Just look at what happened with a small (20 meters wide) rock in Russia. Imagine that happening over Manhattan. Every window pane turning into lethal rain.

Of course Tunguska happened, you berk. Of course there are world-killer asteroid craters. The May 2020 rock is on a 'miss' trajectory. But I guess this is just more of their fiendish plan to make us ill-informed so we'll die watching Netflix fearing the fake virus when the big one hits. What do the grocery clerks say about the asteroid?

I imagine the Space Force satellite may have lethal capabilities. Don't know who's on the list for the first pinpoint particle beams, probably The Hague. Then maybe Albany and Sacramento. Depends on who gets the joystick.

No other city has Wall Street, but don't worry, it's starting to shift to China. With every other Hollywood movie having Chinese financial backing they have to drop something on Shanghai to justify the Chinese heroes.

I haven’t been here in a good long time and never thought I’d be back, but in the since I last posted here, my intuition had grown to a point where I had to dial it back, deliberately, to protect myself. Too much empathy for others can be unbearable. Especially in the society in which I currently circulate. Which, a very long time ago, had a huge affect on the self-piloted part of of my life.

I haven’t posted these thoughts anywhere but here. And probably won’t.

Curious if anyone else had some legit (as much as you can define intuition as “legit”) premonitions about 2020. Mine was very surprising.

Breaking news! And we mean that literally. According to Sky & Telescope, the brightest comet that’s so far been visible in 2020, C/2019 Y4 (or Comet ATLAS), is fragmenting, which means the brilliant show it was probably going to put on for astronomers later this season almost certainly won’t happen.
