Turns out about 100-200 "antifa" held a demo "against police violence" in Leipzig last night, set fire to a few rubbish bins on the street, lit a few fireworks, and while strolling past a mosque favoured by Erdogan supporters (ditib) heroically broke four (4) of its windows. For some no doubt innocent reason the cops were unable to prevent any of this. No damage was done to any other buildings. Eleven arrests reported, probably nine of them teenage LARPers playing at revolution, the other two salaried police agents provocateur in black drag.

Yesterday I saw a clip of a very similar incident in Italy, on the Ischia-Naples ferry: unPricked man arrested, passengers applauding the cops and catcalling as he was led off the boat. Shouts of "Throw him overboard!"

I've taken both those journeys several times. It could've been me. This is the soul-crushing fascist New Normal everywhere, for all of us, forever, unless the fence-sitting spectators finally grow a spine and stand up against it now.

At Germany's Federal Constitutional Court, all plaintiffs, lawyers, witnesses, and observers are now required to show proof that they have been "vaccinated" and also present a recent negative "test" to prove they haven't caught the Killer Dot nonetheless -- otherwise they will be barred from the courtroom.

Order of the President
Order of the President of the Federal Constitutional Court of 1 December 2021 regarding entry to the court building for persons visiting the Court

On the basis of the powers of the President of the Federal Constitutional Court to enact and enforce house rules for the Court, I issue the following order with immediate effect. This order serves to prevent infections with COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and implements the Ordinance of the Land Government of Baden-Württemberg on Measures to Control the Spread of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 Ordinance). It applies in addition to the general rules governing entrance to the Court.

Anyone visiting the Court must be refused entry to the court building if they cannot provide proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test within the meaning of § 2 nos. 3, 5 or 7 of the COVID-19 Ordinance. A negative test result must not be older than 24 hours (rapid lateral flow tests) or 48 hours (PCR tests).

In addition, anyone visiting the Court must be refused entry if they display visible symptoms that might indicate a possible infection with COVID-19 (particularly signs of respiratory illness, flu-like symptoms, fever, runny nose, sore throat and cough).

Anyone visiting the Court is required to disinfect their hands before entering the building. The hand sanitizer provided in the entrance area must be used for this purpose.

Anyone visiting the Court is required to wear a medical face mask while they are in the court building. Parties to the proceedings and visitors attending a court session must do so until they have taken their seats in the courtroom. The exemptions laid down in § 3(2) no. 2 of the COVID-19 Ordinance apply. The safety measures to be observed for the court session are determined by the order of the presiding Justice issued in exercise of their powers to maintain order in court. Medical face masks will be provided to visitors and anyone attending a court session who is not in possession of a mask.

Anyone visiting the Court who refuses to wear a medical face mask without falling under one of the exemptions in § 3(2) no. 4 of the COVID-19 Ordinance will be denied entry to the Court by the Director of the Federal Constitutional Court or a person authorised by the Director.

Once the court session has ended, all visitors and parties to the proceedings must leave the building promptly.

If persons wishing to attend an oral hearing or the pronouncement of a judgment are denied entry to the building, the presiding Justice of the competent Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court must be informed of this without undue delay.

This order is valid until revoked.

That is shithouse behaviour by the cops.

But its hardly surprising. They're cops after all. (There isn't alot of difference between that scene and Floyd George being killed by Derek Chauvin, except that guy didn't get murdered. Which is a big deal.)

I was at a protest once where the coppers used neck pressure point holds on little old ladies and then dragged them away mostly using those holds. Ie holding the pressure point and then dragging them using only the neck pressure point hold to drag them away. Its actually worse than what that bully did to the little old lady at the end.
