Equally offensive to men and women everywhere.
“At core, men are afraid women will laugh at them, while at core, women are afraid men will kill them.”

Not core, not men, not women, not laugh, not women, not men, not kill, not them.
But it's the word left out--and all of four times--that is the rhetorical thrust of the statement.

Do you have a momma? A daughter? a sister? a girlfriend? a wife? Why don't you do an experiment? Ask one of them to walk down a bad street alone at night, dressed 'normally', not armed, no mace, no whistle, no dog, no big strong man she trusts. You will quickly understand how insulting it is to all women to call this literally truthful statement 'rhetoric' as if it is borne of hysterical fantasy...

Why would I do that? I wouldn't do it myself, and would be afraid of man, woman and beast. Does that make me a woman? Does that make men, women and beasts evil?
Edit: I notice that you use the word...
As a man alone on the street at night you would be afraid of being raped and killed by a woman? How likely is it that a woman would even try such a thing? How likely is it that gangs of women are lurking in shadows, just waiting for the opportunity to rape a man? Now I grant you, gangs of men have been known to mug, and/or rape and kill other men but how does that make it any better? How does that make the danger and fear any less severe for women?
EDIT: what word?

If a virgin diligently researches and compiles the most sensible sex advice ever written, then yeah, why not. The message counts; the messenger, not as much. You know who I definitely wouldn't want? A sex therapist or skydiving instructor who was so proud of having personal experience that they didn't bother even trying to engage with particular details anymore, instead coasting on that perceived advantage in experience.
