A friend and I have once discussed where Roman Polanski, by engaging directly with the Occult and Satanism in “Rosemary’s Baby,” had somehow conjured the horror that claimed his wife and unborn child. Certainly Manson was a manipulative psychopath. And we know the chain of meetings that led him from Dennis Wilson’s den of iniquity to the house on Cielo Drive that Polanski and Tate had just rented. Yet, as the artist responsible for cinematically constructing the tale from Ira Levin’s book, is it possible Polanski midwifed the Devil’s spawn much as the Satanists did for Rosemary?

Police looking for second “person of interest” in theater shooting

Sources tell FOX31 Denver reporter Justin Joseph that a second man is now a person-of-interest in the Aurora theater shooting investigation. We are not disclosing his identity because he has not been charged.

Person of interest and shooting suspect James Holmes both attended same Colorado university.
...
Sources tell Justin Joseph someone made either a call or a text from the person of interest’s phone threatening violence if James Egan Holmes was not released from jail. That call prompted police to issue an alert to find and detain him.
...
Anshutz Medical Center confirms he is in their doctorate program, the same program from which Holmes withdrew several months ago.
...
Neighbors say he and his roommate left their home hours before the massacre. They haven’t seen him since.

JUDGE SEALS 'BATMAN' SHOOTING CASE

Prosecutors fear public scrutiny could 'jeopardize the ongoing investigation'

An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."

The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."

The District Attorney's affidavit says prosecutors are investigating first-degree murder charges against Holmes, but that disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

I watched it too. He's probably hopped up (down) on Seroquel or some other anti-psychotic. Jails give Seroquel out like candy.

The most common side-effect of quetiapine is somnolence. Other common side-effects include: sluggishness, fatigue, dry mouth, sore throat, dizziness, abdominal pain, constipation, upset stomach, orthostatic hypotension, inflammation or swelling of the sinuses or pharynx, increased appetite, and weight gain.[14]

There is an emerging controversy regarding quetiapine fatalities. The deaths of at least six U.S. military veterans who were given drug cocktails including quetiapine [15] have been attributed to its inclusion by military doctors to treat PTSD. Approximately 10,000 [16] lawsuits [17][18][19][20][21] against AstraZeneca for problems ranging from slurred speech and chronic insomnia to death have been experienced by individuals from civilian populations.

It is marketed as one of the most sedating of all anti-psychotics, although those claims are contested.[22] Beginning users may feel extremely tired and 'out of it' for the first few days, and sometimes longer. Quetiapine's newest indication, for bipolar depression, usually specifically calls for the entire dose to be taken before bedtime due to its sedative effects. The sedative effects may disappear after some time on the drug, or with a change of dosage, and with possibly different, non-sedative side-effects emerging.

Both typical and atypical antipsychotics can cause tardive dyskinesia.[23] According to one study, rates are lower with the atypicals at 3.9% as opposed to the typicals at 5.5%.[23] Although Quetiapine and Clozapine are atypical antipsychotics, switching to these atypicals is an option to minimize symptoms of tardive dyskinesia caused by other atypicals.[24]

Weight gain can be a problem for some patients. Quetiapine has been found to cause more weight gain than fluphenazine, haloperidol, loxapine, molindone, olanzapine, pimozide, risperidone, thioridazine, thiothixene, trifluoperazine, and ziprasidone, but less than chlorpromazine, clozapine, perphenazine, and sertindole when calculated according to a fixed effects model.[25]

Studies conducted on beagles have resulted in the formation of cataracts. While there are reports of cataracts occurring in humans, controlled studies including thousands of patients have not demonstrated a clear causal association between quetiapine therapy and this side-effect.[citation needed] However, the Seroquel website[26] still recommends users have eye examinations every six months.

As with some other anti-psychotics, quetiapine may lower the seizure threshold,[27] and should be taken with caution in combination with drugs such as bupropion.

A recent comparative study of anti-psychotics drugs has found that quetiapine mono treatment was associated with increased risk of death relative to the other analyzed treatments (but still better than no anti-psychotics drug treatment at all).[28]

I almost lost my life riding in a car with a person on Seroquel who, for over a minute drove on the wrong side of the road headed towards a farm tractor ....swerved back with just a second to spare...he did want to kill himself and didn't care if I went with him

Not sure why, but I'm compelled to follow this event more closely than i have others of a similar nature. I get a very strong whiff of social engineering...no rigor; all intuition.

Seeing the courtroom photo, I thought for the first time -- maybe Holmes entire role was to sit quietly in his vehicle, awaiting and cooperating with his arrest? I'm not aware of any reports which indicate the shooter could have been ID'ed from what anyone within the theater would have been able to see. (?)

OK, this has been bugging me.... so, take it for intuition without rigor. The photo of James Eagan Holmes that is most prevalent in the media looks more like a drawing or at least a photo that's been run through filters to make it look more like a painting -- a very good quality one, but nonetheless, it's just a bit unreal to my eyes. Maybe it's just the lighting or too much digital sharpening or something....

Image

And here's the other thing. In trying to find the source of the photo, as best I can tell, it was provided by the Univ. of Colorado | Anschutz Medical Campus, and here's a statement with the photo from that source. And it's a similarly cropped photo:

Image

The actual photo, without cropping, can be downloaded from the same link, and it's a PDF file that looks like this:

Image

Now we see all of his hair, and what I construe as his hair looking rather devilish, if you get my drift. Just a bad hair day, nothing unusual about that, right? But what I find curious is why the hair horns are cropped out from many of the postings of this photo. Was the intent to simply zoom in on his face? Doesn't make sense....

in the vid at this link the judge mentions motion to seal at 1min4sec mark saying "we have the p1, which is motion to seal the search warrant affodavit, and orders and case file which was filed by the people."

Someone says the court file has been sealed.

Just thought this might be worth adding. I am listening to AJ Sunday podcast. He is going over MK Ultra, Ted Kazinski (claimed he was a volunteer that escaped), Gladio, Ajax, etc. Going over CIA, MI6... its in the first hour. He's saying the shooting is staged.

Eerie Coincidence: Colorado University Had Identical Drill On Same Day As ‘Batman’ Massacre
Exercise revolved around gunman attacking theater

“Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine is in the middle of holding specialized classes in disaster life support for 150 second-year medical students. Along with response to natural disasters like hurricanes and floods and terrorist attacks, one of the scenarios being used to train the students is how to respond if a shooter fires at people in a movie theater and also uses a bomb in the attack,” reports the Denver Post.

The added detail of a bomb being used in the drill makes the similarity with the shooting even more creepy given the fact that gunman James Holmes used a smoke bomb during his deadly assault.

The drill was part of an Advanced Disaster Life Support Training exercise which involves emergency specialist physicians. The shootings in Aurora were actually incorporated into the training at the University which took place just hours after the massacre.

“The irony is amazing, just amazing,” said Rocky Vista Dean Dr. Bruce Dubin.

Chertoff Suggests Precrime Solution to Mass Shooting Psychos
Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
July 23, 2012

Cognizant of the fact grabbing guns from law-abiding citizens will not stop psychos from engaging in mass shootings, former Homeland Security boss Michael Chertoff believes government should hone its ability to spot criminals and terrorists before they inflict damage on society.

“We need to understand more about the signs that show somebody is either becoming deranged or becoming a terrorist, because there’s a commonality we see again and again, which is a sudden change in behavior, usually some element of becoming more isolated and changing the way you relate to people,” Chertoff said over the weekend on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

Chertoff tried to link the Aurora shooting to Muslim terrorism by mentioning Major Hasan.

“The question there again was how come Major [Nidal Malik] Hasan was not detected earlier before the horrible shootings in Fort Hood,” he said. “It was, in a sense, a failure of imagination. Here’s somebody who was getting radicalized, who was communicating with a terrorist over the internet and yet the people looking at that somehow they couldn’t get their heads around the assumption that somehow because he was an army officer, he couldn’t be turning in a bad direction. So we need to rethink our approach to this.”

Hasan supposedly connived with Anwar al-Awlaki, the Pentagon dinner guest allegedly killed in Yemen by the CIA and the Joint Special Operations Command.

The Aurora and Fort Hood shootings have absolutely nothing in common – except they are both mass killings – but this is irrelevant for the opportunist Chertoff who is more interested in pushing his neocon agenda of forever war against the enemies of Israel. He also has a financial interest in the war against manufactured enemies – his security consulting agency, Chertoff Group, includes a client that manufactures porno scanners for locked-down airports in the United States.

Chertoff has a vested interest in keeping the lucrative war on terror going for as long as possible and may get the opportunity in November. In 2011, he was invited to join a select number of fellow neocons – including Robert Kagan, Eliot Cohen, Dan Senor and other Bush era leftovers – as candidate Romney’s foreign policy “advisory team.”

Despite Chertoff’s obsession with the completely overblown threat posed by radicalized Muslims, the Department of Homeland Security has moved to incorporate precrime in its modus operandi and the shootings in Colorado may work in its favor.

In October, Declan McCullagh reported that a program designed to predict whether a person will commit a crime was being tested.

Earlier in 2011, we reported on efforts by the DHS to subject Americans to precrime interrogations and physiological scans to detect “malintent” at sports stadiums, malls, airports and other public places.

The precrime schemes are an expansion of the “See Something, Say Something” program rolled out by the mega-agency. The creepy program is ominously akin to efforts by East Germany’s Stasi to turn citizens into stool pigeons.

“At the height of its influence around one in seven of the East German population was an informant for the Stasi. As in Nazi Germany, the creation of an informant system was wholly centered around identifying political dissidents and those with grievances against the state, and had little or nothing to do with genuine security concerns,” Washington’s Blog wrote in February.

Likewise, Chertoff’s suggestion that officialdom somehow ferret out “deranged terrorists” and other malcontents is not a serious effort to put an end to mass murder, but it is part of a political agenda (in Chertoff’s case, keeping the Islamic jihadist threat myth alive).

Beyond the Muslim threat, the state is interested in finding “deranged” political opponents before they exercise their First Amendment right to seek a redress of grievances and other terrorist solutions to tyranny.

Chertoff and the establishment know it is virtually impossible to prevent lunatics from engaging in public mass murder. Instead, they are moving to create a framework of surveillance and a network of “see something, say something” informants that will be used for political purposes under the transparent guise of protecting innocents from terrorists.

Real life shooting imitates training exercise at Parker medical school

The Denver Post

The tragedy that played out in an Aurora movie theater Friday was ironically paralleled as a classroom learning experience in a medical school in Parker the same day.

Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine is in the middle of holding specialized classes in disaster life support for 150 second-year medical students. Along with response to natural disasters like hurricanes and floods and terrorist attacks, one of the scenarios being used to train the students is how to respond if a shooter fires at people in a movie theater and also uses a bomb in the attack.

"The irony is amazing, just amazing," said Rocky Vista Dean Dr. Bruce Dubin.

He said emergency specialist physicians from Parkland Hospital in Dallas as well as from several other emergency programs around the country are teaching the Advanced Disaster Life Support Training. Rocky Vista is the only medical school in the nation to make that training a part of the curriculum.

"They are trained to respond in every type of disaster," Dubin said.

The shootings in Aurora were incorporated into the teaching Friday, Dubin said.

"It made these medical students very aware that these kinds of things can happen anywhere," he said. "The events of this tragedy have helped to drive that home."
