In fact no. I was feeling fine and dandy until you depressed the hell out of me with your harebrained joviality. You're driving me to despair.

Huh? Uh, okay. Whatever floats your boat, rebel. Just, you know, don't sink ours.

What's going on here? How often does a state medical examiner simply refuse to state a cause of death? Again: Is such a refusal even legal? (Serious questions. I'd be grateful if anyone from the US can enlighten me about this.)

The Globe reported today that an uncle, Ruslan Tsarni of Maryland, and Tamerlan’s two sisters, obtained Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s remains from the medical examiner’s office after his wife waived her right to claim her husband’s remains.

According to Kheda Saratova, a human rights activist working with the family in Russia, the Tsarnaev family does not intend to bury Tamerlan until they find an independent coroner to issue a cause of death, the Globe reported. The Tsarnaevs have remained dubious of reports that police were taking Tamerlan into custody when Dzhokhar reportedly ran him over.

[...]

The medical examiner's office has not released the cause of death for Tamerlan Tsarnaev. A death certificate could be released as early as today.

Also, fwiw:

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that could lead to the death penalty, is being held at a federal prison hospital in Ayer.

coroner n. a county official with the responsibility to determine the cause of death of anyone who dies violently (by attack or accident), suddenly, or suspiciously. The coroner or one of his/her staff must examine the body at the scene of such a death and make a report. If the cause is not obvious or certified by an attending physician, then the coroner may order a "coroner's inquest" which requires an autopsy (post-mortem). If that is not conclusive, the coroner may hold a hearing as part of the inquest, although this is rare due to scientific advances in pathology.

The coroner's cause of death statement is generally part of the death certificate, which in this case is expected to be filed today.

The Massachusetts chief medical examiner's office said the cause of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's death will not be made public until the death certificate is filed with Boston's city clerk's office.

Thank you, barracuda.

It will be practically unprecedented to see something relevant on the record about this case from someone who is not anonymous.

The family are certainly wise to insist on a second examination by an independent coroner, but I don't know how they hope to manage that task from Russia. I expect the body will be in an unexaminable state by the time they acquire it, in the extremely unlikely event that they ever do.

On Edit: But maybe they will manage to get it done in the US. Maybe his uncle and sisters will actually pursue that independent examination (which won't be cheap, for a start). They would be well advised to begin with DNA identification of the corpse.

did he get run over by a cop car or not?
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Presumably forensic testing for tyre marks and traces of rubber could answer that question and also prove which vehicle (if any) had hit him. At any rate:

BOSTON — A doctor involved in treating the Boston Marathon bombing suspect who died in a gunbattle with police says he had injuries head to toe and all limbs intact when he arrived at the hospital.

Dr. David Schoenfeld said 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev was unconscious and had so many penetrating wounds when he arrived at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center early Friday that it isn't clear which ones killed him, and a medical examiner will have to determine the cause of death.

"All limbs intact" - That's on the record. And yet he had allegedly been run over by an SUV?

"so many penetrating wounds ... that it isn't clear which ones killed him" - The [warning: graphic] photo of his body shows at least one apparent bullet hole in his torso.

Peter Stefan, owner of Graham Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlors, told WBZ-TV Friday he is handling funeral arrangements for the Tsarnaev family.

[...]

Several protesters showed up outside a funeral home in North Attleboro Thursday night when Tsarnaev’s body was taken there after it was released by the state medical examiner to the family.

Stefan said that was because of a “mixup” and that the body should have been brought directly to his business.

http://boston.cbslocal.com/2013/05/03/w ... v-funeral/

A "mixup". We're talking about the most prominent and deeply-hated killer in the nation right now. But, after two full weeks in spook custody, the body of "Tamerlan Tsernaev" somehow got sent to the wrong funeral parlour (whoops!), before (phew, what a relief!) finally being sent to the right one.

The family have got to get that DNA tested, and quickly. They can't even be sure whose body is in the casket.

Meanwhile:

BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s official cause of death will be listed as gunshot wounds and blunt trauma, a law enforcement source told WBZ-TV’s Joe Shortsleeve on Friday.

The death certificate has not yet been filed with the city of Boston.

I missed this comedy classic, from April 25th:

There have also been conflicting reports about [Dzhokhar] Tsarnaev’s mental state in the days after his capture. “Over the weekend, he’s in and out of lucidity,” Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell” show on Thursday. “He’s got — he’s on medication, he’s talking, but he’s not talking, he’s unconscious, he’s going for medical procedures.”

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04 ... e=obinsite

Is that clear?

Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, wrote: “He’s got — he’s on medication, he’s talking, but he’s not talking, he’s unconscious, he’s going for medical procedures.”

It's good to have that on the record, from one who knows.

Tavistock Ideology Explains False Flags - Neil Sanders

This fellow asserts that carpet bombing of civilians in WW2 and the Phoenix program in Vietnam were Tavistock ideas.

All these things will continue as long as coercion remains a central element of our mentality.
