"I have no knowledge..."

"No."

"Yes."

"[awkward silence]... Yes... well, maybe my son could answer that better..."

-That's just a word, Marlowe. We have that kind of world. Two wars gave it to us and we are going to keep it.

Sometimes it's the small details that are most telling:

3.07pm: Rupert Murdoch is asked why he has had to enter Downing Street through the back door when visitng Downing Street. He says that has been the decision of the prime minister's staff.

Ruppie should turn up his hearing aid but then he wouldn't have extra time to figure a yes or no answer

Payments to Gordon Taylor ($1.1 billion) were not made aware to Rupert Murdoch because they were below the threshold of what James would bring to his dad.
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

James is such a dissembling douchebag

and I would just like to say in a spirit of heartfelt sincerity to all people reading this, that in a spirit of moving forward at RI, that I do not know the details of what I am talking about but it is customery to treat my post with the full seriousness that, moving forward in full transparency, it deserves.

I just realised - James is playing this as if he is REPORTING TO A BOARD, not appearing on the TV!

Pinocchio paradox
Main article: Pinocchio paradox

There is a popular conception that Pinocchio's nose grows only when he lies. Under this condition, the Pinocchio Paradox is an analogy for the liar paradox, expressing the dilemma of what will happen if Pinocchio says "My nose will grow now." If he is lying, his nose should grow, but if his nose grows, then he is actually telling the truth. On the other hand, if he is telling the truth and his nose starts growing, then it will violate the condition that his nose grows when he is lying.[3]

Watch the lawyers in the background occasionally cover their lips to speak. Notice Murdoch shakes his head emphatically when he's telling a whopper.

: )
And while we spoke of many things, fools and kings
This he said to me

You'll ever learn
Is just to love
And be loved
In return"

This is fucking rivetting stuff

Watch Wendi - Rupert's Chinese wife - fascinating body language.

Poor Rupert is not used to being questioned like this.

I reckon James haa a sly blink and or a quick flick of the eyes upward when he's dealing in prepared pork pies, a longer roll of the eyes when he has to make an effort. Murdoch is putting in an academy award performance.

It is fascinating to watch, but the lack of honest answers points to this really needing to happen in a courtroom.
