Cyberpunk movies.....now I know what to call 90% of by fave films - Vanilla Sky? I know many hated this movie but again this 'affected'me maybe 'infected' me just had my mind go to places never visited before.

Vanilla Sky is amazingly good (haven't seen the remake)

Wild Palms, that's a good series, watched it first time a few years ago, should probbly check it out again, it's one of those things where you sense the writer is talking about more than just the story.

Alphaville should count as a cyberpunk movie

hehe nice pic Justdrew - the one from the CyberPunk rule book, I think. Now that takes me back. CyberPunk nostalgia, I love the irony...

I think you mean the original. Vanilla Sky was a remake of a Spanish film called Open Your Eyes.

Starring Penelope Cruz and her breasts.

Is it in english? I've been having trouble sourcing an english version, but maybe it's only in Spanish with english subs?

Liquid Sky is quite silly.... great soundtrack, though.

it's full-on 80s Grand-High Silliness though. just re-watched it actually, "amazingly good" was a bit of an overstatement, but it's an excellent example of "that sort of film from then and there" - the soundtrack is great indeed.
