It MAY be simply a matter of people thinking this is a road to micro-celebrity and lemminging along, but it can't be ruled out as being part of the Cognitive Infiltration strategy of disruption, could be executed by some potentially quite small group, or all the way to the top, keeping in mind the copycat vlog-sluths are free and act as cammo..

My understanding from the reports is that some people did realise that an attack was taking place and tried to intervene, and that the local school was warned, and obviously, police and ambulance called. Others may have thought that it was a traffic accident - passing by, seeing a smashed up car, and not realised what was actually happening.

Woolwich attack: MI5 'offered job to suspect'

MI5 asked Woolwich murder suspect Michael Adebolajo if he wanted to work for them about six months before the killing, a childhood friend has said.

Abu Nusaybah told BBC Newsnight his friend - one of two men arrested after Drummer Lee Rigby's murder in south-east London on Wednesday - had rejected the approach from the security service.

The BBC could not obtain any confirmation from Whitehall sources.

Mr Nusaybah was arrested at the BBC after giving the interview.
