I didn't change your post. That's your thing. I changed my quote of your post, a widespread and accepted practice as a source of irony/satire, commonly acknowledged as 'ftfy'. I find it charming.
It seems that RI is all you have, the way you lash out at the inference of mostly benign criticism. To damn with faint praise: There are lesser places than RI to inhabit, to be sure. I prefer Earth.
I believe my last OP was 'Person and Persona' some five weeks ago. It was more of an earwig than anything else--but I'll be getting back to it, and dada's reply, when I'm better, a slow process. As for my other OPs, I try to supply what is 'missing', selectively. (You could look them up if you like.)
For example, one single mention of the relationship between/among calcium and magnesium, sodium and potassium, in diet, nutrition and gardening is worth more than the thousands of hours of hot air expended on Trump here in this forum alone--which will never come to anything, ever. At best, its purpose is to justify or rather externalize endless, bottomless depression. That's not nothing, I suppose.
The above will likely have to suffice at present for drevil's request. Though graphene, just as a passing mention, comes to mind (while not fusion, drevil, it actually
exists, is practicable, and you can make on your computer). I'm keeping an eye on the progress of the research (available via youtube), and have a project in mind using stacked disks in a cylinder connected in serial as a battery backup for a solar collector. Not negative or destructive enough to hold local attention. I understand that.
Now, I freely acknowledge that graphene has been mentioned on a few occasions here, in passing. Kudos. If the energy expended documenting Trump's misadventures were rededicated to researching the uses of graphene the energy crisis would likely already be history, and we would have to create another one--to maintain and extend our own disempowerment. Just one casual example. One of an infinite number.
Something, something about a question of balance...
