as far as his story there are A LOT of rumors floating around about what actually happened i have been keeping my finger on the pulse of this whole story and i think shrim or close associates of his may be more involved than they'd like to admit

Chaos magic emphasizes that there is no single morality and that the ends do certainly justify the means. Although I agree on some level but also that the Golden Rule is golden for a reason.

i'm not sure i'd consider "chaos magic" a singular entity. but as a whole it certainly has those tendencies on paper. i think most of the self-identifying chaoists i know are really syncretic-buddhists though.

I'd argue that even Crowley's "Do what thou wilt..." is based on that same principle to some degree. OP ED: where is your thread?

the text message thing and the razakel thing are actually the same theory. This is whats being said inside the horrorcore community by those oos us who attended the festival, which is kind of convoluted but makes sense to a degree supposedly after the music festival shrim had sex with emma who was sam's girlfriend sam saw one of the texts between shrim and emma on her phone and somehow around the same time razakelshrims gf found out about it and supposedly got in contact with sam before the murders and either she "put a hit out" on the girls or he did it of his own volition but if i was the police i'd subpeona razakel's phone records just to be on the safe side. There is no way Sam would implicate Shrim as he holds a cult like grip and everyone in his camp.

I saw it on the Websleuths site so I am not sure that any official autopsy reports have been released. Seems fairly likely though since all three were in the house and killed by impact with blunt object.

I saw today in an article that the police have not spoken to Sam at all, no interviews with him whatsoever. He lawyered up immediately and has had no contact with the police since. Strange.

They were thinking animal. A dog, a cat, something like that. They never imagined they were smelling the remains of massacred humans. It was Thursday, September 17. But another 24 hours would pass before police made the gruesome discovery.

Details surface on murder weapons in Farmville slayings

FARMVILLE—Two weapons—a ball-peen hammer and a wood-splitting maul—were used to bludgeon four people found dead inside a Longwood University professor’s home in September, a source close to the investigation confirmed yesterday.

Also yesterday, Richard Samuel Alden McCroskey III, 20, of Castro Valley, Calif., was served with indictments on six counts of capital murder in the bludgeoning deaths of professor Debra S. Kelley, 53; her estranged husband, Mark Niederbrock, 50; their daughter, Emma Niederbrock, 16; and Melanie Wells, 18, Emma’s friend from Inwood, W.Va.

All four were discovered dead Sept. 18 in Kelley’s Farmville home.

McCroskey, who recorded violent rap music using the name “Syko Sam,“ also faces a charge of grand larceny that accuses him of stealing Mark Niederbrock’s car.

A Prince Edward County grand jury returned the indictments Oct. 19, but they were sealed until yesterday.

Investigators recovered several possible weapons from the home, including the ball-peen hammer and wood-splitting maul, according to the court papers unsealed yesterday. A maul is a tool with a long handle with a head like an ax on one side and a hammer on the other.

All four victims were bludgeoned beyond recognition, the source said.

Officials also removed from the Kelley home a meat cleaver and a red-stained knife, but authorities do not believe either of those weapon was used in the killings, the source said.

Three of the four bodies were found in a downstairs bedroom, according to court documents. The other was found in a room upstairs. Authorities have not said which bodies were found in which room.

Authorities believe one or more of the victims might have been attacked while sleeping, but they don’t know that for certain, the source said.

The ball-peen hammer and the maul already were in the home and were not acquired for the purpose of committing the killings, the source said.

McCroskey has not discussed the crimes with investigators.

Authorities say they might never know on what day the three female victims died, although investigators say they believe Mark Niederbrock was killed after Kelley and the two teenagers. Charging documents filed earlier in the case say Niederbrock was killed Sept. 17, the day before the bodies were found.

At least 98 items were recovered from Kelley’s home, including sketchbooks, electronic equipment, a pair of stained eyeglasses, and a note to Wells found on a kitchen table. The search warrant return did not indicate what the note said or who wrote it.

McCroskey might have documented his activities while at Kelley’s home using a computer, cell phone or camera, according to an affidavit for a search warrant. Digital cameras might contain pictures of the crime scene, the affidavit states.

Court documents also name items seized from Niederbrock’s stolen car, including an assortment of pills and a folding knife, and items from a satchel McCroskey had with him when he was arrested Sept. 19 at Richmond International Airport. Police believe he spent the night at the airport awaiting a return flight to California.

Investigators sought phone records from Mark and Emma Niederbrock’s cell phones and retrieved call records and text-message data, according to an affidavit for one of several search warrants.

McCroskey met Emma Niederbrock online through their mutual interest in horrorcore rap music. He flew to Virginia on Sept. 6 to meet her for the first time and to attend a horrorcore show with her and Wells in Michigan. Kelley and Mark Niederbrock accompanied the teenagers and McCroskey to Michigan.

Representing McCroskey are attorneys Cary B. Bowen and G. Russell Stone Jr. Stone said last night that it was too early to say much about the capital-murder charges, but he said neither he nor his client was surprised by them.

Prince Edward Commonwealth’s Attorney James R. Ennis was not taking questions yesterday, according to a woman at his office.

In Virginia, a person can be charged with capital murder when there are certain aggravating circumstances such as the murder of a police officer; murder in the commission of a rape or robbery; or more than one murder in a three-year period. A defendant can be charged, tried and convicted of more than one count of capital murder for the same murder.

Each of the capital-murder indictments against McCroskey charges him with killing multiple people within three years.

His next court date is Jan. 19, when a trial date is scheduled to be set.

Details Revealed in Farmville Slaying Indictments and Search Warrants

FARMVILLE - The four murders inside a Farmville home, in September, left stains, stained clothes and stained weapons - including a wood-cutting maul and a knife – in most of the rooms in the residence on First Avenue near the Longwood University campus.

Farmville police search warrant affidavits, inventories and other documents chronicling the investigation also show that detectives believe it's possible that the suspect in the case, Richard S. A. McCroskey III, may have recorded the crimes or their aftermath.

McCroskey, who was being held without bond on one murder and a robbery charge in the quadruple homicide that was discovered on Sept. 18, was served with six grand jury indictments Tuesday morning for capital murder and one for grand larceny. The additional capital murder charges reflect the fact that his crimes were part of a mass killing. If convicted, he could face the death penalty. His next scheduled court appearance is January 19.

According to one of the search warrant affadavits: "The suspect is a 'rapper' musician who makes recordings about death and dying and may have documented his activities while at the victims' residence through the use of computer, cellular telephone, still or video camera."

Prince Edward County Commonwelth's Attorney James Ennis would not talk about the case. At this point, it's unclear if any of the seized items were used to record the devastation.

Cell phones, computers and many other data storage and transfer devices were seized and tracked. A dozen of McCroskey's Myspace "friends" have found – or will find –their worlds turned upside down by investigators, according to the search warrants requesting permission for investigating those friends.

As CBS 6 reported two weeks ago, the key murder weapon was a wood-cutting maul., which was found – stained – in the kitchen. The stained knife was found in a bedroom and a ball peen hammer – no stains noted by police – was found in another bedroom.

The documents indicate all three female victims were found in one bedroom.

But evidence from the attacks were found in other rooms. In the den alone, for example, investigators found paper towels with red stains under a chair and under the rug, a stained blue sundress under a chair and a chunk of hair. In one of the bedrooms, investigators found stains on a chair and stained eyeglasses on the floor.

Also significant in the documents was the large quantity of different types of pills that were found in the house or in the 2000 four-door Honda that McCroskey allegedly took from Mark Neiderbrock, one of the victims.

Among the pills strewn on the floorboards of the car were several Watson 825 pills, which contain the painkiller oxycodone, along with some Maxalt MLT pills, which are used to treat migraine headaches.

At least one of the pill bottles had the name of Debra Kelley on the prescription label. Kelley had had joint replacement surgery and had some trouble recovering from that, a friend told CBS-6. Kelley was Mark Niederbrock's estranged wife and the mother of the youngest victim, 16-year-old Emma Niederbrock. Also killed was Emma's 18-year-old friend, Melanie Wells of West Virginia.

McCroskey's attorney, Cary Bowen of Richmond, said he's seen nothing in his client to indicate he's capable of the crimes he's charged with. "Just meek and mild," Bowen said Monday.

A motive for the slayings remains unclear. MCcroskey, 20, was a follower and budding performer of horrorcore, or death rap - the musical equivalent of a slasher movie. He had close ties to Serial Killin Records. Several SKR posters were found hung up in one of the bedrooms, presumably Emma Niederbrock's.

The documents released Tuesday indicate McCroskey and Emma Niederbrock met online. They also indicate the female victims had been dead three to five days when they were found by police on Sept. 18. Mark Niederbock had been dead at least one day.

Joining Farmville police in the investigation is a state police special agent assigned to the High Technologies Crimes Investigation Unit.

MCroskey had flown to Richmond and then traveled to Longwood to attend an Horrorcore show in Michigan with Emma Niederbrock the weekend before their bodies were found. Debra Kelley and Melanie Wells had also attended that show.

When he was arrested without incident at Richmond International Airport while waiting for a flight home to California, police recovered a number of items from his black leather satchel, including a digital camera, cell phone, a memory card, thumb drive, $11.70 in cash and some paper towels with writing on them.
