Police said that the suspect, who was identified in a police warrant as Neil Edwin Prescott, was wearing a T-shirt that read ''Guns don't kill people, I kill people'' when he was initially interviewed by police last week.

Prince George's County police are currently investigating the source of the t-shirt in question in an attempt to acquire some for themselves. A spokesman for the department told reporters "That's the shit, right there yo!". An anonymous assistant commissionaire for the force assured reporters that the new shirts would be on the streets "as soon as possible" in light of current events.

Okay, not to get too off topic, something has been on my mind about this, so I'm going to play a little word association with this.

James Holmes, suspected killer, MK-Ultra mind controlled assassin.
The Dark Knight Rises.
Batman Begins, featuring Katie Holmes.
Katie Holmes divorces Tom Cruise, at age 33.
Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers divorce Tom at 33 as well.
Three 33's equals 99. '99 being the year of Columbine.

I don't know where I'm going with this, but like I said, it's been on my mind. :starz:

Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Money. TMZ can clear six figures in ad revenue off a single -- one single -- hugely popular article.

Most of the black magick behind psychological operations is very crude, simple stuff that takes advantages of our hard-wired (and dumb-ass) social reflexes.

Anything people will want to talk about is an ideal weapon.

I have the advantage of seeing this in my office every day, I've learned a great deal from listening to my co-workers process media data points socially.

Well said. I only disagree with one word of it (and I'm not nitpicking):

hard-wired

If these "social reflexes" were hard-wired, then everyone -- and every society -- would be equally susceptible to them. Which is clearly not the case. In fact it's taken a couple of centuries of sustained work, and sustained violence, to make people as stupid and susceptible as they are. They've been deliberately and brutally de-skilled.

Doctor of Colorado suspect had been disciplined by medical board

Dr. Lynne Fenton, shown in an October 2009 photo provided by the University of Colorado Medical School, was treating James Holmes, 24, the suspect in the Aurora, Colo., theater shooting, court documents show. (University of Colorado Medical School).

Aurora, Colo.—
Dr. Lynne Fenton, the University of Colorado psychiatrist who was treating James E. Holmes, according to a court filing by his attorneys, was been disciplined by the Colorado Medical Board in 2005.

State records show Fenton was reprimanded by the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners, received a letter of admonition and was required to take a documentation course. Records detailing the discipline were not immediately available Saturday. Neither Fenton nor Colorado medical board staff could be reached for comment Saturday.

A University of Colorado spokeswoman said she could not comment on personnel matters, but noted that the discipline would have predated Fenton's tenure at the university. Fenton completed a residency in psychiatry at the university in 2008 before becoming an assistant professor and medical director of the student mental health service at the university's Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.

Holmes, 24, had been a neuroscience doctoral student at the same school until he began the process of withdrawing in June.

According to 7News, which cited state records, Fenton was reprimanded for prescribing medication to herself, her husband and an employee. The medications, prescribed in the late 1990s, included prescriptions for Vicodin, Xanax, Lorazepam and Ambien, according to 7News.

Fenton was also reprimanded for failing to maintain a medical chart or to enter appropriate entries for the charts relating to herself, her husband or the employee, 7News reported.

As part of the reprimand, Fenton had to complete more than 50 hours of medical training and to promise not to prescribe medications to family members or employees, according to 7News.

Fenton, 51, graduated from UC Davis in 1982 and Chicago Medical School in 1986. She completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Northwestern University Medical Center in 1990. After working as chief of physical medicine for the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio, as a physician in Aurora, and later as an acupuncturist, she completed a second residency at the University of Colorado, according to a resume on the school's website that appeared to have been removed late Friday.

Before the movie theater massacre last week, Holmes had been seeing Fenton and mailed her a package containing a notebook, according to a motion filed by his public defenders and released Friday.

Holmes is due to appear in court in Centennial, Colo., on Monday morning to face charges in connection with the shooting that killed a dozen people and wounded 58. At the same hearing, District Court Judge William Sylvester is expected to address both a request by Holmes' public defenders for access to evidence, including the package he allegedly sent Fenton, and a request by more than two dozen media outlets to unseal the case.

jimbo 120 up, 103 down

A person who enters a conversation or place without being invited. The way to describe the action of a jimbo is "jimming in".
Who invited this jimbo to the party?

Sounds like him.

Does it?

I'm not a doctor, but I do know that auditory hallucinations are an indicator of schizophrenia, #daug.

I know you are joking around, but-
There are many cases in which a person might hear voices that are not present without experiencing any other symptoms of mental illness, so hearing voices is not in itself an indicator of mental illness.

• The suspect, named by police as James Holmes, 24, is in police custody. He was detained close to the movie theatre, apparently carrying a knife, a rifle and a handgun. The suspect was wearing a bulletproof vest, said police spokesman Frank Fania, but "did not resist" when arrested. Another gun was recovered from the theatre.

Right, I think this is what I saw, and I got the impression that it's on the police radio.

I sure appreciate the digging being done here, what a murky episode.
