Coming in late as usual, I want to weigh in.
OSR was playing games with me, or else she was very disturbed.
And DE did have a point about the dangers of those games.
OSR described something to me that was the sign of an implant. there are holes in the palate apparantly.
To humour her, and cos she challenged me to do it, I looked for the implant sign.
When I saw what could be a hole in my palate, I got quite a shock, for about 5 seconds, well a minute or so, I was spun out. Before I remembered that everone has holes up there - they are saliva glands.
I should have remembered that beforehand but its been years since I studied biology.
That kind of wrecked her cred in my eyes. Well that and the hostility cos i disagreed.
But if someone didn't know that, had weird stuff happening, or even been exposed to the programs this thread discusses...
I think in that sense DE has a point. I got the impression I was being played by OSR. This stuff is bad enough to begin with, without pople playing games as well.
I can look after myself ok, but I know some people are vulnerable to this sort of thing. There are people I wouldn't even show this board to for that reason.
DE seems to have alienated everyone quite well.
But his point is fair enough.
From what i remember about OSR being here tho, people were not backward about coming forward and challenging her.
The content advisory is pretty good and pretty clear;
A public forum such as this is not an appropriate venue for soliciting or offering diagnoses of ritual abuse, mind control, abduction, psychological disturbance or any similar history or condition.
But I am just wondering if something could be added to it. "Watch out cos some people might be prepared to play you" or something along those lines.
BTW I am not suggesting anyone posting here, now is doing that.
This place has been a bit full on lately, i don't anyone getting the wrong idea.
