Up til recently I was tooting the "Pakistan and China are evil NWO tyrants" and Im sure we'll be getting enough of that served up on the news every day.

I posted that earlier, and yeah, I think its significant. The guy is obviously just a fellow who hasn't been coached, hasn't read the script.
I doubt they would have interviewed him if they knew he lived two doors down and also owned the house right next door to the supposed OBL house.
He not only says there's no way it's true, he says the whole area is restricted, there's no way a helicopter or anything else could just fly in there. He said even to enter the neighborhood you had to have some kind of papers or an id card or whatever. It's a military area.
…
I do, however, believe this neighbor.
8bitagent wrote:BRILLIANT post. Best post I've seen on the young kids. You look at the Giffords Safeway massacre, which seemed with the animal die offs to kick off this march toward insanity...and the main face of the tragedy is a girl born in tragedy(9/11/2001) and died in tragedy. They call them both "millennials" and "post 9/11" kids growing up in the "new normal". Totally programmed kids out of Equalibrium, just with incessent ADD.
This is the "iGeneration", where everything is slick computer generated, instant texts/tweets/facebook and hyper cut surrealism. The ending scene of Social Network PERFECTLY captures the modern day stupor and sense of loneliness amongst emerging technology. I agree these kids are more programmed than ever, even their language is mind numbingly crude. "um, uh...and...uh, like...uh, so like, totally...gonna go to the mall, and like get some hella sick threads and a new case for my iphone". It's not their fault. Forced unnecessary SSRI drugs, parents who fill em with high fructose filled junk food, and a mentally compartmentalized fractured psyche. See the PBS Front Line documentary "Digital Nation" about all this...those dumbshit MIT students think they're being so clever with "multi tasking" when its doing the opposite stimulation to their brains.

Don't forget that their manner of speaking has now been influenced by the worst of the worst of MTV, VH1, and Bravo reality television, wherein the subjects' dialogue is so heavily edited so as to match the program's given agenda or to portray the highest level of conflict/drama possible, that they rapidly change pitch/tone/volume, often in mid-phrase (because the subject being recorded is saying these sentence fragments at different points in time, and they are simply cobbled together to attempt to create a cohesive pattern [it often fails]).
Unfortunately, I'm beginning to notice a lot of students speaking this way, just in the last number of years. It's a very obvious, stunted, pitching speech pattern. Since a portion of my research on the empire involves studying a small amount of reality television (usually while the [actually very discerning and wise] girlfriend watches, and I read a book or RI and listen in for the overt shit), I was able to recognize it.

Oh good point. Why the hell is it, even during the most racist of American times in the 18th, 19th and early 20th century both politicians to poor folks had such a rich vocabulary? Listen to speech from the 1890s, 1900s, 1910s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s.
Now its LOL k thx bye omg rlly?
Fucking texts, twitter...all part of the lexicon "BFF", "FAIL!", "MEH" Geezus h christ. People make fun of inner city people for a certain manner of speaking or southerners, they need to wake up and see how everyone has been conditioned to talk in this halted, braindead Idiocracy manner.
Loughner was crazy, possible manchurian, but I think he had a point about language and programming. The hyper super edited pg-13 ADD summer movie style is a sheer reflection of the times were living in. Gaga, Bieber, Akon, Kesha, etc. Shit im surprised movies arent 40 minutes with how ADD everyone is...gotta fuckin text every two seconds! Im an 18 year old who will die if i dont respond back every two seconds!
Man sometimes I want to take a time machine to simpler times
