Really Cool Story About Pat Tillman

Postby MASONIC PLOT » Fri Jan 12, 2007 8:57 pm

This is a fabulous story about Pat. I knew Pat from his days at Arizona State University, truly an incredible person and this is the best story I have read about him yet. Well worth your time.

Such a moving story. What an incredible human being he was. It makes it all the more heartbreaking that he's gone from us.

Oh my god. I didn't know this aspect of him. What an amazing person. The world needs amazing people like Pat Tillman to lead us into our uncertain future. Where are they? Maybe Pat's story helps to answer the question.

I'd only heard the poster boy, then that the poster boy had died. Then that the circumstances of his death started to look more and more fishy. Was his death accidental?

Clearly this guy was remarkable man. The type who would rise to be President, or some other position of extraordinary power and influence.

Can such a man be allowed to rise to high levels? Can such a man who believes in honour, duty, and who follows his own thinking and not that of others be allowed to become someone important?

I found it very interesting how he was subject to repeated psychological testing. I also found it interesting that "Pat had always been fascinated by conspiracy theories".

Was Pat killed because of who he was, and who he may become?

Only the good die young...

I am almost certain he was taken out...his family seems to think so also.

I am glad some of you enjoyed the story, it is indeed well written and an incredible read.

To quit football for the real battleground. Must have been a true warrior.

I'm sure everyone's read his brother's letter, but if not, have a link.

So am I remembering correctly, that this "Masonic Plot" person purported to be a deaf male forum member but turned out to be the infamous "Eve"?

Wow, just discovered that you can not QUOTE from a LOCKED thread:

I do recall lurking in the thread that resulted in the outing, if that's what it can be properly called, of Masonic Plot, but I still do not really understand what happened and don't expect I will since it seems less than worthwhile and possibly mentally or physically dangerous (i.e. chapel perilous) to put in the necessary effort involved in reconstructing the events
.

Masonic Plot shared IP's with Et in Arcadia Eve and another RI account. He/She claimed to be in direct personal contact with Noreen Gosch, among other things. Eve, of course, claimed to be in direct personal contact with Gannon. Masonic Plot was here for over two years before the connections were made and that person was called out. I waded through hundreds of RI pages looking for back posts that had been edited away by that person when they realized the gig was up and tracks were in the process of being covered.

That should be enough to see just one single facet of what a nasty mess it really was/is.

The Masonic_plot thing was strange.

He had always been an excellent poster here, one of my many favourites.

He was a frequent poster for quite a while, and then left.

When he returned, he came into all sorts of conflicts, together with speaking of being in contact with Noreen Gosch, and so on. He was caught making contradictory propositions and altering his story. It seemed to me that it wasn't even the same poster, the tone was altered somewhat, and some of the opinions expressed seemed to have taken 180-degree turns.

Could the original poster "Masonic_plots's" account have been compromised?

Of course, his original sig declared quite openly that the writings attributed to the poster were to be seen as the words of a fictional character only...

Wait, what? Damn all this sock-puppetry! I swear, I don't know how people do that. I mean, I have a hard enough time trying to keep my own thoughts straight, let alone thoughts that are (supposed to be) someone else's.

Even worse is talking about people who arent here to defend themselves and hijacking an otherwise pretty cool thread about Tillman to do it. DE is no longer here I dont see the purpose of the continued obsession with the guy here at RI.

:threadhijacked:

Yeah, sorry for :playharp: on certain things ...

Lord knows I've never experienced off-topic posts in my own threads.

It's not my fault "people ... arent here to defend themselves" - seems like that is their own fault and what I posted doesn't require that they defend themselves.

But if at least one person reads what I posted and is now a little more aware of these kinds of issues, well then... oops.
