And no one appears.
In spite of the tennis, the facts are there…. Heh. Nope.

When do we start calling this a millennium cult?
UPDATE: According to sources on DE’s “super secret” message board, he is now trying to link somato-sb to Mr. Ben Mack. As much as we enjoy watching Meister Mack doing sloppy seconds on long cons in action, poor Dreamsend — ever the straight man — couldn’t be further off the mark. Emphasis on mark!
Note to poop stain: Suige, Peewee and Smudge are fuck-all atheists. This means we have NO interest in the existence of God and have absolutely no stake in a higher power. This includes markets, profit margins, “trends”, memes, “sychronicity”, astro-theological shell games, sigils, vigils, numerology, tarot cards and/or any and all forms of faith healing. In short, we have no interest in the failed mating habits of lonely fat women with cats named Mr. Sprinkles.
Ben Mack likes to sell books. We like to ridicule worthless hacks who find the death of a talented pair of artists as an opportunity for relevance. Big difference. Besides, we already told Smiles Lewis that we sent you the vid as a joke. Didn’t you get the memo? Maybe it’s time to tell your disciples.
As of 01.02.08 Theresa Duncan is still dead. Quit moving the goal post. Find a new White Album.

Sorry if I'm off queue ...
So here are relevant bits from Anthony Bono's two replies to my questions regarding his past interactions with Ty:brownzeroed wrote:Howdy SMiles,For the record, I am still in contact with Ty Brown. He has communicated things off the record to me from time to time.
As a journalist, writer, researcher, I do my best to honor requests of anonymity to protect sources.
I am planning on writing one or more articles about TD and JB for online publication as well as within the new offline print publication I've just started in Austin.
Given the alleged strangeness in communciations between you and Ty (and surrounding the Theresa Duncan events in particular) I am very hesitant to give out my personal email address.
Not necessary with the email. This can be the last time we speak.
Here's the thing with Ty Brown. I don't take him seriously. I sent him the link as a joke. I thought he would have figured it out -- especially with the threating to sue bit, lol. For the record, other than emails, I spoke to him all of three times in his home site comment section. The rest of the paranoia he filled in for himself. Well... that and the help of people much lonelier than me. I have no idea who the rest of the folks are. Don't care...
-snip-
We were already in the process of seeking real sites that were dedicated to attacking Theresa Duncan. Believe it or not, there were about thirty sites @ the announcement of her death. Many came online well before the official announcement. We can't say for sure who was behind it, but we're pretty certain it had something to do with Scientology. Having said that, I have absolutely no idea if Theresa's claims about these guys has any validity. But we all know that it doesn't take much for the CO$ to send out its attack dogs. They probably got a wiff of what would be said in the press (not difficult) and readied for battle. We saw this coming and decided to fight back. We "bombed" most of them and the rest we eventually wore down. Ty served as a wonderful distraction, but it was really his own doing.
I will give Ty one thing. He's right. I was trying to say something. I kept hearing folks around here saying they were certain they knew what happened on 9/11. Unfortunately, for most, their chief pieces of evidence were moving images. Speaking as a guy who makes a living lying to people with images, I saw the error in their ways. That's why I introduced "post-structuralism" into the argument. The fact that Ty and others used this as an opportunity for fear and a grand, "knowable" conspiracy made for the greatest irony in my lifetime, and I thank him for it. This stuff had nothing to do with Theresa Duncan, but Eris has a way of making us slip on banana peels, no?
I'm sure Ty will find some way to incorporate this into his theory. I'm totally cool with this. It's a joke that just keeps giving.
Anyway, SMiles, you seem like a nice guy. I wish you the best and look forward to seeing your version of the story. Your right not to trust me. You don't know me. This was my argument in the first place.
Feel free to include me in any and all conspiracy theories.
Tony.
And for those keeping score at home:
And then ...brownzeroed wrote:Crap. I was afraid I wasn't clear. You have to bear with me. I'm getting ready for a big gig in Mexico. I'm prepping for a 3 month shoot and things are crazy on my end. I head out in the morning.
First, I was trying to find humor in the situation. Wasn't trying to be snarky. I'm re-reading my quotes and I sound like an asshole. I'm sorry. You mentioned not knowing me. My identity is an open book online:
From there you can probably find out WAY more than you want to know.
Of course. I just meant that you can only know so much about a person from their presence online. No paranoid ramblings included on my part .
---
Yes. I sent the link as a joke.
This was actually after DE started making his insinuations about me in the first Theresa Duncan thread. If your even interested (I don't blame you if your not), you can go back and see for yourself. I think the thread started a day after Jeff's first blog post about her death.
---How does, "I have no idea who the rest of the folks are. Don't care..." jive with your next comment below? It implies that you DO care at least about who was trashing TD's name after her death...
I meant the other people feeding DE stuff (i.e. "Eve", "Nathan" and whatever followed). I don't know them.Unless you believe that they are different groups perhaps.
That's what I was trying to say. However, given the way Ty was led on before Theresa's death (by Shawnna and her RealityCovered research troupe) it doesn't seem strange to me. Yes, he jumped to a very wildly speculative hypothesis but given what he'd already been investigating (groups cyberstalking possible MK vicitms online, playing mind games, the use of ARGs for disinfo within the paranormal and parapolitical community - recall that is why his theory caught MY eye due to my own research into same circa 2001 with MAJESTIC) his pump was primed to perceive internet shenanigans in online forums as part of someone's sick and twisted game.
To be honest, I thought he was making "Shawnna" up. I can't say I'm not convinced otherwise. I was and still am under the impression that he's trying to "thread the needle" connecting TD to this stuff he was exploring prior to Theresa's death. And while I think many have been overly hostile to him and his ideas, he certainly has flared right back in a non-productive way.
I'll freely admit I was guilty of that!So who are "we"? I'm only aware of those that Ty alerted folks to because his investigation was public.
Here's where your more than welcome to say "brownzeroed is full of it".For the record, can you provide any evidence of these claims? A list of websites that came online? Evidence of how you did "battle" and "bombed" them?
No. I'm sorry. I don't want to get sued or worse
Like I said, You are more than welcome to say I'm a liar, unreliable and and all around bad characterI would understand.
I can see the scenario you are sketching out as distinctly plausible but I need more to go on. Could it have been one of these cyberstalking groups? Or perhaps Ben Mack? Or just some other sort of SEO instablog?
I fully understand. Like I said, You are more than welcome to say I'm a liar, unreliable and and all around bad character
The targets were specifically CO$ sites. This information was ascertained from someone else with the help of private investigators. I was in no way involved with this stuff. The less I know about that the better.. I don't know what a SEO instablog is. I think Ben Mack is just trying to sell books
.
By "bombing" I meant they would generate a ridiculous amount of constant, simultaneous hits on a site, forcing it to crash. This obviously didn't happen to DE. We never took him seriously.
Ok, you've lost me ... I'm familiar with the RI approach to 911 research and I am familiar with Ty's as well. But I don't recall any specific 911 related threads between you and Ty. I grok Jeff's attempts to get people to refocus away from such forensic style approaches to 911 research.
I am only vaguely familiar with structuralism and post-s.
I don't follow you on how Ty has "used this as an opportunity for fear and a grand, 'knowable' conspiracy."
I'm sorry I'm so dense on this factor. My interest in alien abduction narratives and other strange experiences has been informed by various linguistic and signifier modalities but I still often require repeated drumming into the head on the subject.
No need for head banging. I wasn't clear. The message got mixed in my mashup. What I meant to say was:
1) There were folks on RI (NOT DE) who were talking with "certainty" about how 9/11 went down, and their sole piece of evidence were vids that they picked up off the internet. So, I tried to introduce post structuralist philosophy into the arguments. (again, not even remotely directed toward DE). My argument was, in brief, that 100 people can look at the same image and draw 100 different interpretations of what the image means. And in most cases, they can all be right. I was trying to explain that how an argument is framed can be more important than the ins and out of the argument itself. I hope this makes sense.
2) I would surmise that DE's original suspicions about me (before the vid) had to do with him misunderstanding my original motives. (and gauging from my original PM to you, I guess it isn't a stretch to believe this.)
So what I was saying to you was: boy isn't that ironic, given my original intentions!Well, despite what most people BELIEVE they know about Ty's ideas, I've found that he can and does acknowledge other possibilities beyond his ARG theory. That just happens to be his pet hypothesis.
Fair enough. If she wasn't a friend, it probably wouldn't drive me crazy. And I don't fail to see the irony in me judging DE solely on his online life, who in turn is judging my friend solely on her online life
As for the parting image "clue"... as usual, I have no idea WTF yer talking about.
Not a clue. Christ all Mighty, please believe me on this one. It was a joke, saying: In many ways things are completely out of our hands.
Jung called it synchonicity. Discordians call it eris. Kubrick called it the Monolith. We're all human. And my "truth" will always be somewhat different than yours.
----
A note on "Lamont Cranston": When I surf ,and get on mail groups and such, I don't like to have my normal everyday address bombarded with spam. I'm sure you understand. "Lamont Cranston" is an inside joke with myself in reference to the old "Shadow" radio show.
So, to sum up, the snark between DE and I was a single, solitary prank gone horribly wrong. There were people attacking CO$ sites. But they had no interest in bothering DE. Given the dust up between DE and I, we figured it would serve as an excellent "MacGuffin" for folks we saw as the "bad guys".
And most importantly, NO ONE on the RI board (including Jeff and the Mods) was privy to this.
So, if you guys want to go to town on this info, no problem. Tear me up. Just leave RI out of it. There are a lot of decent, thoughtful people on this board and I'd hate to see it ruined. This place is a gold mine for serious discovery, IMHO.
I'm sure it would be impossible for DE to believe anything I have to say at this point. But you asked. So be it.
Our only objective was to obstruct the character assassinations, (again, not DE) and at least make them spend a little extra time and treasure. Not much else we could do in her honor.
And really, who cares if I think DE is kooky? It's not like I'm more of an authority than anyone else... I'm a proud student of the "logic of maybe"Maybe Theresa was right. Maybe not. We just didn't want to see folks trash her character.
I can say one thing w/ certainty: The "she killed herself because of a failed film project" meme is utter horse shit. If that were the case, LA's population would be halved overnight. This happens on a daily basis. Ask any waiter in West Hollywood.
This is about the best I can do, SMiles. Hope this helps.
As I said, I'm heading out of town (makes my case more believable, right?) and won't be back for three months, so if your still interested after that, I'll drop you a line and we can go from there. And hey, after three months of shooting spoiled, wealthy windsurfers and their daily habits, I'll be more than happy to talk about anything else
peace,
Tony
