I picture many small 'cults' and groups using mind control technology, backed by the government i.e. Jonestown. Wildcard machines. Pull them out, reprogram them, and place them back in when the time is right, set the timer, hit go...
Ive often wonder if the periods where there is a clear massive rash of mass office/school/etc shootings within a small block of time...if its merely copycats/coincidences/etc...or something else.
Maybe politicians are fed key word triggers to say on tv....or, perhaps
its only a matter of time, as more US soldiers are forced to maim and kill in lie based wars(Afghanistan/Iraq) that we'll soon have an explosion of mass violence on the American landscape.
I myself am convinced the DC Beltway sniper was a manchurian candidate type.
