MASHANTUCKET, Conn. -- New forensics evidence presented Tuesday during a symposium at Foxwoods suggests Sirhan Sirhan did not fire the fatal shots that killed Sen. Robert Kennedy in 1968.

Experts from all over the world met Wednesday to discuss problems in crime solving during the annual symposium, hosted by the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science. This year’s event was about conspiracies and solving complex crimes.

Dr. Robert Joling, a forensics investigator who has studied the Robert Kennedy assassination for almost 40 years, determined that the fatal shots must have come from behind the senator.

Sirhan, however, was 4 to 6 feet in front of Kennedy and never got close enough to shoot Kennedy from behind, the investigator said.

The other evidence was the Pruszynski recording. This is the only audio recording of the assassination. Another scientist analyzed it and concluded that at least 13 shots were fired from two different guns.

Philip Van Praag, a forensic engineer, said he made three discoveries.

The first two demonstrate that there must be more than one shooter, he said. The third conclusion is that the shots fired by the second shooter matched the firearm a security guard behind Kennedy carried.

Joling and Van Praag presented their findings together, although the two investigated the Kennedy shooting independently. They had never met until last year. During a seminar, they realized their separate findings were perfectly wed.

Sirhan Sirhan remains jailed in California.

Well, if nobody else can figure out cui bono, and why this false flag was designed to implicate a Palestinian as the perpetrator of this horrible, traumatizing crime, soon after Israel expanded into even more Palestinian territories in 1967, and why (and how) despite clear evidence of his innocence he has been denied justice for 41 years, I'm sure as heck not saying.

I will DEFINITELY not mention the parallels between this frame-up and the 9/11 attacks.

......

This was proven 40 years ago by LA coroner Thomas Noguchi who wasn't allowed to testify at Sirhan's trial so this article is "forestalling," in counterpropaganda lingo.
This is pretending to expose when really it is a continuation of the cover-up.

Boy! Now I can rest easy knowing that the conspiracy that I was sure happened, DID HAPPEN! Now I can go drink a beer and watch more TV. I am sure glad that someone kept up on the story and figured it out for me. Sometimes I wonder if I should go out in the street to protest the assassination of one who would have shined a light on the other assassination and maybe brought all these folks (who are still in office) to justice and we wouldn't have a screwed up political scene. Boy, now off to rest easy!

Here's an interesting report from the BBC:

CIA role claim in Kennedy killing

New video and photographic evidence that puts three senior CIA operatives at the scene of Robert Kennedy's assassination has been brought to light.

The evidence was shown in a report by Shane O'Sullivan, broadcast on BBC Newsnight.

It reveals that the operatives and four unidentified associates were at the Ambassador Hotel, Los Angeles in the moments before and after the shooting on 5 June, 1968.

The CIA had no domestic jurisdiction and some of the officers were based in South-East Asia at the time, with no reason to be in Los Angeles.

'Decoy'

Kennedy had just won the California Democratic primary on an anti-War ticket and was set to challenge Nixon for the White House when he was shot in a kitchen pantry.

A 24-year-old Palestinian, Sirhan Sirhan, was arrested as the lone assassin and notebooks at his house seemed to incriminate him.

However, even under hypnosis, he has never been able to remember the shooting and defence psychiatrists concluded he was in a trance at the time.

Witnesses placed Sirhan's gun several feet in front of Kennedy but the autopsy showed the fatal shot came from one inch behind.

Dr Herbert Spiegel, a world authority on hypnosis at Columbia University, believes Sirhan may have been hypnotically programmed to act as a decoy for the real assassin.

Evidence

The report is the result of a three-year investigation by filmmaker Shane O'Sullivan. He reveals new video and photographs showing three senior CIA operatives at the hotel.

Three of these men have been positively identified as senior officers who worked together in 1963 at JMWAVE, the CIA's Miami base for its Secret War on Castro.

David Morales was Chief of Operations and once told friends:

"I was in Dallas when we got the son of a bitch and I was in Los Angeles when we got the little bastard."

Gordon Campbell was Chief of Maritime Operations and George Joannides was Chief of Psychological Warfare Operations.

Joannides was called out of retirement in 1978 to act as the CIA liaison to the Congressional investigation into the JFK assassination. Now, we see him at the Ambassador Hotel the night a second Kennedy is assassinated.

Memory

Monday, 20 November would have been Bobby Kennedy's 81st birthday. In Los Angeles, his son Max has just broken ground on a new high-school project in memory of his father on the old Ambassador Hotel site.

Paul Schrade, a key figure behind the school project, was walking behind Robert Kennedy that night and was shot in the head. He believes this new evidence merits fresh investigation:

"It seems very strange to me that these guys would be at a Kennedy celebration. What were they doing there? And why were they there? It's our obligation as friends of Bob Kennedy to investigate this."

Ed Lopez, a former Congressional investigator who worked with Joannides in 1978, says:

"I think the key people at the CIA need to go back to anybody who might have been around back then, bring them in and interview them, and ask - is this Gordon Campbell? Is this George Joannides?"

This report was shown on Newsnight on Monday, 20 November, 2006.

Thanks for that, Eldritch, was just about to go look for that, and figured I'd check here first. :)

I think I remember a whole thread about that here not too long ago, actually. It was very interesting. Anybody have that bookmarked or anything?

BTW, here's what I think is a money quote from that article above:

Joannides was called out of retirement in 1978 to act as the CIA liaison to the Congressional investigation into the JFK assassination. Now, we see him at the Ambassador Hotel the night a second Kennedy is assassinated.

The CIA liaison to the Congressional investigation into the JFK assassination. No wonder these guys have such attitudes and have turned into such brazen war criminals. They know they get just get away with it. Whatever it is.

Unbelievable.

Sullivan's theory has been strongly disputed by better (I think) investigators:

RFK Must Die, most mindblowing documentary Ive seen...exhaustively goes in depth into Sirhan Sirhan's background from Palestinian immigrant to hardcore Rosicrucianist, to brainwashed CIA dupe...interviews most of the living witnesses of the kitchen shooting, former high level CIA, forensics experts, psychologists, etc

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ5T7-Gr9ho

I have no doubt whatsoever that JFK, RFK and MLK were killed by the deep state

Today's Operation Mockingbird misleading headline from Yahoo:
"Scientists claim there was a second RFK shooter"

...which makes it sound like Sirhan was still one of the guilty parties even though this has been known to be physically impossible for 40 years.

Dude, did Sirhan pull off a round on the gun he was holding? Whether it came close to hitting RFK or not, that would technically make him a shooter. I see what you're saying, though.

Framing. Perpetuating conventional assumptions. You know.

Eyewitnesses describe Sirhan's gun as appearing to be firing blanks, heavy flame.
There's even possibility of swapping Sirhan's gun in the scuffle to subdue him by Rafer Johnson pocketing the gun and 'turning it in to police' later in the night after first going home with it.

Blanks would make sense if the real murderers don't want their lives endangered by the hypnoprogrammed patsy while they do the real shooting.

And pages 566-569 expose this in the book 'The Assassinations: Probe Magazine on JFK, MLK, RFK, and Malcolm X' edited by James DiEugenio and Lisa Pease.

Best book on the subject of America's big political assassinations in the 1960s.

I don't see the intent you see. Basically, unless the mainstream media headline were exactly "Scientists claim Sirhan Sirhan did not kill RFK", it's going to be loaded with conventional assumptions, intentionally or not. Or you'll claim to perceive it that way, anyway. I think the thought of there being a "2nd shooter" is pretty damn unconventional enough. If someone entertains the conspiracy-required notion of a 2nd shooter, then for that someone entertaining the thought of Sirhan being a patsy isn't going to be made more foreign, it's going to be made more believable. And again, if he fired any kind of round whatsoever, then technically he was a shooter.

The fact he was just there makes him involved innocent or not, as to me theres no question he was mind controlled.

Sadly, there doesnt appear to be much known about the MLK conspiracy
