US government just needlessly killed 27 civilians at a wedding in Afghanistan.

By January 2002, the US government had killed over 3700 innocent non combatant Afghani civilians: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/1740538.stm
(and maimed countless more)

Since 2001, the US government has been sending in predator hellfire drones into Pakistan, almost always resulting in dozens of civilian deaths(including blowing up a whole school of children)

A US government CIA predator drone killed 80 people, mostly children at a Pakistani school a couple years ago:

If Obama has his way, MANY MORE Pakistani children will be killed by the US government.

We now are hearing that the US Troop tolls in Afghanistan are way higher than US troop tolls in Iraq for two months straight, and that the situation there is more chaotic than Iraq.

YET the boneheaded liberals in America still support the war, along with their war hawk messiah Barack Obama...all the meanwhile they continue to call Iraq an immoral war and say the US should get out...but not out of Afghanistan too?

The natural gas pipeline deal has been accepted!

93% of the world's heroin comes from POST US invaded Afghanistan

The US intentionally let Pakistani ISI fly and help Osama and top Taliban/al Qaeda escape Afghanistan in late 2001

The US invasion of Afghanistan has zilch to do with "democracy" or "getting terrorists".

According to the NY Times, some of the billions Bush has given to Pakistan has gone RIGHT back into the Taliban and al Qaeda

This to me is prima faci evidence, this staunch support of Afghanistan war, the 9/11 bullshit story, the Islamic boogeyman propaganda, etc
why to me...the American liberals are just as blind for the most part as the "evil right wing GOP".

Well yes, and no.

It's the US right that has elevated Obama as the "most liberal senator" in order to knock him down in the general election. And I don't know what a liberal in America might look like today anyway, and if that should include self-identified progressives and leftists, but I expect most of them are supporting Obama by default now, and are not representative of the constituency that regards him with messianic awe.

But the fact is, on the spectrum of US politics, it is only from the disenfranchised left that critical analysis of and opposition to the war in Afghanistan is coming. (Including, and from the beginning, the much maligned Noam Chomsky.) So why does it bear the brunt of your scorn?
