Just keeping on top of '11' symbolism. Seems somewhat like the X-Files.

Lo, the Virtuous Government Scientist and FBI

Looks like cleaning up the image of *government scientists* and *the FBI* after that ridiculous anthrax theater we just went through.]

ELEVENTH HOUR from acclaimed producer Jerry Bruckheimer follows Dr. Jacob Hood, a brilliant biophysicist and special science advisor to the government, as he investigates scientific crises and oddities. His jurisdiction is absolute and Hood is dogged in his pursuit of those who would abuse and misuse scientific discoveries and breakthroughs for their own gain. His passion and crusade is to protect the substance of science from those with nefarious motives. He is called in at the eleventh hour and he represents the last line of defense. Special Agent Rachel Young is the decorated FBI protection officer assigned to watch Hood’s back. Based on the British miniseries by acclaimed writer Stephen Gallagher, the series is executive produced by Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, Danny Cannon, Cyrus Voris, Ethan Reiff and Mick Davis for Jerry Bruckheimer Television in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Hugh when I saw your name as the most recent post, I figured youd make a reference to this--

Image

I haven't seen it, but intend to do so.

(Anyone know anything about it?)

ITV made a series of the same name with the same super-scientist-investigates-odd-sciency-things premise.

Patrick Stewart was the scientist. This is a couple of years ago now. Wasn't terribly good. Episodes too long, too. Patrick Stewart was in it.

This topic is being handled very carefully so as to not incite revolutionary thinking.

Designed for MTV youth to accompany the Gore presentation for adults.

Designed for kidz with Leonardo DiCaprio doing a just little narration and being the cred prop for youth. Gee, he was in 'Titanic.' Hence his value for this meme.

It's got spook influences, chemtrail disinfo, too many soundbites from uber-fascist James Woolsey, formerly Director of the CIA.

Featuring our old friend  Thom Hartmann too:

Hartmann and Woolsey, not-so-strange bedfellows, ay?

When I watched '11th Hour' I could hardly identify the many talking heads because the text of their names and credentials was made very very very small. Hmmm.

Consequently, one gets a very heuristic visual instinctive impression of the topic as the left brain is cheated in favor of the right brain imagery.

Re: the op. Of course the number 11 also serves as a 9/11 trigger. This meme is intense.
The "11th Hour" also evokes the 'we-must-hurry-and-torture-them' justifications in the show called '24.'

The number 11 also serves as a pictogram of the Twin Towers.
So does anyone's name in advertising with a double small 'L.'
Like "Will."
