Trine has released an expanded edition of the Ebook The last Circle that was published online under Cheri Seymore's alias Carol Marshall.

The book contains new, and I am told, rather explosive material. Hopefully Rachel will comment when she's ready.

Probing one of most organized and complex criminal enterprises in the United States, this report exposes the dynamics of the Octopus, a globe-trotting undercover intelligence operative. Based on 18 years of investigative research, this account reveals high-level, covert government operations and the elaborate corporate structures and the theft of high-tech software (PROMIS) used as smoke-and-mirror covers for narcotics trafficking, money laundering, arms sales, and espionage. The Octopus connections to a maze of politicians and officials in the National Security Council, the CIA, the FBI, and the U.S. Department of Justice are revealed. A detailed look into the recent high-profile arrest of Mafia hit-man Jimmy Hughes is also included in this intriguing analysis.

Cheri Seymour is the author of Committee of the States: Inside the Radical Right. She has worked as a freelance journalist, an investigative reporter, and a private detective. She lives in Oceanside, California.

Some recent references to the book:

Wackenhut: What's the connection?

Cheri Seymour in "The Last Circle" wrote in depth about Wackenhut, PROMIS, et al...a pretty good read...

The Last Circle is an EXCELLENT book which I recommend to everyone. I have had some contact with Cheri, and am working on a follow up to her investigation of The Octopus. After working on it for 12+ hours a day for more than a year, I am taking a brief break from active research. I hope after she finishes her current book project, The Coup, that she will have time and energy to be part of the forum...

You guys beat me to recommending this book, and researches into the Wackenhut-Promis connection. I'd be most interested in seeing continuum research on Wackenhut from the Kennedy through GHWB administrations

CIA fell out with Syria over Heroin?

...Reportedly, Lockerbie was about heroin.

According to "The Last Circle" , by Cherie Seymour - Chapter 8:

Pan Am hired the private investigative firm of Interfor to look into the bombing.

Interfor maintained that PanAm 103 was part of a heroin smuggling route run by a drug trafficking ring protected by the CIA.

Interfor claimed the ring was overseen by Monzer Al Kassar.

The CIA and DEA had apparently both instructed Germany's internal intelligence agency, the BKA, to allow certain suitcases to pass uninspected onto US bound flights at the Frankfort airport, where Flight 103 originated.

A suitcase which was supposed to be full of the usual heroin was covertly substituted with a suitcase full of explosives...

VERY interesting. Every now and then I have a thought about this mother of 80s conspiracies that seems to be connected to a LOT of Deep State intrigues and parapolitical happenings. Wonder how deep PROMIS extends into the backstory of parapolitical history thru the 90s and beyond towards -NOW-.

BTW:

Somebody tech-savvy want to take a whack at this and tell me if my instinct-inuition that installing a hidden AI program in PROMIS just isn't feasable or possible? IMO, AI is not just a mod but requires a vast amount of dedicated high-speed compiler capability.

But what I find interesting in this speculation is that it suggests a whole arena of industrial and financial spying that REALLY helped the ruling elite syndicate, ie. global-centrist PTB, to consolidate, embed within and exploit a truly VAST range of controlling interests, assets, financial instruments and valuable properties. That's quite BEYOND the predictive, analytical and selective harvest capabilities the author posits was added to the nth-generation PROMIS package that, like a Golden Calf Trojan Horse 'gift', was peddled far-and-wide around the world.

Of course, a sophisticated & dedicated AI program could have been (and undoubtedly was) used by the primary client-operator/distributers to maximize their use of back-door access to select & prioritize product-information of particular value & interest. But that's a separate stand-alone function/operation they'd have to have, not part of the PROMIS package, right?

I think the apocryphal embellishments of PROMIS capabilities are both difficult to believe and vastly beyond the original parameters of the software in question. I came away from The Last Circle material (and I recall Joan D'Arc from Paranoia expanding on this material, is that a drug artifact or a real memory?) thinking that the value of PROMIS was definitely as a backdoor intel resource. They were also doing a military industrial Microsoft maneuver, consolidating and standardizing the market for software catering to a demographic with high security clearances.

Anyways: the real value is the network it exposed and the insight this slice of history gives into their SOP. Looking forward to catching this updated edition.
