We need transparency. All these subjects -who knows what to believe anymore. Its so fucked up. I have to believe if they refuse to open the books and research for anyone to check and review, something very rotten and/or diabolical is going on. They are killing us.

But an AJ interviewing Lyndon Larouche should probably get more exposure on RI, imo. Thats for someone who is willing to argue with it being posted though. Thanks for the link, listening to it (them) now; I usually always find Larouche thought-provoking and full of insights, tho I don't often agree with his 'solutions' and don't agree with his narrow Americentric perspective. I'm an idealist who thinks widespread global prosperity is the best course for America AND everyone. Seems to me the globalists are stage-managing MANY crisises they think to exploit.

Gritting my teeth to endure AJ's atrocious voice and mannerism. What IS the deal with AJ anyway, can't quite get a handle on what he's about, distorting the Deep Political truth -- sure -- but HOW and WhY? Sometimes he's at least 95%+ right-on, but then he goes off on wild tangents like the mass-coffins warehousing thing.

Surprised by his dismissal of peak oil. Not the fact of it: I've read great essays debunking peak oil, but the way Engdahl did it triggered my bullshit alarms.

He never really addressed the actual claims which is startling since he used to be an advocate for that whole line. He kept saying there is "absolutely no evidence" but there is, I mean, there's entire feature length films exclusively about that.

Personally, I'm not persuaded either way (same with controlled demo and abortion and g-g-g-ghosts) but I felt he was disingenuous here by reducing it to "dead dinosaurs" ... that's such a straw man distortion I was amazed it passed without comment. Oh wait. Just remembered who the host was, nevermind.

Equally stunned by his casual assertion we've got a million years left of oil flow. He presented no evidence whatsoever for a patently ridiculous statement.

I dunno, I gave this a full-day listen yesterday and he sounds less intelligent and well-spoken than the average RI poster. Still grateful for the alternative reality-tunnel, though, grateful for the food for thought. Like most in the parapolitics field, I fundamentally agree with much of what he said -- my problem is just lazy analysis.

A couple of other issues - not thrilled that he derisively characterizes the Egyptian revolution as a "so called twitter revolution". Read Alice's latest post in the Egyptian revolution thread.

And like Joe Hillshoist, I have reservations when he goes out of his way to refer to the 911 hijackers as "19 arabs". It just has the feel of a man that really wants to say "19 primitive towel heads". But really that's speculation, at best.

I admit my critique of Peak Oil is heavily influenced by the likes of Lindsey Williams speaking in 2007 and since about his 70's era book The Non-oil Crisis, talking about his priveleged insider-information as a trusted confident of the Ruling Elites, re: the multi-generational international cabal of PTB ruling-elites and their micro-management control of oil-market resources. ie., the abiotic origin of oil, supported by evidence such as Russia's 40,000+ ft deep oil wells. I think this is what Engdahl is alluding to, as well as William's disclosure of huge offshore Alaska oil reserves being kept off world markets because it would destroy US dollar hegemony and other reports of extensive fields drilled and capped from Texas to Wyoming.

Another prediction: Lindsey claims Gold and Silver will appreciate 20 to 25% between September and December as part of the Elite strategy to exploit the financial/oil energy crisis they have engineered.

Lindsey provides a pretty startling POV to current events, well worth a listen. But keep in mind: He's flogging his 3 and 6-series Video 'insider info' programs promising to reveal the Elite plans enabling people to make counter-strategy preparations.

Mebbe I'm naive but I tend to believe him. I think he's sincere.

The anglo media always become very shrill when they talk about Russia exploiting Arctic oil reserves, how they don't deserve that oil because surely we do etc. So I guess there is likely plenty of oil there, to be fought over.

Enghdahl is like Icke with footnotes ( for anyone who knows David Ickes writing). He doesnt jibe with the extra dimensional stuff which is fair enough.

He's probably too intellectual for that .

But his research is getting there. Kudos to him .

William Engdahl is a diamond in the rough, and "Peak Oil" is a transparent scam, apparent to anyone who cares to look into it. It's a fake shortage used as tool of economic warfare, dramatically rising gas prices. If people religiously believe that oil is running dry, and they blame common people for driving too much, they'll swallow any supposed crisis or $10 gas or who knows.
Meanwhile, the evidence from Russian studies shows that oil is "abiotic"; it reproduces itself in the ground. Engdahl focuses on debunking the term "fossil fuels" because this lies at the heart of the entire mythology around oil. The end is near, and it's out of our control... BS. Really, the PTB essentially have their hands on the spigots.
