The author describes a ritual murder in an excellent review of the case, and a history lesson to boot.

GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, THE SHADOW OF HIMMLER, CIA- MK ULTRA AND THE PROVIDENCE OF GOD

ABC News was correct when it reported that Trayvon Martin’s body sat in the medical examiners’ morgue for 3 days marked “JOHN DOE”.

Rachel Jeantel was also absolutely correct. Within the “First 48 Hours”, the SPD homicide investigators never did call the last person Trayvon talked to in an attempt to identify the slaughtered teen-aged black male (Himmler’s Bedbugs and Rats—Vermin) .

Law enforcement analysts tell ABC News that George Zimmerman sounded intoxicated (under the influence-TRANCE of a drug or substance) in his call to police that night, SPD never gave him a toxicology test, which is standard in most homicide cases.
With the “First 48 Hours”, SPD literally entertained, wined and dined the HUNTER and released him. Toxicology evidence for HUNTER-Urban Terrorist- Einsatzgruppen) was wiped clean.

Also, SPD didn’t record and ask about the HUNTER’s rather unique theatre tattoo. George Zimmerman carries the Masks of JANUS commonly referred as “Theater Masks” or “Comedy Tragedy Masks” on his left arm (Left-Hand Path)...

After the slaying of Trayvon, you should notice that the HUNTER, George Zimmerman, appeared at times under somewhat of a TRANCE. We now understand that the Urban Terrorist had indeed been SPELLBOUND by military intelligence MK ULTRA mind altering drugs. He was under the influence of two powerful prescription drugs TEMAZEPAM also known as Restoril, and Aderall.

Adderall is amphetamine mixed salts that is generally used for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy, a sleeping disorder.[18] Adderall is highly addictive. It is known to cause “worsening mental or mood problems (e.g., aggression, anxiety, delusions, depression, hallucination, hostility).”

TEMAZEPAM is of particular interest to and tool of military intelligence mind controllers. Its effects on the mind were secretly medically researched and experimented with by the CIA. Temazepam was used under the top secret code name Project MK SEARCH – a continuation of CIA/MK ULTRA...

The “always wrong to kill somebody” Roman Catholic was one of Zimmerman’s “Alter Personalities”; and a classic example of Himmler’s classic JANUS two-faced- decent fellow dualism.

Under the Nazis, many Roman Catholics had developed a classic deprived and ghoulish preoccupation with “Divine Providence” at work with satanic principled dualism in madness, torture and mass murder.

There seemed to be more Roman Catholics in the SS, the world’s greatness racial mass murderers; and in local militias that worked with the SS than there were religious conscious objectors to mass murder. Among the many Nazi leaders who were Roman Catholics, in addition to the Fuhrer Adolf Hitler, were Josef Goebbels, SS-1 Heinrich Himmler, Reinhard Heydrich, Heinrich Mullery and SS Rudolf Hoess that ran the concentration and extermination camps...

When I read stuff like that Chump, then if even half of the factual statements contained therein are remotely correct, I just continually reflect on the master-stroke of the spriituality-by-proxy that is in particular the Abrahmiic faiths.

Not to mention who these institutional mind programmes are really worshipping, courtesy of those who run the show at the top.

Meanwhile, does GZ fit the typically mind-controlled profile?

Anyone?

Thanks, Chump. I've been looking forward to this next installment.
Now to find the time to read it ALL.

Understanding it? .. maybe not in this lifetime.

(I use to have a Labrador Retriever mix named Chump. I've often wanted to tell you this and now that I have, don't let me do it again. I'd hate to start repeating myself. Anyway because of your name, you hold a special place in my heart, always. It's that simple.)

Found on the Burnley F.C. "chat site":

re: Zimmerman Murder Trial
"The discussion is becoming iterative. Let's agree there are four possibilities:

1. Zimmerman sought a confrontation.
2. Martin sought a confrontation.
3. Both sought a confrontation.
4. Neither sought a confrontation.

To be clear, I am talking about the second phase of the events, after Zimmerman had lost sight of Martin and after his initial pursuit of Martin had ended.

What I am arguing is that the pattern of evidence is more consistent with 2 or 4 than with 1 or 3. I've explained my reasoning. You're free to draw your own conclusion, based on your own reading of the evidence or pulled from wherever.

Braindead, it's not a question of Martin deserving to be shot. It is a question of whether Zimmerman reasonably--repeat: REASONABLY--feared death or serious harm in that situation. And whether the defense was able to raise reasonable doubt in the mind of the jury to the charge of Murder 2."

John Henry Spooner sentenced to life in prison for killing unarmed teen

By Isaac Stanley-Becker of the Journal Sentinel July 23, 2013

John Spooner sentenced to life in prison
When John Henry Spooner, 76, told police last year that "they are going to throw the book at (him)" for shooting Darius Simmons, he was right.

Spooner was sentenced Monday to life in prison without the possibility of parole, a punishment Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner said fit the "horrific, egregious act" of killing a 13-year-old neighbor.

"There should never be any light in the tunnel for you," Wagner said to nods in the courtroom gallery, filled to near-capacity Monday afternoon. "This is one of the worst of the worst."

The judge also ordered Spooner to pay $58,551 in restitution to the Simmons family.

Spooner appeared in an orange jumpsuit for the first time Monday, his prison apparel replacing the short-sleeved, checkered shirt he had donned during his trial last week. As Wagner told him he would spend the rest of his life behind bars, Spooner gazed back impassively.

Spooner's sentencing hearing followed a weeklong trial split into two phases — a guilt phase and an insanity phase. A jury found Spooner guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in Simmons' death on Wednesday and, two days later, deemed him criminally responsible for his actions, rejecting Spooner's insanity defense in less than 15 minutes of deliberation. Spooner took the witness stand Thursday against the advice of his lawyer and told a stunned courtroom that he considered Simmons' death "justice."

Simmons was retrieving a garbage can from the curb when Spooner gunned him down, demanding the teenager return four shotguns he believed Simmons had taken from his home two days earlier. When Simmons said he did not have the guns — and when his mother, Patricia Larry, threatened to call the police from the front porch — Spooner shot the teenager in the chest. He fired a second shot that missed, and attempted a third, but his gun jammed.

Police searched the victim's home after the incident and found none of the missing guns.

Spooner addressed the court again Monday during his sentencing hearing, reiterating his exasperation over the stolen guns and dwelling on the perplexity of videos retrieved from his surveillance cameras successfully capturing his confrontation with Simmons but failing to show who had broken into his home two days earlier.

He said he didn't know if what he did was right or wrong.

"I feel sorry for Darius. He had nobody who loved him enough to teach him to go straight," Spooner said, eliciting an expletive from Simmons' older brother, Theodore Larry.

Spooner alleged during his trial that Simmons' mother directed the burglary, telling her children to rob a "sick, old man," he said.

"May God forgive you, Ms. Larry, for your lying and cheating and stealing," Spooner said. "I don't know if I did right or wrong. The jury didn't tell me. Nobody told me."

Wagner tried to remove any doubt in Spooner's mind, telling him, "You did wrong. You took the life of a child."

"It was an evil act," Wagner added. "That family is left without the love of their child. (Simmons) will never be able to experience childhood, to go through high school ...to go to college, to get married, to have children. You took that all away from him."

Though bound by a mandatory life sentence, the court had the option of permitting the consideration of Spooner's release with extended supervision after a minimum 20 years in prison, Assistant District Attorney Mark Williams said before the sentencing.

Williams asked Wagner to impose the maximum sentence and to deny Spooner the chance of ever leaving jail.

"He's going to die in prison with murderers and rapists, and that's the choice he made," Williams said. "He believed what he did was right, and that's what makes him so dangerous."

Larry, on the other hand, said Monday she would pray for Spooner, that she has "no hate for this man."

Still, she said she wants Spooner "to be held accountable for what he did to (her) son Darius Simmons" and asked Wagner to sentence him to life in prison.

"He is a menace to society," Larry said. "No mother should have to go through this."

Larry read only a brief, prewritten statement and declined to comment after the sentencing. Simmons' brother and the family pastor, Steve Jerbi, also made statements asking for a life sentence.

"My brother lost his life over something he didn't do," Larry said. "(Spooner) should be in jail for the rest of his life."

A maximum sentence

Defense attorney Franklyn Gimbel said the court's decision about parole eligibility was inconsequential, calling the prospect of Spooner living for another 20 years "totally improbable." Afflicted by cancer, heart disease and recurring bouts of pneumonia over the years, his client does not have long to live, Gimbel said.

Yet because his conviction marked Spooner's first contact with the criminal justice system, Gimbel asked the court to leave open the possibility that Spooner be considered for release after 20 years, albeit as an "academic exercise," Gimbel said.

"Prior to the day of May 31, 2012, John Spooner was an average working human being," Gimbel said. His four adult children did not attend the trial because they do not "endorse their father's conduct," Gimbel said, but "they love their father."

Wagner said the severe sentence would deter others.

"If someone else hears about this case or reads about it, they will know that offenses like this ...and the lack of remorse and repentance call for a maximum sentence," Wagner added.

He also denied Gimbel's request to provide Spooner with protective custody, a precaution Gimbel said was necessary "because of the racial undertones that have been raised about his behavior underlying the offense."
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

America's race relations take hit after Zimmerman verdict, NBC News/WSJ poll finds
By Mark Murray, Senior Political Editor, NBC News
In the wake of the George Zimmerman case, U.S. views of race relations have taken a hit, and one-third of Americans say his acquittal in the death of Trayvon Martin has shaken their confidence in the legal system, according to the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
The survey found deep divisions on the overall subject of race, along both political and racial lines, as controversy over the verdict has swirled from city street corners to the Oval Office.
Fifty-two percent of adults questioned said race relations in the U.S. are “very good” or “fairly good,” down from more than 70 percent who said that in NBC/WSJ polls between 2009 and 2011.

Making a surprise appearance in the White House press room, President Obama discusses his views on the Trayvon Martin verdict.

Fifty-four percent agree with the statement that America is a nation where people are not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character – down from 60 percent in 2009 and 2010.
That question was a reference to one of the most famous lines from Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech, delivered 50 years ago next month.
The poll was conducted after a Florida jury found Zimmerman, 29, who is of white and of Hispanic descent, not guilty of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Martin, 17, who was black. Zimmerman said he shot Martin, who was unarmed, in self-defense and his lawyers have said race played no role.
Related: NBC/WSJ poll: Faith in Washington hits a low
The case sparked debate over racial profiling and Stand Your Ground laws. After the verdict, protests sprang up several major cities and a group of clergy led by the Rev. Al Sharpton held vigils at federal building to demand the Justice Department ramp up a civil-rights investigation.
(Sharpton is the head of the National Action Network civil rights advocacy group and also hosts "Politics Nation" on MSNBC.)
Last week, President Barack Obama held a surprise press conference on the case in which he said African-Americans were viewing the verdict through the prism of being judged by their skin color.
“Those sets of experiences inform how the African-American community interprets what happened one night in Florida,” he said.
Although some of the polling subjects were questioned before Obama declared that “Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago,” the data reflected the racial divide he spoke about.

A Meet the Press roundtable looks back at the president's speech on Friday and how the outcome of the Trayvon Martin case impacts the American people.
Just 19 percent of African-Americans and 46 percent of Democrats think Americans are judged by the content of their character rather than by their skin color.
By comparison, 54 percent of Latinos, 59 percent of whites and 65 percent of Republicans believe this.
Thirty-eight percent of African Americans say that race relations in the U.S. are good – versus 52 percent of whites and 60 percent of Latinos.
Asked directly about the Zimmerman trial, 32 percent of all adults say it decreased their confidence in the U.S. legal system, 17 percent say it increased their confidence and 48 percent say it had no effect.

Those numbers once again show a gap by race and party: 71 percent of African-Americans and 48 percent of Democrats say the trial decreased their confidence in the legal system -- compared to 35 percent of Latinos, 24 percent of whites and just 13 percent of Republicans.
“This is about as polarizing as it gets,” says Democratic pollster Jay Campbell, who helped conduct the poll with Republican pollster Bill McInturff.
The NBC/WSJ poll was conducted July 17-21 of 1,000 adults (including 300 cell phone-only respondents), and it has an overall margin of error of plus-minus 3.1 percentage points.
NBC's Tracy Connor contributed to this report.
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Did the Prosecutor Screw Up in the Zimmerman Case?
Lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda lost focus from the moment he opened his mouth.
July 23, 2013 |

Listening to the lead prosecutor's final argument in the Zimmerman case, it's hard to believe he really wanted a conviction.

Lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda lost focus from the moment he opened his mouth and began: "A teenager is dead. He is dead through no fault of his own. He is dead because another man made assumptions…."

Not only is de la Rionda's voice flat, his tone subdued and resigned, he begins by presenting the victim as an abstraction, characterizing him in a neutral, almost dismissive way as "a teenager," who also happens to be dead, which everyone knew before the trial started. As narrative hooks go, this one is barbless.

The prosecutor adds that this teenager "is dead through no fault of his own," as if the question before the jury was what did Trayvon do to deserve killing? Why even address the question of Trayvon's fault when you're supposedly trying to convict Zimmerman? Even if there's good reason to expect the defense to try to put Trayvon on trial, why put it at the top of your summation as if it's a credible question?

And then he says Trayvon is dead "because another man made assumptions?" Really? Isn't Trayvon dead because another man shot him? Doesn't that other man have a name? Isn't Zimmerman the one on trial here? Isn't that him over there, 27 years old, 5 feet 7.5 inches tall, 204 pounds?

They Pay TV Anchors Millions a Year to Ratify the People in Power

Despite de la Rionda's passionless prose and torpid performance, some have praised his work. On ABC News, Diane Sawyer said that "prosecutors gave it all they had." If that was all they had, they didn't have much.

Why did the prosecutors eschew an approach more relevant to conviction, something simple and direct, like:

George Zimmerman killed an unarmed, innocent teenager who was trying to go home.
George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin with a single shot to the chest, a single shot at close range that killed Trayvon Martin in a matter of minutes.
Having shot Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman did nothing to try to save the life of the boy dying at his feet.
This is cold-blooded.
If We're Not Careful, We Run the Risk of Persuading the Jury

But de la Rionda says nothing this forceful and direct. He waffles slowly through the general narrative, sort of trying to seem like he's building some sympathy for Trayvon. But it's late in the trial and the prosecution has done little to bring Trayvon alive for the jury – much less than it did to humanize Zimmerman. In the closing, de la Rionda doesn't even know how old Trayvon is. If the prosecutor doesn't care enough about a dead child to know his age, why should a jury care more?

When de la Rionda talks about Zimmerman's words for his wife on the phone shortly after the killing – "Tell her I killed him" – the prosecutor has a chance to nail Zimmerman's almost sociopathic lack of feeling. Instead, de la Rionda says only, "That's kind of matter of fact." No, it's chilling and possibly incriminating.

And then he spends minutes on an irrelevant diversion, talking about how Zimmerman had decided to start a neighborhood watch because of all the alleged crime that had gone on, and he compliments Zimmerman for that. The prosecutor says that wasn't an act of ill will (he didn't say how he knew that). He says this was a "good thing" and that Zimmerman arming himself was a "good thing," and so on, none of which helps the prosecution, of which de la Riondi is nominally the lead.

His presentation had no discernible organization, no flow, numerous diversions, enough meandering to allow one to wonder if it could be deliberately unconvincing. He spent ten minutes reviewing Zimmerman's recorded statements to no compelling point, while punctuating the recitation with the comment, "That's good," about one Zimmerman action or another.

Why Wouldn't the State Support the Players on Its Team?

At another point he spent close to ten more minutes denigrating state's witness, Rachel Jeantel, who was 18 and on the phone with Trayvon Martin at the moment he was shot. The denigration was in the form of a defense of or an apology for her being Haitian, unable to read cursive, and "not that well educated." He did not explain how well educated a high school student should be. And he did not explain why the prosecution failed to prepare this important witness properly. (In a television interview after the trial he said by way of excusing the verdict, "We don't get to pick our witnesses.")

Again and again de la Riondi cycled through blocks of evidence, like the many inconsistent and inconclusive 911 phone calls, without coming to any coherent conclusion. Instead, again and again and again, he'd finish a topic by telling the jury, "You decide." This was a virtual refrain – "you decide" – a refrain that, when added to the fuzzy presentation of evidence, just reinforced doubt, whether reasonable or unreasonable.

His closing argument lasted more than two hours and slowly wound down with more than three minutes of near silence, as de la Riondi had the jury look at slides that outlined the prosecution's case in text, as he occasionally and unconnectedly commented. Whatever energy his presentation might have built up was dissipated, and he closed with a few sentences that were repetitions of things he'd said before. He closed by saying the defendant was guilty of 2nd degree manslaughter, without even using his name – a closing that ended not with a bang but a whimper.

Many legal commentators have criticized the prosecution's handling of this case, but few have done so as sharply as Jarvis DeBerry in the New Orleans Time's Picayune (nola.com), where the headline on his July 16 column read, "Did George Zimmerman's prosecutors try to get him off?"

Based on his conversation with a former prosecutor who is a current defense attorney, who chose to remain anonymous, DeBerry wrote that this lawyer who's tried hundreds of cases said "he's never seen prosecutors who want to win make the series of missteps that the Florida prosecutors made. So he's convinced they lost on purpose."

The lawyer argued that the prosecutors should have sought a change of venue for the trial, since the potential conflicts it presented had already led to recusals of one county prosecutor and two judges, as well as a probably tainted jury pool.

He faulted the prosecution for its jury selection, failing to get even one male juror or one black juror, and for failing to use their challenges to remove clearly unsympathetic jurors. The now-infamous juror B37 went unchallenged, even though she revealed during jury draw that she remembered "riots in Sanford" that never happened.

The lawyer was incredulous at the inept preparation of Rachel Jeantel, as the prosecution allowed her to take the stand and testify in a manner that was sometimes unclear and potentially alienating, especially to a jury of six non-black women.

The lawyer was generally critical of the degree to which the prosecution went about making the case for the defense, in particular playing Zimmerman's interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News. If the prosecution had omitted it, the defense would have been prevented from playing it by the rules of evidence. "If it hurts your case, let the other guy do it," the lawyer said: "They didn't want to win this case."

And Then There Was the Controversial State Attorney in Charge

Running the prosecution team was elected state attorney Angela Corey, who was appointed by the governor as special prosecutor for this case after the local prosecutor's recusal. Corey is a controversial figure in Florida legal circles and was accused of filing a "perjurious affidavit" in the Zimmerman case by attorney Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School in 2012. Corey was criticized by others for charging Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder since, they argued, there wasn't enough evidence to prove it.

In a news conference after the verdict, Corey didn't address the verdict directly. She began by saying:

We are so proud to stand before you and to tell you that when we announced the charges 15 months ago, we also promised that we would seek the truth for Trayvon Martin and due process for George Zimmerman, that we would get all of the facts and details of this very difficult case before a jury, and that we chose to do it that way because we felt that everyone had a right to know everything about this case….
We believe we brought out the truth on behalf of Trayvon Martin.
In a later television interview, when asked to describe Zimmerman with a single word, she hesitated for a long time, then said softly, "Murderer," and gave a small, sad smile.

So the Plan Was to Lose by Over-Playing the Effort to Win?

Why is she spitting in the jury's eye like this after the verdict? Legally, Zimmerman is not a murderer, though he is a killer. More perplexing, how does this apparent belief in Zimmerman's guilt fit with a plan to get "all of the facts and details" of the case before a jury? With all the facts and details, and no prosecution narrative to hang them on, could any jury be expected to convict?

But this is not a woman who doesn't know how to win a conviction in a seemingly difficult case. In 2010, Marissa Alexander fired a single shot into the ceiling in the midst of an argument with her abusive husband. A 32-year-old African American mother of three, Alexander said it had been a warning shot and claimed protection under the Stand Your Ground law. She had no prior criminal record.

She was charged, tried, and convicted by prosecutor Angela Corey. Alexander is currently serving a 20-year sentence, not for killing or harming anyone, but for outing a bullet in the ceiling. According Corey, Alexander wasn't afraid when her husband was in a rage and threatening her.

According to Corey, the Zimmerman case was never about race.

There's no way to know with certainty what the prosecutors were trying to accomplish, consciously or not. But it's clear what they have accomplished, and it doesn't look like justice.
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Stephanie Miller was very funny talking about hero Zimmerman yesterday morning and here's NewsBusters reporting on it :P :P :P

I'm not linking to it cause I don't care to send anyone there but here it is

audio here...very funny...I wish they would have posted the whole segment

A bad stretch for liberals just got worse, all because George Zimmerman decided again he needed to get out of a vehicle.

This time Zimmerman helped rescue a family of four from a wrecked SUV in Florida. Turns out it was more than left-wing radio hosts Bill Press and Stephanie Miller could bear, as both expressed doubts about the incident while heaping aspersions on Zimmerman, who recently showed how a man of color facing a murder charge in a high-profile case could get a fair trial in America. (Audio clips after the jump)

This morning, Press and guest Igor Volsky of ThinkProgress suggested Zimmerman's actions in helping the family were staged as part of a ruse to salvage his public image (h/t for audio clips, Brian Maloney, mrctv.org) --

PRESS: Well, I would hope that if you come across a car accident that anybody, even a murderer, would get out and help them out, right? Not get out and kick them in the teeth or something. But so, two questions I have about this to both of you. Number one, what does it matter that he helped somebody out of a car? Doesn't erase the fact that he shot and killed Trayvon Martin, right?

VOLSKY: No.

PRESS PRODUCER PETER OGBURN: No.
PRESS: Unjustifiably in my opinion and I think the facts show that. But secondly, all right, I know I'm going to get in trouble for this, do you really think this happened?
OGBURN: No!

PRESS: All right, you're the one in trouble!
OGBURN: Yeah, I don't think so. It smells, it stinks to high heaven!
VOLSKY: Where are the pictures or video?
OGBURN: Yeah.
VOLSKY: One of the things I think that's has been most frustrating after the verdict is this effort to rehabilitate his image.
Not sure which is more ludicrous -- Press suggesting that "even a murderer" would help accident victims stricken on the side of the road, or his airy dismissal, "what does it matter that he helped somebody out of a car"? Imagine the reaction from Press, Volsky and liberals across the board if news broke that Zimmerman passed an accident scene where people were hurt and did not stop to help. Doesn't take much in imagination to hear their collective AH HAH!

More along the same lines from libtalker Stephanie Miller and three of her favorite coatcatchers (audio) --

MILLER: Oh, this just in, apparently George Zimmerman saved Baby Jessica from the well.
CHRIS LAVOIE: Oh good. Good for him.
MILLER: I did not realize that either. I forgot that story.
JIM WARD: Good for him. Well, well, well, he then spun back in time and unexploded the Hindenburg.
MILLER: Wow, he is awesome.
WARD: What a guy! That's just the kind of guy he is, he's just, he's just splendid.
MILLER: All right, join us if you're calling bull (bleep) on this George Zimmerman rescued story. ... Oh, this just in regarding the Southwest Airlines flight, breaking, Zimmerman steps in and acts as nose gear for plane and pulled out 300 passengers from the wreckage.
WARD: Right, that's just the kind of guy he is.
MILLER: He's just awesome!
WARD: He went to the front of the plane and jumped down into the wheel well and stopped the plane with his feet. His feet are completely burned off now.
MILLER: Like Fred Flintstone except with a plane. ... John Fugelsang, are you also calling bull (bleep) on this George Zimmerman rescued story like we are or, uh ...?
FUGELSANG: I haven't heard that much about it yet, you know, I don't know enough about it. I understand he did wear a cape and now for all the, this actually wipes away the fact that he assaulted a female cop and had a restraining order against him from his old fiancee for battery, so I guess he's always been a great guy.
WARD: Standing his ground.
Isn't it amazing that not a single liberal, not that I've heard about anyway, will dare utter this blasphemy ... maybe we were wrong about this guy ...

Family Rescued by George Zimmerman Cancels Appearance Fearing 'Blow Back'

George Zimmerman smiles after a not guilty verdict was handed down in his trial at the Seminole County

By MATT GUTMAN (@mattgutmanABC) and CHRISTINA NG (@ChristinaNg27)
July 24, 2013
The family rescued by George Zimmerman when they were trapped in an overturned SUV canceled a scheduled news conference today and is pleading for privacy.

Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of Dana and Mark Gerstle and their two children, who were trapped inside a blue Ford Explorer SUV that had rolled over after traveling off the highway in Sanford, Fla., about 5:45 p.m. Thursday, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

The Gerstles were expected to hold a press conference today at the office of Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara, but cancelled a few hours before it was supposed to take place.

"They have expressed to us that they are not comfortable doing media interviews at this time and they continue to ask for privacy," the Seminole City Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

Zimmerman's lawyer, Mark O'Mara, said the family had asked to speak, but then got concerned about the anger surrounding the controversial verdict.

"The family called because they wanted to address the media. I knew that if we did it in an organized way, it would help them get back to a normal life.. But they called today and said they were more worried about blow back from saying anything that would be favorable to George, and decided they did not want to do any media," O'Mara said.

The lawyer said that when he spoke to the Gerstles "their voices were trembling" and that they feared saying anything positive about Zimmerman "would be toxic."

O'Mara wouldn't say whether Zimmerman is now carrying a weapon since the Department of Justice asked that the gun and other evidence be sent to federal prosecutors who are reviewing the case.

But Zimmerman "should be [armed] given the threats against him," O'Mara said. He added, "If I were him I would leave" the country.

The Gerstles could not be reached for comment.

Zimmerman has been in hiding since he was acquitted of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin and his acquittal prompted a flood of negative reactions and dozens of protests across the country. Zimmerman as well as his parents have received death threats.

The Thursday crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route Route 46, police said, less than a mile from where Zimmerman shot Martin.

By the time police arrived, two people - including Zimmerman - had already helped the family get out of the overturned car, the sheriff's office said. No one was reported to be injured.

Zimmerman was not a witness to the crash and left after speaking with the deputy, police said

Open Letter to Trayvon's Father: Sue Zimmerman
Wednesday, 24 July 2013 00:00
By Greg Palast, Truthout

I have a 16-year old son. I cannot imagine losing him because some beast decided to play Lone Ranger.
And so, with cautious humility, I make this suggestion, this plea.
Sue the beast. You must.
I understand you are reluctant to launch another painful trial of uncertain outcome and cost, monetary and emotional. And I know a money judgment won't bring your son home.
But imagine this: George Zimmerman gets a half-million-dollar book deal and $25,000 a pop to appear at gun shows - plus a fee to put his name on a 9mm semi-automatic. The 'Zimmerman Protector.'
There's only one way to put this monster out of business: Justice can only come out of the barrel of a lawsuit.
Only in a lawsuit can you force Zimmerman to the witness stand. That's crucial. In the criminal case, Zimmerman's daddy, a magistrate no less, could say it was poor George yelling for help on that desperate phone call.
In a civil action, your son's lawyer can say to Zimmerman, "Come on, George, let's hear you scream for help. George, let's hear you scream that this skinny kid is going to kill you. Come on, George, show us how Trayvon somehow grabbed your big fat head while he was taking the gun from your hand."
A federal indictment won't do that: Zimmerman can't be called as a witness in a criminal case. A federal trial won't disgrace Zimmerman nor stop him from getting rich off your son's corpse.
A civil trial has none of that "reasonable doubt" crap that can get Zimmerman off the hook with some fantasy story about Trayvon as the dangerous aggressor. Zimmerman's consigliere said it was Trayvon’s own fault he was murdered. The “decision [to get shot] was in Trayvon Martin's hands more than my client's.” Do you want that to be the last word about your son?
Maybe you don't want the money. OK, then: Set up a foundation and make Zimmerman turn over all that blood money, those book deals and gun show fees, to the Trayvon Foundation. Make him work every day of his lousy life for Trayvon.
There’s another advantage to civil action. To be blunt, you won't have to rely on painfully befuddled prosecutors like the ones we witnessed in that courtroom. In a lawsuit, you can choose the best legal gunslingers in the country.
I'm not guessing about that. I asked fearsome Florida trial lawyer Mike Papantonio if he and his partner, civil rights attorney Bobby Kennedy Jr., would take on the case if called. Papantonio said his firm is standing by, ready to help your legal team if asked. And I have no doubt there are other great plaintiff lawyers who would leap to your cause.
Americans love to complain that there are "too many lawyers." I agree that if some corporate defense lawyers drown in their hot tubs, only their mothers should cry. But it is our unique system of tort law that gives Americans the true Hammer of Justice. Plaintiff lawsuits, even more than government agencies or the FBI, are what keep drug companies from poisoning us and keep dangerous toys from maiming our kids. And, using section 1983 of the federal civil rights statute, it’s the power of the plaintiffs’ bar that stops racist jerks from denying jobs, mortgages and freedoms to people of color.
And there's one final reason to bring a civil action. Let the word go forth to any Zimmerman wannabe dreaming that wealth and admiration requires only their hunting down another dark-skinned kid in a hoodie: Maybe sick Florida law will keep you out of prison, but you will have your sorry ass dragged onto a witness stand, where you will be ripped up, ruined and busted for the rest of your life.
So I'm asking you, as one dad to another, stand your ground and sue this killer - for Trayvon and for all our kids.
With respect,
Greg Palast

8 Signs the Zimmerman Verdict May Have Big Ramifications
The ongoing public outcry over Zimmerman's acquittal may actually spark some change.

July 24, 2013 |
George Zimmerman’s acquittal in the killing of Trayvon Martin left many Americans shaken. Perhaps it was the sheer clarity of the verdict, which sent the message that in this country, a person can racially profile, stalk and kill a kid — and walk away free. The verdict inspired tens of thousands of people to get on the streets nationwide. Government officials, civil rights leaders, athletes, celebrities and even President Obama have spoken out.

A Washington Post-ABC News Poll revealed that Americans were split on the verdict. However, 86 percent of African Americans disapproved of the verdict, while 51 percent of whites were in favor of it. While the numbers reveal a racial divide, multi-racial groups are still forming to seek justice. Indeed, the ongoing outcry over Zimmerman’s acquittal is so strong, persistent and diverse that it may actually spark some change.

Here are eight signs that Zimmerman’s acquittal may have big ramifications.

1. Rallies and vigils for Trayvon Martin continue.“Justice for Trayvon” rallies have been happening nationwide, nearly non-stop. These rallies, sometimes including vigils, conjured anger around the unjust killing.

Over the weekend, rallies took place in more than 100 cities around the country including New York City, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Denver and Austin. In Los Angeles, people shut down a highway for 20 minutes. In New York, it’s estimated that 10,000 marched, with Jay-Z and Beyonce among them. Al Sharpton, whose National Action Network helped organize many of the protests, was also in attendance as well as Martin’s mother Sybrina Fulton. Fulton spoke out at the rally, saying: “We have moved on from the verdict. Of course we're hurting. Of course we're shocked and disappointed. But that just means that we have to roll up our sleeves and continue to fight.”

Trayvon Martin’s father, Tracy Martin, led a rally in Miami, where protesters gathered and sang, “We Shall Overcome.” He said: “I vowed to Trayvon, when he was lying in his casket, that I would use every ounce of energy in my body to seek justice for him ... Senseless violence is a disease and we as a people have the cure, we just need to come together.”

2. NAACP puts pressure on the DOJ.The NAACP is leading the way in pressuring the Department of Justice to file civil rights charges against Zimmerman. On Saturday, the organization launched a petition stating that “The most fundamental of civil rights — the right to life — was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin.” The petition garnered 1.5 million signatures in three days.

The NAACP’s president, Ben Jealous, spoke to senior DOJ officials to pressure them to continue their investigation of the case. Attorney General Eric Holder has said a thorough investigation will be conducted as to whether Zimmerman violated civil rights law. Sanford Police Department said it turned over all the evidence, as well as Zimmerman’s gun, to the DOJ. Holder has called Martin's death “tragic” and “unnecessary.” He also said the DOJ “will continue to act in a manner that is consistent with the facts and the law. We will not be afraid.”

3. Activists organize a sit-in at Rick Scott’s office.A group of young activists have held a weeklong occupation of Florida governor Rick Scott’s office, demanding that he call a special session on the state’s "Stand Your Ground" law and racial profiling. The activists, called the Dream Defenders, have organized different working groups that will make sure the group sustains its ability to occupy. They also announced that they are planning on holding weekly demonstrations in the state’s capitol, similar to North Carolina's "Moral Mondays" protests.

On Monday, Scott said he supports the Stand Your Ground law and will not hold a special session. The Dream Defenders say they are ready to occupy his office until he calls the special session. Several Democrats in the state’s House have come out in support of the activists and hope to hold a hearing on the law during the legislature’s next committee week. So far, protesters have had no trouble with the police.

4. “Stand Your Ground” laws face fierce criticism. While the Dream Defenders demand a special session on “Stand Your Ground,” protesters nationwide have made the law a focal point. At least 22 states have laws similar to Florida’s Stand Your Ground laws.

While activists protest the laws, prominent figures have also called for their reassessment. Eric Holder said the laws may encourage violence and “senselessly expand the concept of self-defense and sow dangerous conflict in our neighborhoods.” U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., also agrees these laws need to be reviewed. On Tuesday, Arizona state senator Steve Gallardo called on the state legislature to review Arizona’s version of Stand Your Ground. Alabama state senator Hank Sanders announced there will be an effort to repeal the law in his state.

Obama also spoke out directly against the law during his speech on Friday, saying: “And for those who resist that idea that we should think about something like these Stand Your Ground laws, I'd just ask people to consider, if Trayvon Martin was of age and armed, could he have stood his ground on that sidewalk? … And if the answer to that question is at least ambiguous, then it seems to me that we might want to examine those kinds of laws.”

5. Everyone boycotts Florida. Within days of Zimmerman’s acquittal, calls to boycott Florida abounded. Stevie Wonder announced during a performance in Canada that he had canceled upcoming shows in the Sunshine State, and would not perform there until Stand Your Ground laws are repealed. "As a matter of fact, wherever I find that law exists, I will not perform in that state or in that part of the world," Wonder said.

There was some noise about travelers canceling trips to Florida, and heading to other warm places like California and Mexico. Huffington Post’s associate travel editor encouraged his readers to jump on board the travel boycott with his piece, “Travelers Can Save the Next Trayvon Martin By Avoiding Florida.”

Tweeters condemned those planning to visit Disney World, tweeting, “Shame on you! Go to Disneyland instead.”

On the official "Visit Florida" Facebook page, one commenter echoed what seemed to be a slew of angry comments calling for a Florida boycott: “I really LOVE vacationing in Florida, but I cannot, in good conscience, take my kids to Florida, or visit Florida again ever!!”

Martin Luther King III called for a national boycott of Florida oranges and orange juice last week. A Facebook page titled "Boycott Florida" (with more than 3,000 likes) outlined a list of “Top Florida companies that depend on your dollar,” which included Carnival Cruise Co., Tupperware Corporation, and restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Lobster.

One angry Twitter user summed up the sentiment when she tweeted: “Until we hit their pockets, nothing will change.”

Al Sharpton also announced that his National Action Network may propose boycotts on corporations that still support the American Legislative Exchange Council. ALEC is a corporate-sponsored lobbying group that is a major supporter of Stand Your Ground laws.

6. There’s a renewed call for gun control. Though this surprisingly hasn’t been at the forefront of the responses to Zimmerman’s acquittal, there have been renewed calls for gun control that may grow in time. The Brady Campaign, the nation’s largest citizens’ lobby to prevent gun violence, issued a statement on the Zimmerman verdict, which read: “There is sharp disagreement over the verdict, but there can be no disagreement over the reason why Trayvon Martin is dead. George Zimmerman had a gun that night, and the state of Florida allowed him to carry it virtually anywhere despite a violent history.”

The statement also spoke out against Stand Your Ground as well as concealed weapons laws. The Brady Campaign, along with the parents of Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis (another black 17-year-old Florida resident shot by a white man), filed an amicus brief “asking the entire United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to review and reverse a 2-1 decision that held Illinois law restricting the public carrying of firearms unconstitutional.”

Meanwhile, gun enthusiasts are pushing the narrative that Zimmerman’s case had nothing to do with gun laws. One gun group, called the Buckeye Firearms Association, is fundraising to buy Zimmerman a new gun, after the court confiscated his weapon and passed it on to the DOJ.

In a recent blog in the Huffington Post titled “Where is Gun Control?” Sanjay Sanghoee called on Democrats to fight harder to pass gun control legislation. He wrote:

In the wake of the Trayvon Martin verdict, President Obama once again brought up the need for gun control, but sincere as he might be, words are not enough. The President, and the Democratic party, need to follow it up with action. Setbacks may be a part of our political process, but they are not an excuse to do nothing.

7. Plans Revamped for MLK’s 50th anniversary of the march on Washington. Plans to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech are being revamped as angry and frustrated reactions over the acquittal of Zimmerman and the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Voting Rights Act quickly multiply. Such fast-escalating resentment has senior figures in the civil rights movement expecting a significantly larger turnout – so large, in fact, that it could nearly double the number of those who heard King speak in 1963, bringing the running total to close to half a million.

According to NAACP president Benjamin Jealous, expectations are high because the Zimmerman case and the Supreme Court ruling have accented how far America is from realizing King’s dream. Jealous told theGuardian: “The march has gone from being seen by many about primarily about the past, to being urgently about the present.”

8. Obama’s unprecedented statement.President Obama delivered an unexpected and surprisingly bold speech last week, articulating why the shooting and killing of Trayvon Martin may well be the moment to reflect on race and race relations in the United States. With no script in hand, Obama spoke to why the killing and verdict has been especially painful for the black community due to “a history that doesn’t go away.” He also spoke of his personal history growing up as a black man in America.

Obama also stated there is a sense "that if a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, that, from top to bottom, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different." Obama concluded by calling on the nation to do a little soul searching. It seems Obama has finally done some himself.

Zimmerman is right now very toxic’: O’Mara explains why family canceled presser
By Jessica Chasmar-The Washington Times Thursday, July 25, 2013

George Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O'Mara took to CNN to explain why the family Mr. Zimmerman helped rescue last week canceled their scheduled press conference on Wednesday.

“In any way connecting yourself with George Zimmerman is right now very toxic, so though they wanted to thank him publicly, they could not for the possibility of blowback against them,” O'Mara said.

Mr. Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the Mark and Dana Gerstles‘ aid and their two children, aged 4 and 8, trapped inside a blue Ford Explorer SUV that had rolled over after traveling off the highway in Sanford Thursday evening, less than a mile from where the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin occurred.

Host Wolf Blitzer mentioned growing speculation that the incident never happened.

“The same people who refuse to accept the jury’s verdict, just want to be angry, just want to hate George Zimmerman, are still going to,” Mr. O'Mara said. “Even if we had a videotape of the accident, they would still say it was made up. So you can’t really respond to people who just don’t want to listen to the truth.”

Earth to O'Mara Georgie boy the child killer will be very toxic the rest of his fuckin life

Juror Says She Owes Martin's Parents Apology

ORLANDO, Fla. July 25, 2013 (AP)
The second juror to speak publicly told ABC News in an interview made available Thursday that she feels George Zimmerman got away with murder for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin, but that there wasn't enough evidence at trial to convict him under Florida law.

Juror B29 told Robin Roberts that she favored convicting Zimmerman of second-degree murder when deliberations began by the six-member, all-women jury.

"I was the juror that was going to give them a hung jury," she said. "I fought to the end."

But by the second day of deliberating, she realized there wasn't enough proof to convict the 29-year-old neighborhood watch volunteer of a crime.

"George Zimmerman got away with murder, but you can't get away from God," she said. "And at the end of the day, he's going to have a lot of questions and answers he has to deal with."

Zimmerman was acquitted earlier this month of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges in the 2012 slaying of the unarmed 17-year-old. The Miami teenager was shot and killed during a confrontation with Zimmerman in Sanford. The case spawned heated national debates about racial profiling and the so-called Stand Your Ground self-defense laws in Florida and other states.

Zimmerman was seen publicly for the first time last week when he assisted a family after their SUV flipped over on a Florida highway.

Juror B29 is the second panelist to go public with what went on during deliberations earlier this month. She allowed her face to be shown and used her first name, Maddy, unlike Juror B37, who was interviewed on CNN last week with her face obscured.

Four jurors, not including the one interviewed by ABC, issued a statement last week saying the opinions expressed by Juror B37 to CNN's Anderson Cooper did not represent their views.

That juror said the actions of Zimmerman and Martin both led to the teenager's fatal shooting, but that Zimmerman didn't actually break the law.

Juror B29 also told ABC that she didn't believe race was an issue at the trial. Though the judge so far has refused to release the names or biographical information about the jurors, B29 said she was 36 years old and Puerto Rican.

Martin was black and Zimmerman identifies himself as Hispanic. Martin's parents believe Zimmerman racially profiled their son when he started following him after spotting him walking through the neighborhood where Zimmerman lived and Martin was visiting. B29 said she couldn't speak for her fellow jurors on the race issue. The other women on the jury were white.

Juror B29 is a nursing assistant and mother of eight children who recently moved to Florida from Chicago.

She said she feels like she owes Martin's parents an apology.

"I felt like I let a lot of people down, and I'm thinking to myself, 'Did I go the right way? Did I go the wrong way?'" she said. "As much as we were trying to find this man guilty ... They give you a booklet that basically tells you the truth, and the truth is that there was nothing that we could do about it."

George Zimmerman’s heroic car crash rescue appears to be a fraud
By Dog Gone on 07/25/2013 in Zimmerman with 36 Comments

Image
Accident scene on left, Zimmerman photo on right

This was a suspicious story from the beginning.

We have seen news reports of protesters doing thousands of dollars of damage to be a fraud. Claims of attacks by protesters over the Zimmerman verdict turned out to be false. Now added to the list of false news reports appears to be the story of George Zimmerman heroically rescuing a family of four from a burning SUV.

The initial report was that George Zimmerman was just coincidentally driving by after a car accident occurred, that he leaped out of his vehicle to come to the rescue of the family of four trapped inside as the vehicle caught fire, pulling them to safety. That was followed by the claim that the family he rescued had planned a press event to thank George Zimmerman, but that they canceled due to threats from Trayvon Martin supporters.

It appears they may have canceled any such event because they did not want to be part of the fraud of making Zimmerman out to be a hero, when that story was not precisely true.

What did occur was that an accident occurred where a car slid on it’s side into a median. People at the scene called 911, which went to the Sanford office of the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. BEFORE responding to the 911 call, News Ball.com reports that Seminole Sheriff’s Dept. Officer Patrick Rehder, a self-styled friend and supporter of Zimmerman, contacted Zimmerman by cell phone directing him to go to the accident so as to appear to be a hero. News Ball.com also provides a social media screen capture of a curious statement about Rehder taking pleasure when “someone gets credit for something they did not do”.

Rehder’s name appears on the accident report.

There were plenty of people driving by who witnessed the accident, and stopped to help the family out of the vehicle, BEFORE Zimmerman showed up, according to the 911 calls, but no ‘thank you’ press conference mentioning anyone else by name specifically was scheduled by the family.

Zimmerman showed up AFTER he was called by a SCSO member according to a report at News Ball.com, Zimmerman then got out of his car with a fire extinguisher, and apparently left without doing anything especially heroic. You can hear the course of events here in the 911 calls; many people who were there as the accident happened stopped to get people out, and the fire and smoke problem from the calls, appeared some time after they were out of the car. As you can hear from the calls, people were out before there was a smoke or fire problem; Zimmerman did not appear to risk his life to pull anyone out of a burning car, as was claimed. :

http://youtu.be/qD35RgOoy34

THIS new challenge to Zimmerman’s integrity in addition to the misrepresentation of funds donated when bail was set, as well as the conflicting statements made to police and in court, is why protesters both distrust BOTH George Zimmerman and the local Florida LEOs, and are protesting the validity of the trial verdict. It is also part of why there is opposition to the SYG laws that make it easier for someone to get away with homicide.

UPDATE 7/24/2013: Officer Patrick Rehder phone records show he tipped off George Zimmerman + source says Zimmerman “has a police scanner to listen in to any nasty accidents near him in need of a super hero”.. Accident was real. The rest was staged!
3 days worth of updates are below, the latest is in RED
UPDATE 7/26: Officer Patrick Rehder wipes out Facebook & Twitter accounts, first going private with FB until deleting it completely – following lead of crash mom who already deleted her Facebook the day before. However, crash mom’s twitter remains (it has the only online mention that a crash indeed happened) Read article for details…

(left) The crash occurred at this intersection of I-4 and route Route 46 (right) Just 4 days after a happy Zimmerman is found not guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin, he supposedly saved a family of 4 from a burning car.

Less than a mile from where George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin, a new debate has erupted today after a reported car crash involving an SUV – carrying this family – flipped over:

None other than the 1 & only George Zimmerman was there to help get 2 parents & their 2 children out of a smoking car that had started to catch fire.

Asked if Zimmerman was being called a hero, sheriff spokeswoman Kim Cannaday said: ‘We’re not going that far.’

Conspiracy theorists to Trayvon supporters are out in full force claiming this was a completely staged incident – either by George Zimmerman himself (seems beyond his skill set) or by the state/federal government to quell the protests & riots by putting him in a better, more humanitarian light so that he isn’t as hunted anymore. NewsBall has decided to investigate this. Here are the findings.

Late Monday afternoon, we obtained the sheriff’s accident report which states there was an incident last Wednesday. The report identifies the adults in the flipped vehicle as a white couple with unnamed kids. The driver is Mark C. Gerstle, a pharmacist (his registered pharmacist details) & a native of Buffalo N.Y., & the woman is Dana Michelle Muffoletto Gerstle, a native of Daytona Beach, Fla. They live in Port Orange, Florida.

Here are pictures of the family, who happen to be white, as that was the million dollar question from the public. Not a single picture is being shown on any news outlet. Only here:

Image
Mark Gerstle, 52, & Dana Michele Muffoletto Gerstle, 41, on their wedding day.

Image
Mark & Dana Gerstle with their 2 children, Sadie Lynne Michelle Gerstle &
Matthew Charles Gerstle

So they are real people, with established presences, named in the police report from the car crash incident. However, NewsBall can confirm that NONE of the family members mentioned ANYTHING about a car crash on social media – & this crash happened 5 days ago, but just now being leaked to the media! NONE of their brothers & sisters have mentioned anything online about their siblings crash like “Thank god for my sister & her husband, Sadie & Matthew’s safety“. No mention whatsoever. Strange? UPDATE 7/24: We have dug up the mother, Dana Gerstle’s twitter account & she DOES mention an accident to a friend or family member on the 18th.

Image
Image
This is the first mention of an accident anywhere online from anyone that was reported to be involved. Unless people believe this tweet was placed by a twitter account bearing the mother’s name on July 18th (the day after the accident date on the police report) in preparation for this conspiracy, this accident DID happen. All signs point to everything after the accident being staged. Keep reading. More red updates below. Also, neither email address on the police report for Mark & Dana show up anywhere online, nor linked to any social media, & of course, the emails go unanswered: sadielmichelle@aol.com & gerstlem@aol.com Go ahead email them & ask them to confirm they were in this crash, why not one family member of theirs – let alone themselves – mention the incident from last week! Why do NO pictures exist of the car crash! Not from cops, not from media, not from witnesses with their ever handy cell phones & twitter apps ready to tweet away. Why? Did the state really stage this story using a family of 4′s identities to try & portray Zimmerman in a better light so people would not want to kill him & race protests would simmer down? This “happened” on Wednesday the 17th & the media is just now finding out today, Monday the 22nd.

As for the responding police officer to the crash scene, that would be Patrick Rehder.

The plot thickens as there is NO mention of Officer Rehder meeting George Zimmerman at the crash scene anywhere on his facebook, despite the July 17th incident being sandwiched in between continual support of George Zimmerman both before, & from the aftermath of the trial:

Image
Responding officer to the scene, Patrick Rehder, whose facebook just adds even more doubt to the merits of this incident. A longtime vocal Zimmerman supporter on his wall before & after, but silent about his meeting with Zimmerman except 5 days afterwards to say “Well I kinda made the news” with a link to the story. These are just a few of the recent statuses on his facebook supporting Zimmerman, & his wall includes his superiority complex as a cop & racism.

The day of the car accident.

Longtime supporter (& one source still being investigated by NB is claiming friend) of George Zimmerman, Officer Patrick Rehder’s cell phone records reveal a text or call to George Zimmerman right after the 5:47 PM crash was called in. This tipped Zimmerman off to the car crash accident & to get there to assist the family before Officer Rehder arrived. Zimmerman, still hiding out in the same neighborhood that he killed Trayvon Martin in, was less than a mile away to jump into action & be a hero with his passive aggressive approach KNOWING that his name on the police report would eventually be made public. We didn’t give Zimmerman enough credit – he had a larger role in orchestrating this than we thought was possible. The phone records, coupled with a source confirming to NB that George Zimmerman is in possession of a police scanner (like the wannabee cop he continues to be) so that he can listen in to accidents in the area “in need of a super hero.”

Officer Patrick Rehder tweeting “I love when someone thinks you do something you don’t do” & “Man I wish I could eat out everyday, like the welfare junkies” within 4 days apart, back to back tweets. So telling about this typical cop’s mindset in setting the stage for helping George Zimmerman’s image with this staged hoax of Zimmerman “saving” the family to look like a hero! UPDATE 7/24 11PM EASTERN: The cop has deleted his twitter & facebook. DELETED. Not made private, but actually DELETED both. Seems like extreme measures when private status isn’t even good enough…

Further backing the report of phone records obtained online by our source showing Zimmerman being tipped off to a crash half a mile up the road, Officer Rehder tweeted “I love when someone thinks you do something you don’t do” & “Man I wish I could eat out everyday, like the welfare junkies.” If the above is any indication of Officer Rehder’s mindset, he is a racist who loves making people think you do something you don’t do.” Hmm, kind of like George Zimmerman naturally stumbling across a family on the brink of death that needs a heroic saving? Sounds like further proof of the staged script after the real accident by an unwitting family.

Between the indicative tweets & the damning phone records, with Zimmerman’s ever handy police scanner the cherry on top, we reached out to Officer Rehder to see which came first, but he has declined an interview or to comment to NewsBall.

Last week, satirical website The Onion, known for putting out fake parody stories related to current events, reported that George Zimmerman had won Florida’s state lottery. Most people knew it was just a joke, but some fell for it & changed their entire view of him believing that karma must have made things right & gave him the financial means now to move on with his life. We laughed that joke off & thought “Wow, wouldn’t that have been crazy?” This car crash hero story seemed like something else The Onion would pull, but this is a well orchestrated operation that none other than the the state or feds could have led. It’s definitely beyond Zimmerman to have pulled this off himself with his friends.
The Gerstle’s are a real family of 4 that do live in the area, & they are listed on the police report as having been involved in a much less dramatic crash than the media reported with all their fancy glitter words of “saved”, “hero” & “fiery crash” being headlined. If it is somehow someway a real event, what an unlikely twist for this man if this family was indeed helped & partially “saved” by George Zimmerman. We would have had to rethink his level of guilt & evil because our position remains that those jurors were led by a bully in Juror B37 who intimidated the others, especially B29 – the only minority (hispanic) juror who wanted to leave because she wanted to convict. Karma works in mysterious ways & if he was found not guilty to remain out of jail to help this family survive – wouldn’t that be sweet justice after all. Our conclusion, however, is we are still NOT leaning towards a stranger than fiction, yet completely factual mind-boggler that George Zimmerman simply, miraculously, found himself at the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time – this time!

The family isn’t talking, but Sanford Police Capt. Jim McAuliffe told reporters that Zimmerman, 29, was identified by Mark Gerstle as the man who pulled him from the mangled vehicle last week. “George Zimmerman pulled me out,” firefighters were told.

The sheriff’s stated that the driver & passenger have expressed they are not interested in speaking with the media about this incident. They also never talked about it on their facebook walls. Nor did their family members. Nor did the responding office. Despite lots of talk of Zimmerman before & after the incident. & no pictures exist of the crash.

Neither Mark or Dana Gerstle had a comment to NewsBall by the time of this publication.

UPDATE 7/23: Instead of a response from either parent from the emails we sent them, Dana Gerstle’s facebook has suddenly disappeared a day after we took all of her pictures from it: https://www.facebook.com/dana.muffolettogerstle/photos, but her brother Joey Muffoletto & sister Angel Muffoletto Thurlow still remain on facebook – never mentioning anything about their sister’s car accident on their walls.

Zimmerman is just the gift that keeps on giving as now the Gerstle’s are being terrorized at their home, afraid they will become targets for hate mobs.

Mark Gerstle was in no mood to discuss Zimmerman when he arrived back at the family home today. He drove straight into his garage after speeding down the road past a few TV trucks & film crews waiting to speak with him. He screamed at reporters from his garage saying: ‘Go away. I’ve got nothing to say‘, clearly enraged that the media wanted to talk to him.

Maybe he is thinking twice about aiding (likely unwittingly) in this cover up in saying Zimmerman acquired superhuman strength in this moment of crisis (unlike his encounter with skinny Trayvon Martin) in pulling a heavy set Dad & his family out of the car (if it did happen) or his role in this over-dramatized script (if it did not). In the very least we now know from the police report no car was on fire & no one’s life was in danger once Zimmerman showed up.

Still large reward for the 6 jurors names & pictures

We still need the public’s help in identifying the names of the six female jurors, especially B37. A lot of curious readers out there would like to see what they look like. So if you know that your neighbor was one of them, send their name & pic in for a large reward. We aren’t expecting a family member to give them up. Read about each of them, & hear their interviews HERE.

UPDATE 7/26: Explanation of our information: After deep digging & gradual convincing, a family member of Officer Patrick Rehder’s became a source by hoping to extinguish this situation once & for all so that the scrutiny & chaos surrounding the individuals involved would stop. They envisioned having to go into hiding like George Zimmerman if someone did not answer to the conspiracies & skepticism. The family member confirmed in a phone call that they saw a text call log with the name “George” associated with it, time stamped 5:51PM eastern. Family member also confirmed phone records show a series of calls prior to 7/17 between the Officer & the same number labelled “George” in the phone.

Officer Patrick Rehder wiped out his Facebook & Twitter accounts, first going private with FB until deleting it completely – following the lead of crash mom Dana Gerstle who already deleted her Facebook the day before. However, crash mom’s twitter remains (it has the only online mention that a crash indeed happened). An irrelevant side note is that Patrick Rehder has announced to his closest family & friends that his wife Constance Rehder is pregnant & that they are expecting a second child. It is not a coincidence that the media has stopped their coverage of this staged car accident hero hoax story. The state / Sheriff’s Office set out to calm the unease in the county, & this was a brilliant plan. Wait for the next accident to occur nearby & have George Zimmerman spring into action. It is a PR move. Quite smart & logical actually. So per our source’s hopes & plan, indeed the staged hoax publication quieted this story as the majority has written this incident off as a staged hoax now. After the victims of the crash cancelled their press conference in the wake of our staged hoax being published, the media completely backed off too. Is the media really known to do that? No. We will continue digging for the origination of this orchestration, but as of now there is nothing new to report. We can say with absolute certainty that our source is valid & showed us an image they took of the officer’s phone log via Skype. The chat was not being recorded. We thought it was just a follow up interview from our previous phone call that revealed the initial link between Officer & Zimmerm

There is a reason why there has been no objection from Officer Patrick Rehder, the Sheriff’s Office, or any party involved as to the facts that have been uncovered regarding the staged hoax of George Zimmerman being tipped off. Because no one is objecting, the media has nothing new to report. We are glad to have played our role in stripping George Zimmerman from salvaging even a shred of humanity to his name – he is a sex offender, a bully, & a killer.
Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.
