Greenwald has indicated very clearly that "we aint seen nuttin' yet" and that what is to come (whenever the hell that may be) is going to shock everyone.


What do you think that leak will reveal, what sort of things beyond what we already know wrt cell phones, email, snail mail etc being recorded, bugged and logged, will be more shocking than those things.


I am on record, and the only one I know of so far, saying that I believe the big thing that we havent been told yet and which even Greenwald is having trouble coming to terms with as to whether he should release this, is the fact that they can tap in to our smart TVs, Laptops etc and activate the hidden microphones and cameras and watch us in our living rooms/homes from said smart TV and laptop/PC cameras.It is well known and established fact that all smart TVs which are hooked up to the internet have build in cameras and mics and they cannot be deactivated easily as there is no disable switch on them, its all built in to the actual unit and would require dismantling the unit itself to cut wires etc in order to disable them entirely. It is also a well known (at least among the relatively informed) and established fact that the smart TV manufacturers have backdoor access to the software built in to these smart TVs and computers that allows them, in theory and practice, to activate those cameras and actually watch you in your home through them, they do admit this is possible but assure us that it would never happen. So if they can do it there is NO QUESTION whatsoever that the NSA can do it too, or any other hacker in general. It has been demonstrated at various hacker conventions that this can be done the same way it has been demonstrated by hackers and others that they can remote control new automobiles, this stuff is no longer the in the realm of nutty conspiracy theory, it is established fact and I suggest THAT is the big shocking reveal that we have not been told yet and I am not sure that Greenwald will even tell us that if it is true because that opens up a HUGE CAN OF WORMS, people will stand for a lot of things but THAT is something they likely will not take sitting down and will revolt in a big way if they were to find out the NSA can activate the camera on your TV and watch you fucking your wife/husband on the sofa. It is really a big deal and it is something even Greenwald would think twice about revealing and that appears what is happening here, whatever Greenwald has left to reveal which he says is extremely shocking and hurtful, his own words, he has shown some hesitation about revealing it in full.

I have not had time to research every single source in the above links, those are just some quick google searchers so posting the link is not an endorsement if the site turns out to be some antisemitic or nazi site, I dont have the time to research every single site but the information in those links is credible and consistent with mainstream articles and technical manuals I have read as well as what I know as an attorney and have read in various court cases and documents which I am not at liberty to discuss in full, needless to say this is all established fact, those smart TV cameras in your home can be hacked and activated and you can be watched by whomever wants to watch you, and if a hacker can do it so can the NSA and I am sure they do. I doubt they are doing it to any of us, we are small fish, but if you come under suspicion I am certain this is something they can utilize in their investigations.


So, this is is what I think the final and shocking reveal is, whether or not we actually hear about this I do believe and have some proof that it can be done, even Greenwald, however, may decide that this is too much to let us know as it would, IMO, cause major backlash and open a can of worms that would be a final nail in the coffin so to speak, I just believe if people knew that it would probably be something they would not accept as easily as they have some of the other leaks about emails and cell phones etc.

So what DO YOU think that final and shocking reveal/leaks is, do you agree with me wrt the above or do you think it is something else, I personally cannot think of ANYTHING more shocking than what I describe above and what is in those links.

So please feel free to use this thread to discuss what other SHOCKING things you think the NSA is capable of and which we have not been told yet, agree or disagree with me and add your own suggestions.


EDIT TO ADD: I also think the above includes keyloggers on all our computers which can be accessed by those snooping on us.

Yea I posed the same question in the snowden thread and I do recall your response, that thread moves so fast things get buried easily so I wanted to just have a separate thread just to address what the next big and shocking reveal might be and to hear what others think because I surely could be missing something even bigger than what I think. But thanks for that response, I think it was a very good well thought out response you posted.

Lets keep that going along those lines here.

Moles and informants everywhere is a good thought but I am not sure that is knock your socks off shocking and not something that is going to hit a lot of people real hard and probably something they suspect anyway, but sure, that is something that I think is going on for certain.

I am just thinking in terms of UTTER SHOCK AND REPULSION when we hear it because that is what Greenwald is painting it to be. AND THAT to me is something akin to it being something very private and sacred something very intrusive in to personal and very private space.

One very simple way to deactivate one of these cameras is to simply put a piece of masking tape over the damn thing. Or a bandaid or whatever else you want.

But how many people want to do that, or will remember.

We have one of those damn webcam cameras on top of our main computet monitor and i always point it at the wall when i sit there.

Yes there is absolute truth to the fact that the military and military industrial complex (the contractors who build the shit) have stuff about 10 to 20 years, sometimes more, before the civilian world hears about it. So if they are just now talking about it, it has likely been around inside military/intell community for at least a decade or more.

the corporations already do all that, why shouldn't the government. but yeah, something like the "Terrorist Credit Score" is VERY PROBABLE.

We are on the same page for sure, so we agree on all that. I think its a very good guess and I also agree it may be something we havent even thought or dreamed up yet. Fucking hell!
