A friend of mine innocently shared a re-shared link on his facebook wall(the typical Monsantos corportation blah blah photo meme), and out of morbid curiosity I clicked on the main facebook group and there was a number
of anti gay rants(Disney is illuminati because they strongly support gay rights!)

I notice this mostly with the white right-leaning conspiracy crowd(the conservative/Christian/gun nut/patriot/etc) and the black hip hop conspiracy crowd, but I see it elsewhere too. Wtf is this "gay agenda"?
Oh wait, Obama and the government/corporate media support gay rights, so therefore gay rights is some "evil nwo agenda"? The government and companies pimp out Martin Luther King, who the conspiracy crowd loves
(I think everyone, including myself uses MLK for their own ideas) yet noone is calling MLK bad. Hell war criminal LBJ signed into law civil rights, so even the worst criminals know the writing is on the wall for rights.

I'm awfully hardened to a lot of things in the world, but this one wanted me to take immediate action to somehow shut it down immediately. I'm almost afraid to follow up on the news and have no connections on the ground in Russia.

I've known many liberals who suggested the "homosexuality as natural population control" meme.

Divorcing reproduction from human sexuality and redirecting "family values" away from biological parentage and towards management by State and/or Corporate Complex is an alleged goal of the elites. Alleged mainly by rightist conservative typese.

Using all of the above (aside from allegedly using AIDS etc to cull the herd) would seem possible mechanisms for the PTB to use towards the aim of having fewer plebs with those remaining as fully-indoctrinated drones for their bidding.

I believe Huxley's Brave New World is often cited as an example of such dark futurism.

The media has somewhat been reporting it, but the sweeping anti gay shit I hear is getting out of hand. People being jailed for kissing, gay activists beaten and jailed. New harsh anti gay laws. I thought this was stuff only
Sharia law and right wing DC controlled African countries do? I personally see no difference between a Muslim or Arab being beaten and jailed by Russian authorities as I do gay people. When the staged as fuck "Russian Apartment" explosions happened, Russia went all out rounding up, harrassing and making life miserable for Muslims and Arab looking people in Russia and that was before the full on slaughter in Chechnya.
(yeah, I know its also far left/conspiracy beliefs that neocons are behind supporting Chechen rebels, and that may be, but still)

I think the homophobia in conspiracy culture ties in with the racism in conspiracy culture. It really kind of ties into a more all-encompassing term: xenophobia. This fear of the other, the unknown, outside their own narrow sphere of experience that fuels their bigotry also leads to embracing conspiracy without a need to examine plausibility with any amount of rigor. That's my quick take on it, anyway.
