Earlier this evening I told you about startling new revelations appearing to tie together the Russia probe with various of Donald Trump’s and Jared Kushner’s shenanigans in the Persian Gulf region. It’s stunning stuff but it’s complicated stuff. So check out the earlier post and the underlying articles from the Times and CNN to get the details. But no sooner did that happen than an attorney for Stormy Daniels posted a legal filing in which she asks a court to declare the “hush agreement” between her and Donald Trump and his lawyer, Michael Cohen, to be null and void.
But this rather sterile description doesn’t do justice to what is contained in the filing – which includes the original “hush agreement” itself and another related document. Suffice it to say, it focuses not so much on Stormy Daniels staying mum about a sexual relationship with Donald Trump but on “certain still images and/or text messages which were authored by or relate to” Donald Trump. Let’s put this baldly: Stormy appears to be saying she’s got or had sexts and maybe even “dick pics” from President Trump.
So with that, let’s get to the horrid details.
I have read the entire legal filing. I’m not a lawyer. But I think I can provide a basic description of what is contained in it. I will note or leave for others the legal points which are beyond my knowledge and experience.
First some backstory. According to the filing, after the Access Hollywood tape surfaced, Daniels tried to sell or publicize the story of her affair with Donald Trump (2006-07) and apparently the pictures or text messages or whatever else is described in the filing. Trump and Michael Cohen found out about it and made this deal to buy her silence and regain possession and intellectual property rights to the pictures or text messages.
According to Daniels, on February 27th of this year, Michael Cohen started an arbitration process in Los Angeles to try to stop Stormy Daniels from talking about her relationship with Donald Trump, which she says clearly in this filing was an “intimate relationship” during 2006 and 2007. The “hush agreement” which is dated October 28th, 2016 is included in the filing and it makes clear that disputes will be handled through confidential arbitration. So Cohen seemed to be seeking redress in that way, as set forth in the agreement.
First some side color: Donald Trump is referred to in the agreement by the pseudonym “David Dennison”. Stormy Daniels is “Peggy Peterson.” And yes, she’s referred to in the agreement by the initials “PP” because of course she is. Daniels also claims that Cohen made her sign a false denial of the affair in January of this year “through intimidation and coercive tactics.” Clearly Cohen has been very active on the Stormy beat for the last two months.
Back to our story.
Daniels says that the agreement is null and void and asks the court to find as such. She makes two legal arguments and what I would call one extra-legal argument. The first argument is that Donald Trump himself never signed the agreement – willfully, not through inattention – and thus there’s no agreement. I suspect this is not a terribly strong argument since news reports at least suggest that Daniels accepted the payment of $130,000. My sense is that in most cases if you sign an agreement and accept the consideration, i.e., the money, that’s an agreement whether or not the other person signs. And remember, Cohen signed on Trump’s behalf. So this argument doesn’t sound terribly strong.
Her further argument is that since Cohen publicly discussed the agreement that that voided the agreement. The agreement does make clear repeatedly that no one can discuss the existence of the agreement. Daniels says, in essence, that she doesn’t have to go to arbitration, notwithstanding the agreement’s stipulation to arbitration, because there’s actually no agreement.
I have no expertise to judge whether these are strong legal claims. The extra-legal argument is, I think, the key one. That is, Daniels is saying out loud for everyone one to hear: not only did I have sex with President Trump but I had compromising text messages and “certain still images” that Trump went to herculean lengths to keep secret. To use the vernacular, she’s pretty clearly suggesting she had “dick pics” from Trump or something very much like it. The legal filing is here. But I’ve marked up the key pages. Here are the references to what needs to be handed over to Trump and remain forever secret.
The agreement refers to these things Daniels has to turn over as the “Property” and at one point Trump, oddly enough, seems to be holding out for himself the opportunity to create “derivative works” based on his “still images” and texts with Stormy. But whatever, maybe it’s just boilerplate language.
It takes a while to get through all the verbiage. But the gist of almost all of it is that Daniels has to agree to absolutely turn over all this “property”, keep no copies, stipulate that no one else has copies, tell Trump and Cohen everyone who knows about the “property” and basically never talk about it until the end of time.
The penalties are pretty intense. The agreement contains what we might call an Austin Powers provision. If Daniels violates the agreement, not only does she have to pay back the $130,000 and whatever money she made from breaching the contract but pay Trump “the sum of One-Million Dollars” for each individual breach. The way the agreement is written just breaking the agreement once in the common sense meaning might amount to 10 or 100 or more individual breaches.
So there you have it. Daniels wants out of the agreement and claims it’s null and void. Whether it’s null and void or not she’s making sure the corpse of this agreement is dead and dismembered and lying somewhere in the gutter. Because she’s revealed the key details. So the cat is out of the bag. And one imagines that Cohen and President Trump will be hard pressed to enforce the agreement under current circumstances.

Cindy Jacobs, one of the “prophets” leading last month’s Turnaround conference at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., told attendees that her role as a prophet of God is to “change governments” like the prophets of the Old Testament. She told her fellow “generals” in spiritual warfare, “We are God’s enforcers in the Earth for His will to be done.”
Jacobs spoke during conference sessions on Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday morning on February 22-24. While in Washington, D.C., attendees prayed for God to clear the way for President Donald Trump to name four new Supreme Court justices who will overturn Roe v. Wade, and prayed for God to expose and remove Trump’s enemies in the federal government.
Jacobs wielded a gavel that she had bought at the Supreme Court gift shop on an earlier trip to Washington, saying that God had instructed her to “convene the court of heaven” about the Deep State:So father, in the name of Jesus, we do convene the court of heaven. … So Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we decree, and we say, Father God, great judge of the universe, see these injustices that are done against your people, people that are hiding in the CIA and the FBI, different ones in Congress, anyone surrounding the Supreme Court, anyone that might write an opinion, anyone that are clerks, anything, Father, Lord we pray over the executive branch, everyone who works there, everyone at every state level, all the judicial system, the Ninth Circuit, Father and these others, Lord, we decree Father, you are the great judge of the universe and we declare the court is in session.
When Jacobs’ husband Mike introduced her in one session, he said she was not there to speak pleasant words but to reveal the counsel of God, who he prayed would touch her lips. “Lord,” he prayed, “we don’t want to hear from a human, we want to hear from you.” During remarks in which she introduced a session of prayers against Trump’s enemies in the Deep State, she paused and made sounds and spoke asides suggesting that she was receiving the message directly from God:

Senior adviser at HUD spread conspiracy theory that Clinton campaign chairman was Satanist

(CNN)A senior adviser at the Department of Housing and Urban Development spread a false conspiracy theory that claimed Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign chairman took part in a Satanic ritual, a CNN KFile review of his tweets show.
John Gibbs is a former conservative commentator who initially joined the HUD as the director for Strong Cities and Strong Communities, a program aimed at spurring economic development at the local level.
In August of 2017, Gibbs, a political appointee, transitioned to the role of senior adviser, working in the office of the assistant secretary for community planning and development. In his current role, Gibbs is tasked with developing and implementing efforts aimed at increasing economic development programs for low-income people.
On Twitter, Gibbs made multiple references to a conspiracy theory started by far-right bloggers claiming Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta took part in a Satanic ritual. Tweets from Gibbs, archived on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, show him promoting the conspiracy four times between October 31 and November 5 of 2016, using the hashtag #SpiritCooking. The hashtag originated from an email of Podesta's released by WikiLeaks, which members of the far-right claimed, without evidence, that Podesta was involved in a Satanic ritual that involved bodily fluids.
The claim has repeatedly been debunked.
A spokesman for the department declined to comment, saying the agency doesn't weigh in on comments not made as a public official. Gibbs did not return a request for comment.
Gibbs' Twitter page is now set to private, which means the general public can't see his full history of tweets. Tweets archived on the Wayback Machine only offer a small window into his Twitter activity.
When radio host Wayne Dupree, who is known for spreading a conspiracy theory that the Sandy Hook school shooting was a hoax, tweeted that Clinton was losing black voters' support because her campaign manager took part in "Satanic #SpiritCooking," Gibbs quote tweeted him, writing, "True, true, and true. #Trump #SpiritCooking #BlackLivesMatter."
In another tweet, Gibbs targeted artist Marina Abramovic, whom bloggers claimed was part of the conspiracy, writing, "Marina Abramovic, woman at the center of #SpiritCooking scandal, has a Twitter handle that ends in 666. You can't make this stuff up."
In tweets from early 2016, Gibbs also blasted "cucks," a derogatory term used by the alt-right to insult establishment conservatives, and derided the Democratic Party for accepting Islam.
When far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos was facing backlash for comments he made endorsing sex between young boys and older men, Gibbs called the comment "indefensible," but added the controversy might "tame his ego a bit, and helps focus his outrageousness on leftists & cucks, not the good guys."
In another tweet from October 2016, Gibbs also defended Ricky Vaughn, an alt-right figure who often tweeted anti-Semitic sentiments, when Twitter banned Vaughn, an anonymous user, from the platform.
"#Twitter down big today because they banned Ricky? #FreeRicky," he wrote.
In a February 2016 tweet, Gibbs said the Democratic Party had become the party of "Islam, gender-bending, anti-police" and the party of people who accuse others of racism.

Jerome Corsi: Trump Personally Selected 8Chan For Leaking Intel About ‘The Storm’

Jerome Corsi, the Washington bureau chief for Alex Jones’ outlet Infowars, claims that President Trump personally ordered that high-level intelligence about a secret effort to undermine a global satanic pedophile ring be released on the 8Chan forum board.
In yesterday afternoon’s live-streamed conversation on a Discord server, Corsi took a moment to explain the chronology of his time researching the cryptic postings of an anonymous 8Chan user known only as “Q, ” who Corsi and his rat pack of amateur sleuths believe is undoubtedly a high-ranking member of the Trump administration, if not Trump himself. Corsi said around the time he was finishing up writing his latest book last year, he was invited to a lunch by a person who wanted to “recruit me and get me interested in following this.”
During that lunch, Corsi claims he was told that President Trump had directed the release of the supposedly high-level information to the 8Chan forum board.
“The lunch was to recruit me to get me interested in following this—that this was a real phenomenon, that this was the first time this level of intelligence had been shared with the public and that the format was—you know, the 8Chan—was exactly kind of the deep way to share it with the ‘anons’ and it had been chosen by Trump as the way this message was going to get out,” Corsi said.
“That’s when I did the first decodes,” Corsi added.
According to Corsi, some of the messages Trump supposedly ordered to be posted online include claims that Rep. Adam Schiff is being blackmailed over alleged involvement in pedophilia and promises that when the Trump administration finally dismantles an alleged massive satanic pedophile ring, films will be released showing “global elites” butchering children.

Over the past few months, the radical anti-choice group Operation Rescue has fallen farther and farther down the rabbit hole of “The Storm,” a far-ranging right-wing conspiracy theory centered on an anonymous 8chan poster known as QAnon, who adherents believe is a high-ranking Trump administration official dropping clues to future administration actions.
On Tuesday, Operation Rescue vice president Cheryl Sullenger posted an article on the group’s website headlined “Blockbuster Intel Drop Reveals Trump is Trying to ‘End’ Planned Parenthood – Twitter Attempts Censorship” in which she claims that a cryptic message from QAnon is a message from a “small group of insiders” close to the president that the administration is working to take down Planned Parenthood:It’s been called the highest level of intelligence to ever be dropped publicly in our known history. The source? A small group of insiders close to President Donald J. Trump that have chosen to reveal this unprecedented intelligence on an obscure message board under the mysterious initial “Q.”
Over the weekend, Q, also known as Qanon, turned its attention once again to Planned Parenthood.
She cites a March 10 QAnon post referencing congressional investigations into Planned Parenthood that said “We are working to END. EVIL. Not as it appears”:This information that the Trump administration is working to “END” Planned Parenthood is welcome news to pro-life activists who have wondered if there would ever be prosecutions of Planned Parenthood over their illegal profit-taking from the remains of aborted babies.
But the news comes with a grim warning. “Not as it appears.”
Could it be that the investigation into Planned Parenthood stumbled upon something bigger than just the callous illegal trade in human remains?

There is more than meets the eye to Planned Parenthood and their connections to highly placed individuals who are seemingly steeped in political corruption.
As Q put it, Planned Parenthood is “Not as it appears.”
But how do we know the Qanon intelligence is real? Remarkably, the Q posts have been repeatedly confirmed by breaking news headlines, and even by President Trump himself through the repeating of Q language in Twitter and in his speeches. Only someone near the President would have foreknowledge of his tweets and speech texts.
“How many coincidences before it becomes mathematically impossible?” Q has asked.
If Q’s March 10 Planned Parenthood post is indeed correct, we should be grateful for the Trump administration’s historic efforts to shut Planned Parenthood’s corrupt enterprise down. Perhaps the Department of Justice investigation into Planned Parenthood’s alleged crimes, launched by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is about to bear fruit.
Considering the depths of evil that has compelled Planned Parenthood to brutally kill millions of human babies in the most barbaric of ways – and the influence they have had on other human rights abusers throughout their hundred-year history – the end of Planned Parenthood cannot come soon enough.
Sullenger also claims that Twitter tried to censor her messages about Planned Parenthood, saying she had trouble posting articles on the site.

Sessions fires ex-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe days before retirement

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he has fired former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, a longtime and frequent target of President Donald Trump’s anger, just two days before his scheduled retirement date.
The move, which had been expected, was made on the recommendation of FBI disciplinary officials. It comes ahead of an inspector general report expected to conclude that McCabe was not forthcoming with the watchdog office as it reviewed the bureau’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
Though McCabe had spent more than 20 years as a career FBI official, Trump repeatedly condemned him over the last year as emblematic of an FBI leadership he contends is biased against his administration.
