Sessions says DOJ will investigate alleged FISA abuses

02/27/18 03:35 PM EST

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Tuesday that the Justice Department will investigate potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

"Yes, it will be investigated," Sessions told reporters at the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which oversees FISA warrants, according to the Washington Examiner.

He said looking into any abuses is the "appropriate thing" to do.

Sessions's remarks follow allegations from President Trump last year that Obama administration officials misused their FISA authority to wrongly surveil members of his transition team.

It is not clear if Sessions has opened a formal investigation into the matter, but he said the Justice Department's inspector general would take it up.

Sessions similarly said on Fox News on Sunday that his department would look into the process for obtaining warrants under FISA.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said at a press briefing on Tuesday it is the Justice Department's responsibility to investigate claims of FISA abuses and that the White House would support the probe.

"I think that’s the role of the Department of Justice, and we’re glad that they’re fulfilling that job," she said.

Trump has publicly pressed Sessions to open up an investigation into potential abuses of the program, which allows U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies to obtain secret surveillance orders on individuals in the U.S. suspected of being foreign terrorists or spies.

The president claimed last year that the Obama administration improperly wiretapped members of his presidential campaign and transition team, though the White House has not provided any evidence to support that claim.

Allegations of FISA abuses surfaced again last month, when Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee released a controversial memo alleging that FBI and Justice Department officials misused their authority to obtain a surveillance order on Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser.

The committee released a Democrat-authored memo on Saturday countering the claims in the GOP document.

‘Prophet’ Kat Kerr Says God Has Already Told Her The Results Of The Next Five Presidential Elections

By Kyle Mantyla | February 23, 2018 1:24 pm

The Elijah List’s Steve Shultz sat down recently with “prophetess” Kat Kerr, who claimed that months before the 2016 election, God brought her up to heaven and told her that Donald Trump would be elected president.

“Even before Trump ran,” Kerr said, “God had been telling me that, ‘I’m going to make America greater than ever, it’s about to step into its destiny, but I can’t start this until I shift the government and there will be a president in the White House one day that will extend their hand to the believers.'”

“He caught me up to heaven, literally, months and months and months before,” Kerr continued, “and He said, ‘I’ve chosen Trump and people won’t like it and they won’t understand it but that doesn’t matter right now because I’m going to change America and I need him. He’s an all-American boy that is all for America, and he is smart, he can’t be bought, he can’t be moved, and he cannot be controlled.’ And He said, ‘He will know me and he will hear my voice.'”

“You better step back, because this is God’s time,” Kerr warned those who oppose Trump, adding that God told her that not only will Trump win reelection in 2020, but that Vice President Mike Pence will then be elected to two terms as president, as will whomever Pence chooses as his vice president.

“The Father is saying this,” she said. “For 24 years, we will have God in that White House.”

It's in the air. Dump and his fucking family could indeed be in power for a long fucking time.

Xi whiz! Trump is a beacon of hope to world's emerging dictators | Will Bunch

Donald Trump is reportedly falling in love again. No, not like that! Rather, the website Axios reported this week that the American president “loves” the approach that some of the world’s dictators and despots — including Philippines’ semi-mad strongman Rodrigo Duterte (a Trump personal favorite) as well as China and the surprisingly authoritarian city-state of Singapore — take to their drug dealers. They kill them.

“According to five sources who’ve spoken with Trump about the subject,” reported Axios, “he often leaps into a passionate speech about how drug dealers are as bad as serial killers and should all get the death penalty. Trump tells confidants a softer approach to drug reform — the kind where you show sympathy to the offenders and give them more lenient sentences — will never work.”

We’ll put aside for another day the long — and remarkably well-documented — argument that America’s mass-incarceration-backed “war on drugs” has been an utter failure and that the real solutions lie largely in better treatment. Trump’s comments here are particularly alarming because they show — yet again, but even more dramatically this time — that America’s 45th president has a raw contempt for democratic norms and the basic tenets of justice that would shock and appall the 43 men (Cleveland, twice) who came before him.

As long as it’s not a leftist with oil wells, like Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro, you’d be hard-pressed to find a tinhorn dictator or dangerous strongman anywhere in the world that Trump doesn’t admire. The list includes not only Duterte, whose violent extra-judicial crackdown has killed at least 7,000 supposed drug dealers, including some that the wannabe-dictator says he’s offed personally, but also Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who’s jailed at least 113,000 various political opponents and journalists in recent years, with whom Trump has “a great friendship” and “gives “very high marks” and Hungary’s rising authoritarian Viktor Orban — the first European leader to endorse Trump in 2016.

You may have heard somewhere about The Donald’s affinity for Russia’s polonium-210-wielding Vladimir Putin. He even seems to regret his missed connections with North Korea’s barbarous Kim Jong-Un, with whom Trump has said he “probably” has “a very good relationship,” when they’re not threatening nuclear annihilation of each other.

It’s easy to laugh about Trump’s fondness for the various Mussolinis and Mussolini-lites of the 21st Century, but there are serious implications, in a world where authoritarianism and nationalistic propaganda — and the military buildups and international tensions that come with them — are shockingly on the rise.

The scariest news yet — which made the front page of the New York Times but nary a dent on cable TV as it chased the latest insane Trump comments — came this week out of China. A benign way to spin it is that the world’s largest nation — and dictatorship — with 1.2 billion people just abolished presidential term limits. More realistically, the news means that Chinese president Xi Jinping — whose government has embraced political repression with the same zeal as rapacious state capitalism — is teeing himself to become a dictator for life.

As the Times noted earlier this week, Xi’s stunning power grab “was the latest and arguably most significant sign of the world’s decisive tilt toward authoritarian governance, often built on the highly personalized exercise of power.” That’s a nice way of saying that the world is entering another not-so-golden age of despots just like the one that our grandfathers and great-grandfathers experienced in the 1930s, the decade after a worldwide financial crisis. (Sound familiar?) As you may have heard, that era did not end particularly well.

This wasn’t supposed to happen again. More of you probably remember 1989 — the fall of the Berlin Wall and the so-called Iron Curtain around Eastern Europe — and the years that immediately followed, when the seeming victory of liberal democracy was hailed by some pundits as “the end of history” and even lauded in a popular song with the optimistic chorus that “right here, right now there is no other place I’d rather be … watching the world wake up to history.”

Then the world went back to sleep. Liberal democracy came with a brand of ruthless capitalism that heavily favored the Top 1 Percent and laid waste to a large swath of the middle class in the name of “free trade” and “outsourcing,” raising mass resentments that too many despots-in-training were all too eager to exploit, often with racism and xenophobia. And a new era of communication on the World Wide Web was a game changer (much like radio had been in the 1930s) that rewarded rulers who knew when to apply the stick of censorship and when to fool the masses with carrots of “fake news” produced in their troll farms. In hindsight, the joyous toppling of the wall in Berlin may not have been as pivotal to the future of humankind as China’s murderous repression in and around Tiananmen Square. Just 29 short years later, the Human Rights Foundation reports that more than half the world — 53 percent — is governed by authoritarians.

Xi’s consolidation of dictatorial powers makes a mockery of the once-popular idea that the opening up of China’s economy would lead to unstoppable pressure for free speech and other civil liberties. To the contrary, Xi’s government has only stepped up censorship of the Internet and repression of political dissidents as the 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen slaughter approaches. And like every dictatorship before them, the ruthless totalitarianism of the regime in Beijing has brought increased militarism and heightened tensions with its Asian neighbors, many of whom are linked through mutual defense treaties with the United States. The nationalistic lessons absorbed by Xi’s generation could have dire consequences for a planet that has successfully avoided World War III for the last 73 years. .

You know who applauded the Chinese crackdown at Tiananmen? Donald Trump, who in 1990 told Playboy (!) that “[w]hen the students poured into Tiananmen Square, the Chinese government almost blew it, then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength.” Although he felt pressure to backpedal a bit from that as a 2016 candidate, Trump’s beliefs in power and strength — and his contempt for basic concepts of human rights — have been a hallmark of his presidency. In his past life as a real estate developer, after all, he not only embraced an autocratic style of C-suite management but had some of his bigger business successes dealing with the despots in Turkey or the Philippines whom he now praises as POTUS.

It’s not just that Trump and his State Department have explicitly dropped human rights as a U.S. foreign policy objective — although that’s also important. What’s worse is that Trump has been something of an inspiration to the world’s dictators and growing list of wannabes, who’ve learned to echo his cries of “fake news” or to brand a free press as “enemies of the … people,” or admire his increasing disrespect for an independent judicial system. The American president and our current moral vacuum have created a hothouse environment for the world’s budding dictators to flourish.

It’s no accident that China’s Xi made his dictator move now, with the knowledge that neither Trump nor his increasingly distanced democratic allies will do or even say anything to stop him. “Thirty years ago, with what Xi did, with what Erdogan has done, there would have been an outpouring of international concern: ‘You’re getting off the path,’ and so on,” former U.S. ambassador to Moscow Michael McFaul told the Times. “Nobody is making that argument today, certainly not Trump.”

That’s fueling a vicious cycle that may spin out of control before we can get a handle on it. The downward spiral of dictator envy now has Trump and the Pentagon planning a military parade for this coming Veterans Day, the kind of chest-thumping procession that once seemed a much better fit for the boulevards of Pyongyang than for Pennsylvania Avenue. That worries me, but not as much as the fear of what happens when Beijing, Pyongyang, Moscow or Washington start parading their shiny armies toward each other.

USA Today Turns To Conspiracy Theorist Jerome Corsi To Advocate Arming Teachers

By Jared Holt | February 28, 2018 10:54 am

Image

USA Today published an op-ed in favor of arming teachers today, and apparently, the best person they could get to take that stance was Jerome Corsi, the crackpot conspiracy theorist who works as a “journalist” for Infowars. USA Today presented Corsi as a legitimate “investigative reporter” with no mentions of his role spreading conspiracy theories, from the “Swift Boat” attacks on John Kerry to racist birther allegations about Barack Obama to his recent forays into the pedophilia-obsessed “Storm” conspiracy theories.

Today’s edition of USA Today included a column by Corsi titled “Arm qualified, willing teachers and staff,” in which Corsi argues that allowing teachers to bring concealed weapons into classrooms is a solution to school shootings. This is how USA Today identified Corsi at the end of the column:

Investigative journalist Jerome R. Corsi is author of Killing the Deep State: The Fight to Save President Trump.

What this short bio of Corsi conveniently omits, however, is Corsi’s employment with an outlet poised to be banned from YouTube after smearing Parkland shooting survivors as “crisis actors” and which achieved national infamy for conspiracy theories surrounding the mass shooting at Sandy Hook elementary school. USA Today also fails to mention Corsi’s extensive history of making insane claims as a “journalist” with no proof whatsoever. Like his employer, Corsi has received a personal suspension from live streaming on YouTube and is one strike away from being banned for his reckless creation and promotion of conspiracy theories.

In 2004, Corsi wrote a book promoting unfounded “Swift Boat” claims that John Kerry had lied about his military service. As a “reporter” for the conspiracy theory outlet WorldNetDaily, Corsi later became a chief proponent of the “birther” conspiracy theory about Barack Obama, culminating in the publication of his book “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”

Since then, if it is even possible, Corsi has gone even further off the rails. In recent months, Corsi has been one of the most prominent purveyors of the “QAnon” conspiracy theory that alleges that a Trump administration official—or perhaps the president himself—is posting cryptic messages on 4Chan and 8Chan forum boards that reveal that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling is actually a cover for a massive crackdown on satanic pedophile rings. Corsi spends literally hours every day on a YouTube live stream with fellow “investigators” to muse about what the random postings could mean. He’s doing this, unsurprisingly, on behalf of Infowars

Some of Corsi’s recent work as an “investigative journalist” includes:

An unfounded claim that former Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia “was involved in pedophilia” and was murdered by a 13-year-old boy

Baseless speculation Barack and Michelle Obama’s recently unveiled paintings contained secret symbols of “the pedophilia they’re engaging in.”

The assertion that a plane crash in Russia that killed 71 people was a “CIA hit” to cover up the Uranium One scandal.

The claim that the crash of a train that was carrying Republican members of Congress was a “false flag terror attack.”

A suggestion that Rep. Adam Schiff is being blackmailed for involvement in pedophilia.

Promises that when the Trump administration finally unveils its supposed work taking down satanic pedophile rings, that we’ll see films of “global elites” butchering children.

And of course, the objectively insane claim that a blurry photo of an ink pen is irrefutable proof that “QAnon” is an authentic source in the Trump administration.

Update: USA Today has updated Corsi’s column online to include that he is the Washington Bureau chief of Infowars.

NRA Board Member Ted Nugent Discusses Parkland Shooting With Crackpot Conspiracy Theorist Sheila Zilinsky

By Kyle Mantyla | February 28, 2018 11:08 am

Sheila Zilinsky is a radical right-wing commentator and rabid conspiracy theorist who hosts a podcast called “The Weekend Vigilante,” where she regularly interviews equally unhinged guests. Past guests on hers podcast have asserted that the Illuminati is using a special frequency to change people’s DNA in order to make them hate President Trump, alleged that if elected president, Hillary Clinton would have legalized pedophilia and started a world war to eliminate 90 percent of humanity, insisted that most members of Congress are involved in pedophilia, claimed that First Lady Melania Trump ordered the White House to be “completely exorcised” before she moved in, and warned that Barack Obama is building a private army that will assassinate government leaders and return him to power.

Zilinksy herself has claimed that the NFL is conditioning Americans to be imprisoned in FEMA camps that will be housed in football stadiums and claimed that last year’s mass shooting at a concert in Las Vegas was a pagan Illuminati “blood sacrifice ritual.”

Given that Zilinsky’s podcast is a repository of radical right-wing views and insane conspiracy theorists, it was probably only a matter of time before Ted Nugent showed up on her program, as he did last week, where he readily agreed with Zilinsky’s incoherent rant against the debate over the Second Amendment in the wake of the recent mass shooting at a Florida high school.

“This Caligula-level craziness thermometer couldn’t go any higher,” Zilinsky said. “Lying, fake news, dirt bag, zombie, American-hating media, just the mindless minions are soullessly grazing in the vapor chemtrail of evil … And who sticks his head out, Ted? Well, former weasel-in-chief Barack Obama, the deep state ringleader, pops his head out on social media to make demands after this recent mass shooting in Florida. Can you spell sheep’s knees genuflecting at the Saul Alinsky altar?”

“As painful as it is to see the fake news and the orchestrated, manipulated lying media,” Nugent replied, “it tests the soul every day because you know they are lying. When you listen to the Democrats and listen to what they speak, just listen and watch Nancy Pelosi try to form a syllable, watch Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein and Maxine Waters struggle to deliver a coherent sentence.”

Nugent, after going on to to attack Pelosi as “treasonous” and a “freak,” said that he is a firm supporter of the First Amendment’s freedom of speech for his political enemies because they are so “stupid” that their arguments only make Americans see that Nugent’s views are obviously correct.

“I am so happy when I watch Nancy Pelosi struggle to form a sentence,” he said, “because if you and I could go and sit in the lap of God and say, ‘God, could you please create a really strange being, create a really offensive person that really offends good people of honesty and integrity and logic, create a really nasty person to counter what I believe in?’ God has already done that … If Nancy Pelosi is squawking and she is furrowing her brow and she is talking like the Wicked Witch of the West, when they talk like that, that has more impact supporting what we believe in—truth, logic, and common sense, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, self-evident truth—when the left speaks, it actually buoys our stand even better than we can.”

“I really, really am happy that the other side is so stupid that they don’t see when they open their mouth that they offend good families everywhere,” Nugent added. “I never want to muzzle the enemy, I want them to speak because they represent such rot, such anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-Constitution, anti-we-the-people vile that I want them to spew it at every opportunity because the backfire manifested itself in November of 2016 and we the people have had enough of the status-quo, entrenched political gang out there and Donald Trump came riding in on one pissed-off stallion, whipping a status-quo-crushing crowbar that was right out of the Ted Nugent school of we the people.”

Jim Bakker Says The Death Of Billy Graham Is A Sign The End Times Have Begun

By Kyle Mantyla | March 1, 2018 10:10 am

On his program yesterday, End Times prepper televangelist Jim Bakker declared that the death of pastor Billy Graham is a prophetic sign that the End Times have now begun.

“I mourn for him because I believe [it’s] the end of an era, and not only the end of an era but perhaps the beginning of the Last Days,” Bakker said. “This is what many prophets have told me before this day; they said when Billy Graham dies, it’s going to signal the beginning [of the End Times].”

Bakker claimed that just as the name Methuselah in the Bible meant “his death will bring judgment” and that his death was a prophetic sign of the coming of the Flood, the meaning of the name William is “determined protector” and Graham’s death likewise holds prophetic significance.

“Billy Graham means ‘determined protector,” Bakker said. “I believe with all my heart that the death of Billy Graham was going to signal … the beginning of the Judgment Days. The Last Days are coming.”

Prophets Gather At Trump’s Washington Hotel To Unleash Angel Armies On His Deep State Enemies

By Peter Montgomery | March 1, 2018 12:56 pm

A new era in American and human history began at the end of last week, according to self-described apostles and prophets who gathered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C.

“There’s never been anything on planet Earth like what’s about to happen,” said host Dutch Sheets at Thursday evening’s opening session, predicting worldwide spiritual revival as well as political and spiritual transformation of the United States as a result of the event and the prayers that preceded it. The death of Billy Graham, whose body rested in the U.S. Capitol during the conference, was described as confirmation of the spiritual significance of the gathering, with Graham’s anointing being placed on a new generation of spiritual warriors.

Joining Sheets at the conference—called “The Turnaround: An Appeal to Heaven”—were Chuck Pierce, Cindy Jacobs, Lou Engle and other leaders of the “intercessory prayer” movement, along with 1,300 attendees who filled the Trump hotel’s presidential ballroom to capacity for hours of music, prayer, speaking in tongues, and prophetic decrees. Many of the conference leaders have been working together and supporting one another’s ministries for decades, and they joked and teased each other on stage. But they were utterly serious about their mission in Washington, D.C.

These prayer warriors see themselves as generals in the spiritual warfare that is constantly taking place between the forces of good and evil. From their perspective, the forces of evil in Washington, D.C., include Supreme Court justices who uphold Roe v. Wade and make other “unrighteous” rulings, along with anyone who tries to get in the way of Donald Trump fulfilling his divine mission to bring America into alignment with God, especially those in the “Deep State.”

In announcing the conference last fall, Sheets said he had never seen such intense spiritual warfare over the nation, saying the battle was not about Trump but about “whether the devastation caused by 50 years of anti-Christian activity will be reversed or, God forbid, continue.” He said then, “The antichrist forces are almost rabid in their anger over the potential loss of progress.” Turnaround attendees were in D.C. to be Trump’s spiritual reinforcements.

Sheets and his “Appeal to Heaven” movement had told Christians that the election of Obama was “one of the most devastating occurrences in America in our lifetime” and Sheets warned that the election of Hillary Clinton would finish the job, and “America as we have known it may then be gone forever.” After the 2016 election, Sheets said Trump’s victory was a miracle and a sign of God’s mercy on America. “I think the church just woke up,” he said.

Now, according to conference leaders, it’s time for the church to move from pleading with God to ruling with him—and with Trump, who one speaker described as “the father of this nation.” A speaker from Northern Ireland, Rose Sambrook of Rhema Restoration Ministries, proudly claimed Trump as one of her own. “Your president is a Celt,” she said. “That’s why he’s wild!” She said Trump has the “seeds of revival” in his DNA because his great aunts prayed for five months for revival to come to the island of Lewis decades ago.

The crowd cheered wildly for Trump’s announcement that the U.S. would recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move its embassy there. Chris Mitchell, Jerusalem Bureau Chief for the Christian Broadcasting Network, presented Sheets with a large key representing Jerusalem (keys had major symbolic importance at the conference). Mitchell offered prayers of thanks for Trump, saying his move was “history-making” and “prophecy making.” In a reference to pre-election declarations that Trump would be used by God as a modern-day version of the biblical King Cyrus, Mitchell added, “It’s what King Cyrus did so many centuries and decades ago.”

Trump was also praised for his nomination of Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. The courts were a major reason that the apostles and prophets had tried to prevent Barack Obama’s election and re-election, and why they, like other conservative Christian leaders, worked hard to help Trump defeat Hillary Clinton. Lou Engle, who has prayed for God to sweep the federal judiciary of judges who support abortion rights, said he believes prophetic words he has heard that Neil Gorsuch is just the first of five Supreme Court justices that God will allow Trump to put on the court. A series of prayer leaders called for the realignment or removal of Supreme Court justices who are not aligned with God’s purposes—Sonia Sotomayor was mentioned by name—the prayer warriors also decreed that members of the Senate, especially the Judiciary Committee, would be realigned or removed

Alex Jones Says YouTube Is Threatening His Account Because He’s Combating Pedophiles

By Jared Holt | March 1, 2018 4:31 pm

In a desperate fundraising pitch, Infowars host Alex Jones claimed that the forces behind YouTube’s recent efforts to remove conspiracy theories and extremist content from its website had targeted Infowars because Jones had taken down “over 30” pedophiles.

Today, the Infowars staff launched a 34-hour special edition fundraising broadcast in reaction to the fact that their daily broadcast is one community guideline strike away from being banned from YouTube. Infowars Washington bureau chief Jerome Corsi, who has spent the last couple of months of his life trying to decode cryptic messages he believes a Trump administration official is posting to an 8Chan forum board and accusing people of being pedophiles, just had his account terminated this afternoon.

Jones said that he has never borrowed money to spend on Infowars, but that today he would “call some of the folks that have offered a lot of money” and tell them that “this is about all of us” and that he needed “a lot of money.”

He said he would tell those donors, “I need you to understand. Unless you want to evacuate the U.S., I need everything you can give us. You can come and see what we’re doing with the money. I want to get aggressive.”

Jones went on to claim that he has “an army of licensed former military people ready” to work as private investigators and “other forces who are ready to go” that will work for free. Jones proceeded to say that he had groups of people working on his behalf who have “busted over 30 pedophiles killing children who were being held as slaves.”

“That’s why they’re pissed at me,” he said, referring to YouTube, “is because we’re really putting our money where our mouth is.”

Liz Crokin Predicts That Pedogate Conspiracy Theorists Will Be Vindicated Before Trump Leaves Office

By Kyle Mantyla | March 1, 2018 1:51 pm

Last night, right-wing “journalist” and crackpot conspiracy theorist Liz Crokin appeared on a livestream where she predicted that all of those who have peddled wild conspiracy theories alleging that thousands of high-level political, business and entertainment figures are involved in cannibalistic satanic pedophilia will be fully vindicated before President Trump leaves office.

While appearing on a Through The Black livestream, Crokin said that the recent efforts by social media platforms like YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to crack down on the people who use the sites to spread conspiracy theories and toxic rhetoric is a desperate attempt by Satan to silence those who are bravely telling the truth about the evil being perpetrated.

“Thank God we have a president who understands what is going on,” she said. “He is dismantling the deep state and one of his top priorities is to end sex trafficking. So, you know, Satan has been cornered; they’re in a corner and what does a rabid animal do when it’s cornered? It just lashes out. They’re gasping for their last breaths of air, they’re so desperate, all their narratives are falling apart, like the Florida shooting, it was such a blatant false flag to the point where it is just ridiculous. They’re so desperate that they’re just doing anything they can to try to win this battle because they’re losing so bad and they know it.”

“We will all be vindicated, I know it,” she added. “Very soon. Definitely within our lifetimes, but very soon, before President Trump’s presidency is over. We are living in biblical times, we are living in a time where God is exposing all evil.”

Crokin confidently predicted that “all of this stuff is going to be exposed and we’ll all going to be vindicated” and that all of the people who mocked them are going to be totally humiliated when the truth finally comes out that Hillary Clinton is “involved in the rape, trafficking, and torture of children.”

“What are they going to do when they find out that they have been so brainwashed and fooled?” she said. “And how humiliating for these people, they are going to be mortified that they were so fooled and they were so dumb and they were so naive.”

Paul McGuire Warns Christians Who Oppose Trump Will Not Get Into Heaven

By Kyle Mantyla | March 2, 2018 2:26 pm

Paul McGuire and Troy Anderson, authors of the book, “Trumpocalypse: The End-Times President, a Battle Against the Globalist Elite, and the Countdown to Armageddon,” appeared on the podcast hosted by radical right-wing commentator and crackpot conspiracy theorist Sheila Zilinsky yesterday, where McGuire warned that Christians who don’t support President Trump will not get into heaven due to their cowardice.

“We strongly believe that God has a plan for America in the Last Days,” McGuire said. “We believe that Trump won miraculously. He took on the invisible government that controls America and they didn’t expect it and he won. And ever since he won, and even before he won, he has been attacked 24/7 like no other president in American history, basically he has been attacked like no other world leader in human history.”

McGuire said that it is “obvious to people that are in the highest levels of witchcraft or Luciferianism and the deep state [and] it’s obvious to the occult globalist elite” that Trump represents a dire “threat to their plan for a global government and a global economy and a new world order,” which is why “all hell is targeted against him.”

“I’m kind of perplexed how Christians can’t get it,” he added. “If everyone who, in many cases, openly hate the Gospel, openly hate Christ, if they’re all in alliance to tear down a man … [who is] a spiritual threat to the Kingdom of Darkness, what’s the problem with God’s people in not recognizing that God is using Donald Trump?”

McGuire went on to assert that “God gave us Donald Trump as a representation of a divine delay in judgment and a reprieve” and that it is now up to Christians to boldly take advantage of the opportunity that God has given this nation, warning that “one of the greatest sins in the Bible … is the sin of cowardice.”

“The book of Revelation lists all these sins that could potentially keep people out of heaven,” he said, “but the number one sin in that list of sins in the book of Revelation is cowardice. Now, what part of being a coward do God’s people not know? Cowardice, when there is wrong being done and the satanic forces of evil—let’s talk about human sex trafficking, OK? This is a global business that the elite are running, selling the bodies of little boys and little girls and then torturing them for pleasure … Do you think God is pleased with his people standing idly by and doing basically nothing about it?”

“Right now, God has given us a divine opportunity,” McGuire proclaimed. “The Lord is calling each believer in Jesus Christ, every man and woman who is born again, the Holy Spirit is calling those people now … to do what Christ demands that we do and not surrender our nation over to the forces of evil, but to occupy, in faith, the land that God has given us. And if we do this, this is why God gave us Trump—the guy should have never been elected, according to worldly standards, but he has become a champion for God’s people and God’s people need to get smarter.”

Blessed then is the thief, swindler, covetous adulterer, false witness, and exemplar of all seven deadly sins. Verily, he is the champion of God's people.

White House Suicide
Loren Coleman / Saturday, March 03, 2018
. . .

Was Suicide Predicted?

Did the mysterious Twitter poster QAnon (@qanon76) predict the suicide?

In late October, just days before a different InfoWars-inflated conspiracy—about anti-fascist protesters plotting a civil war—was about to fizzle, a user identified as Q on the imageboard website 4chan started posting vague, portentous messages related to an approaching “storm.” The user claimed to be a high-level government operative, and the folks on /pol/, a subsection of 4chan with a history of spreading fake news, took notice—with some even believing it was President Donald Trump himself who was posting the messages on 4chan and on a similar website, 8chan.
Today, #Qanon (meaning Q, anonymous), also known as #TheStorm, is the web's fastest-spreading and most pervasive right-wing conspiracy theory....Here’s what you need to know about the biggest fake news story of 2018. See the rest, by Michael Edison Hayden, "How 'The Storm' Became The Biggest Fake News Story of 2018," Newsweek, February 1, 2018.

On February 9, 2018, a Friday, the QAnon posted a cryptic note about a [Suicide Weekend]. The predicted time period appears to align with the Saturday, March 3, 2018, suicide.

Suicide 2015

The Washington D.C.'s U.S. Capitol reported on Saturday, April 11, 2015, at about 1:07, that Leo P. Thornton, 22, of Lincolnwood, Illinois, shot himself on the Capitol grounds and died. The suicide was a protest, and the Capitol Police would only say that the sign Thornton held pertained to "social justice."

The site The Right Scoop noted Thornton was displaying a "Tax the One Percent" sign.

I've never really been one much for pointing the finger at 'men of god', such as they are.

While people may choose their leaders after a fashion, more often leaders are imposed on them and use violence to stay in power.

On the other hand, people choose their religious leaders willingly, keep them willingly, though they may dispose of them at any time. If they disappeared, others would arise in their place. Hallelujah! Praise god!?

Each is a reflection of the other.

It's not original sin, but it's right up there.
