New moderator — Elvis

I don't know if an announcement is necessary, since moderators are listed at the top of the page of each thread. But for anyone who wants to know, following SRP's resignation, I've been appointed moderator to assist 82_28.
My philosophy: Jeff set the tone for discourse and moderation on RI, and his even-keeled approach is a big part of what has made this a great forum. It's an example we can all follow.
