Did Obama really wear that?? No Photoshop?? \<]

And yes, us Finns are positively barmy. :rofl2

Also, I'd be interested to know exactly which of AOC's policies have been formulated under the sway of fascistic ideology... I mean, how exactly is this ominous shirt supposed to have influenced actual policy and messaging?

It was photoshopped, as far as I can tell. I just thought it was amusing to present in this context.

Whatever it is, it is non-fascist.

Remembering the furor raised by our führer’s wife a few months before, one can be pretty certain that the key representative for an newly elected & out-spoken politician would be well aware of his own fashion statement (whatever statement it was he meant to convey) in a video-taped interview.

The symbolism is obviously militant adherence to your cause, even in the face of those who want you to wear Ghandi t-shirts instead.

I am a bit concerned about the "willing to meet with Trump and shake hands with Henry Kissinger" aspect of that dude's symbolic wardrobe choices, though.

Bose was featured on the stamps in India from 1964, 1993, 1997, 2001, 2016 and 2018.

This whole t-shirt discussion is ridiculous IMO.

Shaming someone for her associate's choice of t-shirt is exactly the level of political discourse of our corporate media.

As well as the general public.

Just like some would like to punch a Nazi, I dislike fascists. Doesn't mean I want to punch them, I don't. I believe in free speech. Chakrabarti can wear Sponge Bob or Cult of the Dead Cow t-shirts. Go for it! Doesn't mean I have to like him, the shirt or approve of his choices. He works for a publicly elected member of Congress. Chakrabarti isn't flipping burgers.

AOC's chief of staff spoon feds her talking points. You can tell when she goes of the rails and starts making some really silly statements and asks absurd questions. So yeah, the dude is a pretty important "associate." Remove him or other "associates" from the picture for a month and see how she does on her own. Do you actually think AOC wrote the Green New Deal manifesto?

Man, you're going out of your way to piss on AOC. First she's terrible because one of her associates wears the wrong t-shirts, then she's incapable of talking coherently unless there's a man feeding her talking points.
