BS, I wish you or someone would finally do a step-by-step on how you do that image capture and upload from Twitter. Whether or not, thanks.
Here's what I do (using a Windows-based OS):
1. generate a 'print screen' of the page/site/tweet I'm currently viewing on my screen (displaying the content of interest in full, of course).
2. Paste the 'print screen' in MS Paint (comes with every version of Windows), though you can use any other photo editor for this.
3. Use the "select" tool to cut out the tweets (and exclude any other non-pertinent stuff from the screen capture) -- you may need to first 'zoom out' your view in Paint to ensure you cut/crop the entire tweet of interest.
4. Save the resultant cropped version to your local drive as a jpg
5. When responding to a post in RI, scroll down below the 'text window'; you'll see a tab called, "Upload Attachment", as shown below.
6. Next to "Filename:", select the "Browse..." button, which will then allow you to navigate to the directory where you placed your saved jpg on your computer.
7. Click, "Add the file".
8. I believe there's a limit of 3 uploads per posting.
(others may have a less burdensome method for doing this. I don't always have time to go through this process, but it typically takes me about 3 minutes or so)
