Yoo seen avoiding answering simple questions regarding how his interpretation of torture was implemented. I would be curious to know who is sitting behind him helping him out

The congressional record of that testimony and questioning does not mention anything about him stopping to have someone whisper in his ear - it just gives Yoo's stated answers.
