For German readers here: I have done the inauguration chart for Olaf Scholz, using 8 December 2021, 12 o'clock at midday. According to this chart, he will have problems in economical, financial and institutional affairs, He will be rather unpopular, and there are several hints that a loss of power is possible. One of this hints is Sun late in the ninth house in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces in the first house. A square between Saturn und Uranus is involved as well, predicting ill for the government. Political movements in the population are something with which Olaf Scholz will have to contend as well. On the other hand, there will be successes in economy, trade and foreign policy. Further noteworthy aspects are Saturn in Aquarius in the twelfth house conjunct Moon in Aquarius in the twelfth house, Uranus in Taurus (and thus in its fall) in the second house square Moon.
Even if one takes 10:15 o'clock as the inauguration time (I'm not sure, that was the time at which the Bundestag gave him the documents, and 12 o'clock was the official inauguration), the aspects mentioned above as such remain valid and thus the difficulties mentioned remain in this or that way.

Combine that with Saturn square Uranus, an indicator of explosive, disruptive political change, and it's not a question of whether he'll fall from power, only when. With his significator cadent and Neptune in his rulership in the 1st, plus the Uranus-Moon square, the possibility of a popular uprising cannot be ruled out. One way or another, hang on for convulsive change.
