$2-Billion Mind-Control Lawsuit

A Cascadian man, Jerry Rose, is suing Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Telus, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and others for $2-billion over allegations of mind-control, satanic rituals, and witchcraft:

Rose's claim states "that he has been subject to invasive brain computer interface technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery" and also named the University of B.C. and the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons as defendants.

B.C. judge Fraser Wilson bravely broke with his Federalist handlers and refused the defendants' call to have the case summarily thrown out, citing CIA-sponsored experiments at the McGill University hospital in Montreal in the 1950-60s -- in which people were given LSD without their consent in an attempt to wipe out their sense of "self" and rebuild their identities to CIA specifications -- as reason to give Rose's claims a fair hearing. The lawyer for Microsoft however called Rose's case "nothing short of bizarre" and a "nuisance lawsuit", arguing that there is "no scientific evidence to prove brain control is a possibility" -- which is exactly what lawyers for brain-controllers would say.

While searching for additional information on Jerry Rose to flesh out this post beyond my merely quoting and rephrasing some news article like so many other lazy bloggers (I couldn't find any), I came across this blog post by Matt Beal: "bizarre mind-control atrocity exposed, part 1". Beal mentions a different Jerry Rose who is a retired professor of Sociology from SUNY Fredonia, New York, and former publisher of the JFK assassination research journals The Third Decade and The Fourth Decade.

What makes this noteworthy is that Beal's post is largely about conspiratorial onomatology, or "the science of names", a theory that unusual synchronicities of names can be found around various conspiracies, particularly Masonic ones. These synchronicities are orchestrated by those behind conspiracies to taunt targets and researchers, which Beal has experienced first-hand:

This was a way for the Illuminati to reveal to me that I had been targeted by a mind-control program without coming right out and telling me. In other words, it was designed to be plausibly deniable, but at the same time, to leave no doubt in my mind what was going on and who was behind the program. Arrogance is one of the Illuminati's weaknesses. They are so proud of themselves and so anxious to demonstrate how powerful they are, that they leave their fingerprints all over the place.

[....]

I can give hundreds of examples of how the science of names connects my life to the JFK assassination, ritual abuse, mind control, satanic cults, Nazi Germany, the Philadelphia Experiment, the Montauk Project, extraterrestrials and other strange phenomena.

As far as I can determine, the pattern of placing people around me whose names are identical or similar to the names of people involved in these subjects started in 1965, the year I turned 10 years old. But it reached its peak in 1998, the year I took a job on the metro desk of the Daily Southtown in Tinley Park, Ill.

[He goes on to list numerous examples.]

And the name of the blog where this was posted? Brussell Sprout! Supposedly named in honor of conspiracy researcher Mae Brussell, yet sounding like a certain vegetable promoted by an organization I have been vocal in fighting against, the Belgian Conspiracy. Coincidence? To quote Jerry Rose (the one from New York, not the one from Cascadia):

"The question, as always, is that of the point at which the reasonable mind rebels at accepting a host of coincidences and begins to demand that we look for the conspiratorial agency behind all these 'coincidental' happenings."

Hopefully Jerry Rose (the one from Cascadia, not the one from New York) will be able to use the mind-controllers' weakness -- their arrogant need to plant hidden name-references -- against them when his case comes to trial. Hint to Mr. Rose the former: Microsoft hired Jerry Seinfeld as a spokescelebrity. Seinfeld's previous major project was a movie about CGI bees. Bees like flowers. A Rose is a flower! The rest of your case writes itself.

For the record ... I wasn't trying to detract from the OP. I too am always interested to read of actual lawsuits involving claims and evidence of mind control abuse technology.

The main article that the Zapatopi post draws from is this:

Judge hears $2-billion lawsuit against Wal-Mart, Microsoft over brain control

Nanaimo man has launched a bizarre civil suit against major corporations
Paul Walton, The Daily News

Published: Wednesday, November 12, 2008

A judge has refused to dismiss a "bizarre" civil suit brought by a Nanaimo man, who is seeking

$2 billion in damages from Microsoft, Telus, Wal-Mart, the RCMP and other defendants over alleged brain-wave control, satanic rituals and witchcraft.

Justice Fraser Wilson heard from five lawyers on Monday, arguing that the case brought forward by Jerry Rose is so outrageous it should have been dismissed immediately.

Rose's claim states "that he has been subject to invasive brain computer interface technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery" and also named the University of B.C. and the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons as defendants.

Jennifer Millbank, a Nanaimo lawyer hired to represent Microsoft in the case, said that Rose's two-page statement of claim is "nothing short of bizarre" and that it would be "impossible this would ever be a case for trial on the merits."

But Wilson, while admitting the case was "certainly an unusual one," said he had to be convinced there was nothing in Rose's claim that could not be litigated.

Millbank said there is no scientific evidence to prove brain control is a possibility.

"I think this is akin to someone saying they sustained injuries because their boat fell off the edge of the world," said Millbank. "My clients ought not to be subjected to what is a nuisance lawsuit."

Wilson raised the notorious case of a CIA-sponsored experiment at McGill University between 1957 and 1964 in which people without their consent were given LSD and other drugs. But Millbank said that in this case there are no material facts that a court could act upon.

Microsoft had no direct contact with Rose, and his statement of claim gives no details on how or when the defendants may have harmed him, Millbank said.

Rose, reading from a three-page statement, said the mind-control harassment continues with "brain-drain technologies" under the RCMP and tactics to prevent his case from going forward. Rose said he is asking for $2 billion because of a computer technology he invented that was stolen from him.

"I'm not a lawyer, but I have proof," said Rose.

Unfortunately, I've not been overly impressed with the caliber of Canada.com articles on UFOs and Mind Control. But I certainly am glad that such a "top level domain name" have been covering such subjects.

And that reminds me ... I have a Mind-Kontrol question I need to pose to this here RI community.

Well I think far too often synchronicities are mistaken for "grand illuminati schemes", when some things are just too bizarre for a cabal of men to be behind.

The Cory Lidle plane crash, the JFK/Lincoln synchronicities, ect.
I've read a good amount on "wink and a nod" revelation of the method/twilight language versus synchronicities or the newly coined "synchromysticism".

When people say they were raped by a shape shifting George Bush and Cheney, one would love to give some the benefit of the doubt...afterall, life has seen its share of pretty twisted and bizarre stuff. But alas, "RI" has to kick in.

But yeah, where does coincidences and synchronicities end, and
"revelation of the method/intentional manipulation by a conspiracy" begin?

Indeed. I gotta say that for me, these synchronisms have both saved me from getting hit by a random passerby, and were originally the reason Ive never bought into the official 9/11 story - I had a open eyes vision of it as it happend, or 15 minutes before. Realized this only hours later when I heard what had happened - and the full realization of the experience came just days later. It perfectly inoculated me against the spell - my intuition speaking directly from my soul. Thats the way I see it, and the way I see some other transpersonal synchronicities too.

I think what determines how they manifest is ones own attitude and intent regarding the world and other beings. I cant come up with any other explanation - I know its not my ego-conscious mind doing it.

I see Annie found the same or similar article at a "different" website:

Judge to hear lawsuit alleging brain-wave control

Judge to hear lawsuit alleging brain-wave control
Microsoft, Wal-Mart and the RCMP among the defendants
Canwest News Service Published: Tuesday, November 11, 2008

So Canada.com / NationalPost.com / NanaimoDailyNews.com are all the same company, right?

Gaeton Fonzi vs 'The Fonz.' Somebody didn't like the example

Oh, look. An attempt to discredit keyword hijacking.

Is it a rule of counter-propaganda to "discredit" hostile information using obscure blogs that people will only find by happenstance?

The punishment fits the crime. Currently, only RI has a (scattered) database on keyword hijacking from Dealey Plaza. So only an obscure blog is countering it.

If you think it is a coincidence that someone is claiming to be personally "surrounded by names" from the JFK assassination in a discrediting mode, you are a hardcore coincidence theorist.

Fonzi...Fonzie. No damn coincidence. Intentional agency. Same with Hill/Moorman and Laverney/Shirley and Thelma/Louise.

1991. Oliver Stone's 'JFK.'
1991. 'Thelma and Louise.' Two women, guns, death in a car.
Hill/Moorman + Dealey Plaza.

Hugh Manatee Wins:
Dont forget the movie Vantage Point.
That if something was a bloody JFK hatchet-confucius-job. I was pretty astonished bout that one, it was waaayy cheeky shit!

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0443274/

"President Ashton (William Hurt) is attending a global war on terror summit in Spain. Thomas Barnes (Dennis Quaid) and Kent Taylor (Matthew Fox) are two of the Secret Service agents assigned to protect him. This is the first action that Agent Barnes has been in since he took a bullet for President Ashton six-month earlier. We really dont know if Agent Barnes is up to the challenge of protecting the President. Shortly after President Ashton is escorted to the stage in the plaza by the Secret Service, he is shot twice by a rifle from a window and falls to the floor. The crowd is in shock and chaos breaks out all over, especially when bombs begin to explode. Howard Lewis (Forest Whitaker) is an American video-taping the event to show to his children that he was actually there at this historic event. He believes that he has the picture of the man who shot the President. Agent Barnes sees the tape and has a clue to that person. Several different people witness the event, and only through their eyes do we see the truth behind the assassination attempt. "

Yet elsewhere you have claimed that NPR and The Washington Post were used for the same purpose:

Hugh Manatee Wins wrote:Especially since the Washington Post and NPR already took countermeasures on 4/2/07 against my expose of keyword hijacking. The WP Human Behavior column was some piffle about 'the decoy effect' that was spun into propaganda on choosing candidates.
Having exposed the White House's PR film company called 'The Johnson Group' trying to innoculate US school kids against Project Paperclip, I'm pretty sure that WP column was (appropriately) a keyword hijacking of....keyword hijacking.

As I wrote above- KH from Dealey Plaza. The "JFK names"- specific bit which that disinfoteer is distorting into woo.

That disinfo blogger is also targeting Alex Constantine and directing people to another disinfo site. More contamination by association.

You read the disinfo site, right? It's right there. Not sure how you can read it and not see what it is.

And, yes, mainstream media certainly is being used to mask and deflect from the internet's unveiling of psyops culture like Operation Mockingbird.
