I vote for, recommend the Great Pacific Northwest, like around Oregon. Preferably in a National Forest campsite. Or alternatively, held concurrantly with the annual Rainbow Gathering the week before 4th of July which Natl Forest site will be decided via concensus around the 1st week of June.

I too recommend something in the Great Pacific Northwest, only in Washington and at the Downtown Seattle Grand Hyatt in the Douglas Boardroom.
