"Falsifiability" is used as gatekeeping to distract you from looking to see how many events there are that are way beyond statistical coincidence and prove agency, meaning:
deliberate execution following a consistent pattern of propaganda and counterpropaganda.

Want to start with a logical assumption?
The assertion that the Pentagon and CIA would not manage the public attention span by staging events is not in alignment with what most of us know about those entities.

elfismiles' demand for a document (what, besides alll the stuff already out?) and assertion that no secret can be kept is right out of the 1967 CIA memo on how to handle critics of the Warren Commission.

True or false testing of an hypothesis-

No its more than that. The hypothesis has to be structured so that it can be proved false (using the information gathered from the experiment if thats what the info shows). Not true.

Without falsifiability a thing can't be shown to be true or false, there is no way to compare results to hypothesis to make a valid judgement.
