Portals or Strange Clouds?

Two unrelated individuals captured images of this strange cloud formation in the sky over Boise, Idaho on January 4th.<br><br>Photos were submitted to <!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://www.coasttocoastam.com/gen/page1258.html">Coast to Coast</a><!--EZCODE LINK END-->. I'm not familiar with this site, but these photos are interesting, to say the least.<br><br><!--EZCODE QUOTE START--><blockquote><strong><em>Quote:</em></strong><hr>I was walking from my office to a nearby restaurant for lunch and looked up and saw this “hole” in the clouds (below). As it drifted closer, I saw that it was shaped something like a snake slithering through the sky. I snapped a photo of it with my Nikon Coolpix 7000 digital camera.<br><br>Then, I turned around and saw another anomaly in the sky toward the East. I changed locations so that I could get a better picture of it. It looked like the underside of a horseshoe crab. Do a google image search for 'Hole Punch Cloud'..There's plenty images of them online, even though I disagree with the nomenclature. I've seen dozens of these images at CTC where I moderate.<br><br>I don't think this behavior has anything to do with the hyperdimensional or HAARP for that matter. It's simply a natural mechanism that happens to look freaky.
