Prince Andrew 'appalled' by Jeffrey Epstein sex abuse claims Jeffrey Epstein’s will has been filed in the US Virgin Islands, and it shows that he signed it Aug. 8 — two days before he hanged himself in his Manhattan jail cell, according to court papers exclusively obtained by The Post on Monday.
The multimillionaire convicted pedophile was worth $577,672,654, or about $18 million more than he previously stated in court papers while futilely trying to land bail on federal sex-trafficking charges, the new documents show.
The former hedge-fund manager put all of his holdings in a trust, called The 1953 Trust in court papers, after the year he was born.
“It’s pretty boiler-plate — it’s what we call a ‘pour-over will,’ which means everything pours over to a trust,” a city estate lawyer told The Post. “It’s done that way for privacy reasons.
“What is more unusual is the date, the fact that all of this was done just days before he died,’’ said the source, who asked to remain anonymous.
“He probably knew he was going to take his own life’’ or may have thought “he could have been murdered in jail.
“He could have thought, ‘I need to get my ducks in a row.’ ”
The 21-page filing includes a copy of Epstein’s death certificate from Aug. 15, five days after his suicide — and lists “Immediate Cause: Pending Further Study.’’
The city Medical Examiner’s Office has since ruled that Epstein killed himself, although that hasn’t stopped conspiracy theorists from speculating he was murdered to keep him quiet about his powerful pals’ suspected sexual deviancies.
The 66-year-old bachelor’s will was filed with court officials in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands.
“He probably proceeded in the Virgin Islands to be more private because that is not where people would look,’’ the legal expert said. In New York, “There is always a risk that it would be leaked.”
Epstein owned two isles in the Virgin Islands worth a total of more than $86 million.
One of the secluded Caribbean isles, Little St. James Island, was dubbed “Pedophile Island’’ by locals who said they witnessed a parade what looked like barely legal girls there.
There are no details on the trust’s beneficiaries. The court papers note that Epstein’s only potential heir was his brother, Mark Epstein. But the will adds that Mark only had a claim to his brother’s extensive holdings if Jeffrey hadn’t left behind the document.
Jeffrey Epstein had been sued by a multitude of sex accusers before his death, and the lawsuits are still piling on.
The new legal documents note, “Petitioners are investigating potential debts and claims of the Estate and at this time they are unknown.’’

As for Epstein’s famous, eccentric, sex-drenched art collection — “fine arts, antiques, collectibles, valuables,’’ according to the papers — that still needs to be appraised.
While the will is new, it is not clear whether it superseded another.
Its executors are two longtime Epstein employees: lawyer Darren Indyke and businessman Richard Kahn. A third man, Boris Nikolic, is listed as an alternate. The executors will receive $250,000 apiece for their work on the estate, in addition to “reasonable’’ expenses related to the job, the papers say.

Epstein’s purported madam now a focus in sex abuse cases
MIAMI (AP) — She’s been called Jeffrey Epstein’s madam, the woman who recruited girls for his sexual appetites, and at times his social planner and household organizer in places ranging from New York to Palm Beach, Florida.
Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of a British publishing magnate who died under mysterious circumstances, is one of the most prominent figures left from the Epstein orbit after his suicide in jail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges .
And she could well be a co-conspirator now in the crosshairs of federal prosecutors, who have made clear the case is far from over.
“If I were drafting an indictment against her, it would be the same conspiracy to traffic in underage minors,” said David S. Weinstein, a former federal prosecutor now in private practice in Miami. “That’s what it is. That’s what the conspiracy would be.”
An attorney for Maxwell did not respond Friday to a request for comment.
Maxwell, 57, is an elusive character whose father, publisher Robert Maxwell, died in 1991 after falling off his yacht near the Canary Islands. It turned out that he had illegally looted pension funds from his businesses, according to news accounts at the time.
The name of that yacht: Lady Ghislaine.
A Robert Maxwell biographer, Tom Bower, says Ghislaine Maxwell was the youngest of his children and a favorite of her father — hence, the yacht’s name.
“I think in his home, she never really learned the difference between right and wrong,” Bower told National Public Radio recently. “And the other tragedy for her was that she was dominated by him, and she learned from him to worship wealth and money and power and influence and really had very little sentiment for what might be called the little people.”
Eventually, Maxwell landed in Epstein’s world in the wealthy enclave of Palm Beach and bought a home in Manhattan, where Epstein also had an opulent mansion worth as much as $77 million. According to lawsuits filed by Epstein accusers , she became a recruiter of young girls for Epstein, as well as his household manager and social circuit organizer.
In Florida, Epstein pleaded guilty to prostitution-related charges with minors in 2008 and served 13 months in jail, where he was allowed out on work release almost every day. At the time, his lawyers reached a non-prosecution agreement with the Justice Department that spared him a potential life prison sentence if convicted on federal charges.
It was after the Miami Herald published stories last year that New York prosecutors took up the case and won an indictment against Epstein, 66, for trafficking in minors, carrying a potential 45-year prison sentence. While that was pending, Epstein killed himself in jail last Saturday.
That was only one more part of a sordid saga spanning decades, with Maxwell a key part of it, court documents show.
Juan Alessi, who managed Epstein’s home in Palm Beach for years, said in a deposition that Maxwell was essentially the lady of the house.
“She would tell me, I am going to take care of the house,” Alessi said in the deposition, adding later that he drove Maxwell to spas around South Florida to look for young women who could do “massages” for Epstein — their code for sexual acts.
“I remember one occasion or two occasions she would say to me, ‘Juan, give me a list of all the spas in Palm Beach County,’” Alessi said. “And I will drive her from one to the other one.”
In one of the lawsuits, Virginia Roberts Guiffre laid out in detail what was believed to be Maxwell’s role in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking ring, which other women have echoed in similar claims. Guiffre, 15 at the time, says she was working at the Mar-a-Lago club owned by future President Donald Trump when she was approached by Maxwell about a way to earn good money: learn massage therapy and get to know Epstein as a man who could give her a bright future.
Giuffre says in a sworn affidavit that she was trained by Maxwell and Epstein to become “everything a man wanted me to be” and that she was flown on Epstein’s private planes to his properties in New Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Paris and New York. Guiffre also says Maxwell arranged meetings for sex in London and elsewhere with Britain’s Prince Andrew.
Buckingham Palace has denied any wrongdoing by the prince, but there is a photo in court records showing Andrew with his arm around Giuffre’s waist with Maxwell smiling happily in the background.
“Ghislaine Maxwell was heavily involved in the illegal sex. I understood her to be a very powerful person,” Guiffre said in the affidavit. “She used Epstein’s money and he used her name and connections to gain power and prestige.”
Maxwell has vehemently denied claims by Guiffre and the others in court documents. “The allegations made against me are abhorrent and entirely untrue and I ask that they stop,” she said in a 2011 news release.
Maxwell has said nothing publicly since Epstein’s death and could not be reached for comment.
Maxwell is not charged with any crime, but New York prosecutors have said that Epstein’s death does not end their investigation into who might have helped him gain access to so many dozens of girls. There are other names on that list who could face prosecution, as well.
The whereabouts of Maxwell are also mysterious. News reports had her living in Britain, Paris and with a tech CEO in Massachusetts, but he told reporters this week that was not true. And then Thursday, the New York Post published a story with photos saying Maxwell was spotted eating at an In-N-Out burger restaurant in Los Angeles while reading a book about secret CIA operatives.
In any event, lawyers for Epstein’s victims say Maxwell will not skate away from her past.
“It’s very important to hold all Epstein enablers accountable,” said attorney Lisa Bloom, who has filed lawsuits against Epstein’s estate on behalf of several of his accusers. “Justice for victims includes justice for everyone who knowingly made his predations possible.”

One little-discussed aspect of the current spotlight on her (at least among Americans) is that she was actually sort of a minor celebrity in the 1980's, due to who her father was.

I managed to dig that up in while going through the "little black book" one entry at a time, just to see what could be found; it definitely paid off in this case (while searching for Vikram Chatwal) since I have still not seen that detail mentioned anywhere else. Does she have records of military service in the UK, maybe?
Frequently the names listed in the phone book are difficult to correlate to actual people, and some entries are actually references to titles. For these reasons, it would be difficult to create an automated relationship map of the entries; you would still need to manually verify each person. Also, business relationships are not the only thing we would want to learn about and there is a lot of unexplored potential in that list of names, none of which are redacted. The most work I have seen anyone else do is just to (poorly) OCR the list, which again is not very helpful because there are so many unusual entries. Just try searching for the name of any of the Spanish nobility and royalty (of which there are more than a few) and you will see what I mean: difficult to correlate to an actual person. What is called for is an annotated version of the phone book, where somebody goes through page by page and creates brief entries for those that can be verified. I am about 40% of the way through so far, but I have not kept notes.

Somebody in the States made a call to Farrington to ask him to pass comment on his photographs, a move I have called for in recent reports after calling the Mirror in the UK to help inspire someone to do the same to Farrington.

That is astonishing, but not surprising that there's something fishy about the Epstein death pix photographer, just like the mystery of the 4chan post 38 minutes before anyone online reported his "suicide".
The media at large is trying to focus on everything but this case, but as this case grows more horrible, more insane and bizarre, and more far reaching it's going to be hard for the media to ignore it.

Now some of the mainstream reporters beginning to question if Epstein may have been "suicided", are now saying pretty much that between the official "suicide" ME conclusion and Epstein quickly moving all his money and assets to a secret trust 2 days before his death, it's "conclusive" proof Epstein hung himself. The missing security footage, substitute sleeping guards where one of whom wasnt an actual correction guard, the removal of a cellmate hours before, the fact epstein was getting 12 hours a day outside his cell with his lawyers, the reports he was with a young woman alone for hours in a private room recently, the falsified check logs, his lawyers claiming he appears to have been killed and the first "suicide attempt" was by that big ass ex cop(not that his lawyers arent total scum)

One idea would be to make a listing of people by country code and by profession or background. For example, there is a solid contingent of journalists and authors present that would make a neat category. Another would be luxury services providers and interior design specialists.

Keating was one of two brunette young women seen coming or going; so too was a young blonde girl who left with Epstein himself.

At the time the photographs were taken, Epstein was already a convicted child sex offender, which would make him unusual company for Keating, whose father was the centre-left Australian prime minister from 1991 to 1996. Katherine Keating also once worked with the outspoken feminist journalist Gloria Steinem.
Epstein – who took his own life earlier this month – was on a child sex offender register, yet one observer told The Mail on Sunday that several of the women leaving and entering the home while Andrew was apparently inside 'looked very young indeed'.
The Duke has vehemently denied claims by Epstein's alleged 'sex slave' Virginia Roberts that she had sex with the Prince on three occasions, the first when she was 17 and once at the US millionaire's now-notorious 40-room mansion at 9 East 71st Street in Manhattan, the setting of these pictures.
Her allegations, submitted to a court in 2014, were later thrown out by a judge who ordered them to be struck from the record as 'immaterial and impertinent'.

'If I hadn't known it was Prince Andrew, I would have thought he owned the place. He looked so comfortable and relaxed as he stood there at the door,' the source said.
'He didn't appear to have a concern in the world as he smiled and waved goodbye to the girl. Keating is a former political consultant to her father's Labor Party who moved to New York in 2010 to be with her then-boyfriend, hotelier Andre Balazs, 24 years her senior.
But she has established herself as a New York socialite, Davos attendee and fashionable environmental campaigner since then, and described herself as a 'philanthropist.'
She featured on the cover of The Australian's magazine The Deal in 2017 as 'Katherine the bold,' and boasted about choosing 'philanthropy' over politics.
The Australian now works as head of 'sustainability' for Maverick, a talent agency which represents Sir Paul McCartney and U2, among others.
Previously, however, she presented a series of interviews called One On One which were published by HuffingtonPost.com and which saw her interview Ghislaine Maxwell.
The video interview has now been removed from the Huffington Post - although was still viewable on video-sharing websites - while others from the series were still online.
They included interviews with former UK prime minister Tony Blair - a friend of her father - and Russell Simmons, the hip hop mogul who has faced sexual assault allegations but who helped fund the series.
Keating, who was 29 when the video was shot, had recently moved to the U.S. to join Balazs, whose previous girlfriends include Uma Thurman and Chelsea Handler.
The two have now split; they were said to have met when she was vacationing in New York in 2009.

Keating later went on to date photographer Francesco Carrozzini, 36, the aristocratic son of the late Italian Vogue editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani.
He was a co-executive producer of her video series and is now now married to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour's daughter Bea Shaffer, 32.
Keating is now believed to be single but when the two collaborated, they worked together on the interview with Maxwell.
It saw her describe the accused procurer of underage girls for a the pedophile as 'a philanthropist' and discuss her work on The TerraMar Project – an eco-initiative aimed at protecting the ocean, which was hastily shuttered after Epstein was hit with new charges in July.
In it, Maxwell urged readers to sign a pledge to become 'ocean citizens' and railed about the sea becoming 'the world's dumping ground'.
The One On One series was part of WorldPost, which was set up by Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington and another Epstein associate, Nicolas Berggruen, a billionaire American-German businessman, whose name also appears in the financier's little black book.
Berggruen, 58, is the founder of the Berggruen Institute. Keating continues to be described as a 'New Leader' on the 21st Century Council.
According to its website, the Institute was 'established in 2010 to develop foundational ideas about how to reshape political and social institutions in the face of global change.'
The interview was not Keating's first known encounter with Maxwell either; in September 2013, the pair were both photographed attending a party for the launch of New York based social media platform IdeaPod at Ghislaine's E65th street Manhattan home.
Although Keating now lives in Los Angeles, California, during her time in New York she got to know designer Mischa Nonoo, who is a friend of Meghan Markle, and was photographed with her at a party at The Whitney Museum of American Art in April 2015.
Keating currently holds a voluntary role as the vice-chair of the Whitney Museum's Performance Committee.
In 2017 Keating became the publisher of VICE Impact, a channel of the website Vice.com which is now largely shuttered but which pushed calls for green policies.

Speaking in a February 2018 interview with The Last Magazine about her role at Vice, she said her biggest hope was to persuade people to get out and vote and do more to champion social causes.

She currently sits on the 'Ambassador Council' at International Crisis Group, a non-profit founded by financier George Soros that describes itself as an 'independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to preventing and resolving deadly conflict.'
The group's CEO from 2000 to 2009 was her father's foreign minister, Gareth Evans.
She also sat on the advisory committee of the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 event, which brought a mix of artists, influencers and politicians to South Africa in December 2018 to celebrate Mandela's legacy and raise awareness of social issues.
Her father was hardly a close friend of the royal family. He pushed for Australia to ditch Queen Elizabeth as head of state and become a republic - and in 1992 committed a protocol breach by putting his arm round the Queen at a reception.

Maxwell’s contributions were made by her Max Foundation TR, which was run by her and one of Epstein’s lawyers, the Telegraph said, citing financial records.
Other beneficiaries of Maxwell’s private charity included the Clinton Foundation, which in 2003 received the foundation’s biggest donation ever of $2,500, the Telegraph said.
The New York-Presbyterian donation was made on May 2, 2007, about six years after Virginia Giuffre has claimed that Maxwell and Epstein took her to the Upper East Side hospital following abuse inflicted by Epstein, the Telegraph said.
The contribution to Girls Educational & Mentoring Services, also known as GEMS, was reportedly made on April 15, 2008, less than two months before Epstein pleaded guilty in Palm Beach to two counts of solicitation of prostitution, one involving a minor.
The multimillionaire financier served 13 months in prison, with much of the time on work release, for that conviction.
He was awaiting trial on federal child sex trafficking charges when he hanged himself in a Lower Manhattan lockup on Aug. 10, officials have said.
Maxwell hasn’t been charged with any crimes, but has been accused in civil suits of having recruited underage victims for Epstein — and of engaging in three-way sex with him and various girls.
US Attorney General William Barr last week warned that an investigation was continuing and that Epstein’s suspected co-conspirators “should not rest easy.”
