I hate being Scroogy, but a lower quota is one thing that's helping to keep error messages at bay. I think we'll have to wait on that until Bluehost entertains the Ghost of Webmasters Future.

You can just upload the image to a site like imgur and link to it. I don't see the point of uploading images to the message board when there are web services that are dedicated to hosting images.
