Yes, greetings to you and all recent newcomers and future tobecomers alike.
Another Brit here. Well used to be. Not sure how i''d describe myself these days, though others often attempt to help me with that on here from time to time.
Have fun folks.

Thanks for your assurance, LB. You'll then understand my call for precaution.
Twisted is good. Just don't go off telling us about psychically inducing orgasms in teen girls sitting across from you in McDonalds and we'll be ok. That kinda twisted is best kept to oneself, thank you.

Welcome to Transient
and everyone should read his posts all 9 of them

Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.

Re: The official new members and lurkers thread
Hello again,
Jeff originally snared me about the time of the "was Katrina steered?" post on the original blog. Have been wandering around the forum lately, reading through the first 60 pages of General Discussion, and plan to work my way through all of them.
I'm a musician/composer (https://mythictime.bandcamp.com/) and writer, and I've been working on a story (which seems to be falling out of my head nearly unbidden) that I'd originally thought was "science fiction," but all of the ideas I thought were "out there" have been either mentioned or regularly - and deeply - discussed here, making me feel more literarily randy about stretching out even more as the story progresses. Thank you all for that.
The most impactful thing I've read so far is this post from "Nature Bats Last."
http://guymcpherson.com/2014/01/climate ... nd-update/
I had been in the "we're almost fucked" camp before this mammoth article, now solidly in the "we've been fucked for a while" camp.
One small concept to drop into the mix about Iran, then I will go back to more reading...
A simple (for me) logical string. Recall the "Real men go to Tehran" idea. Now mix in the obvious fact that none of these bros actually DID go to Tehran. So, if Iran did NOT have nukes, it seems logical that the PNAC boys would have rolled into Iran a long time ago.
Ergo, IMO Iran has nukes, and has provided incontrovertible evidence on the DL of this fact to the warmongers. Hence all the empty posturing for the cameras/corporate media narratives on both sides.
Thanks again for all the input on so many levels, and now, back to the shadows, again.
