RFK Jr. revealed that President Trump's DOJ will launch RICO investigations and prosecute the collusion between medical boards, medical journals, and Big Pharma.
These last 2 postings are presented here at face value. On the surface these are positive developments. How it actually plays out over time is a separate narrative, however.

I'll take the L on RFK Jr. and Gabbard but the next hurdle is Senate confirmation hearings - there is talk about recess appointments but that seems doubtful. Could be Trump's strategy to leave him out, "Sorry but I tried!" There is also the history of a high turnover rate in his last cabinet.
Also, it goes without saying that the "Deep State" is the State is entrenched lobbies with Big Pharma being a huge player...
lolz...

How will the USA possibly survive without a future well-compensated Big Pharma executive heading the NIH?
Unfortunately, something tells me that this is too good to be true.
Suddenly, Democrats will be granted power over something. The two parties always somehow find a way to stop any meaningful change for the better.

These fools are going to bring on the greatest financial crisis & depression since 1929. That is, if they don't first trigger a world war.
Apparently the USA is going to have to hit bottom before it realizes it has a problem.

If there is a financial crisis — probable— it will be triggered in considerable part due to actions/activities leading up to 2025; it wouldn’t be exclusively due to whatever the pending admin will do.
The bit about a “world war” is — to be blunt — a plainly stupid and cartoonishly obtuse comment, as if this current fucking admin hasn’t been instrumental in current escalations in Gaza and the Ukraine (among other regions). Women and children, civilians, are being indiscriminately bombed and killed right now under the direct stewardship of the CURRENT (Democrat) Administration. And as a reminder, Harris had the public support and partnership of the fucking brazen war-mongering CHENEYS for her presidential bid, so the WARS would certainly have persisted (and expanded) under Harris.
America HAS hit bottom (or near bottom) in earnest since 2020, as expounded at length across many active threads here over the last ~5 years. This includes — but is certainly not limited to — overt acts of fascism/totalitarianism perpetrated on the citizenry within the last ~2yrs.
Indeed, the collective/broad sentiment (outside of ‘liberal’ echo chambers) that things have been BAD over the last ~4 years is the primary factor for Trump winning BOTH the Popular & Electoral College votes (and for sweeping all swing states). If things weren’t so shitty Trump very likely would not have been re-elected.

How does this follow? How is trying to get corruption out of the HHS supposed to bring on the greatest financial crisis & depression since 1929?
I am not trying to say it won't happen, because this is indeed IMHO the master plan for replacing the current system with authoritarian CBDCs that restrict citizens' consumption to their personal carbon allowances.

Of course, the Biden Administration was at least making some efforts to enforce anti-trust laws, and these small but very welcome efforts will unfortunately almost certainly be rescinded under Trump. However, it's not as if the Democrats were promising to stem the financialization of every single wealth creating entity in the country.
So your above observation just seems like a bit of a non sequitur to me.
I actually read and respect your views on just about everything except COVID and the beneficence of those who are trying to use our supposed carbon and nitrogen crises to consolidate wealth and power even further. So I would sincerely appreciate an explanation.

You do realize that Gaza is extra-superduper fucked now that the evangelical right gets their say? It was Trump who recognized Jerusalem as the Jewish capital last time around.
Oh, and America isn't even close to the bottom. All things considered you're still doing better than almost everywhere else. Take a look at what's going on in Sudan to get some perspective.

I agree that the laundry list of things that will probably get slightly or even significantly worse under Republican rule could potentially fill a book.
But did any Democratic (supposed) political representatives dare to represent the more than 60% of Democratic voters who blame Israel for escalating conflict in the Middle East?
So what choice on Gaza was any voter offered? Kill them all and then dance on their graves or kill them all and then faintly apologize?

I never said Biden was competent. You clearly don't have a clue what I'm talking about.

Why do you restrict this question to HHS corruption? It has little or nothing to do with why a financial crisis & depression is likely (assuming the advertised 47 agenda is carried out).
The economic disaster will follow from financial deregulation and slashing federal spending. Buckle up.

Meet the new boss.
The Trump Administration: From “No War Hawks” to ALL War Hawks
It’s a mental disease. Millions are afflicted with it.
How very fascist of you.
You do realize that Gaza is extra-superduper fucked now that the evangelical right gets their say? It was Trump who recognized Jerusalem as the Jewish capital last time around.

There's nothing 'fascist' in calling out pathology. Calling it ‘fascist’ makes little sense, or perhaps it’s simply dishonest/disingenuous rhetoric.
The tribalism we've been witnessing these last few years is, indeed, a form of pathology. And it impacts those on the 'Right' as well of course, particularly those with delusions that Trump is any 'savior' or 'outsider'.
Calling out the 'Evangelical Right' as a threat in 2024 is to be fully out of touch with current political realities.
What we have is a modern era iteration of the Military Industrial Complex, and they've -- clearly -- fully infiltrated BOTH political parties, but it's the current manifestation of the DEMOCRAT Party that is more brazenly overt about it, and worse, millions of the walking automatons that simply accept -- no, fervently support -- whatever their Party proclaims, do so with blinders on.
Demonstrably, the Dem Party is the more overtly HAWKISH/Pro-WAR Party (See CHENEY's recent inclusion) right now.
Many voted for Trump while 'holding their noses' in part because he indicated he would seek to avoid further aggressions overseas (putting aside any reality of de-escalations occurring, it was part of his campaign mantra).
And comparing America to Sudan as a direct comparison... please.
I've traveled to MANY regions over the years. I have family in Latin America and Europe. Please DO NOT attempt to lecture me about quality of life in other countries.
There are MANY countries with as good or better quality of life than America right now.
But I live here in the U S., aim to stay here and clamor for a better iteration of our circumstances.
You, and those that comment and opine on these topics from afar (from another country) have far less, if any, 'skin in the game'.

Further reinforcing my points above —
…
Biden has authorized Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied long-range missiles to strike Russia, according to the New York Times.
The decision comes as Biden has just two months left in office while Trump is pressuring Ukraine & Russia to come to the negotiating table.
"Mr. Biden’s decision is a major change in U.S. policy. The choice has divided his advisers, and his shift comes two months before President-elect Donald J. Trump takes office, having vowed to limit further support for Ukraine," the Times reports.
The decision reportedly comes in response to the deployment of North Korean troops.
