So, maybe it has nothing at all to do with aliens. Easier to conceive of a scenario where a mentally unbalanced "alien" hunter happens upon some classified military technology in the form of a secret jet or nuclear advance and winds up getting whacked. Possible this is just the transhumanism equivalent of that.

I've done that on many occasions myself; ulcers suck.

Gastro-intestinal bleeding manifests as blackish whether from mouth or ass unless "fresh" from the ulcer or other source of bleeding.

Yes ulcers suck. My first ulcer experience was that I thought I had "stomach flu" until I almost bled to death and ended up in hospital. Black tarry stool and blackish yuck in barf should have been clues.

Stomach ulcer was what I first thought when read "black liquid" vomit.
